Bebe and Dan are amazing! I needed someone to watch my puppy for a last minute day trip, and they were very responsive, accommodating and reasonably priced. I received photos of Olive throughout the day and felt confident she was in great hands. You can tell they truly love and care about animals. I also really appreciate the day care/overnight stays are in a home environment vs. a kennel. I was able to enjoy my trip without worrying about Olive, was confident she was in great care. Highly recommend!!

Ms B's Pet Care is awesome! I live in the Seaport area and Bebe is so good with my two pups. She has taken care of our furbabies on multiple occasions and the pups were just so happy to stay with her. Bebe is very responsive, caring and provides regular (and super cute) updates / pictures whenever I leave my pups with her. It is so hard to find someone who will take care of the dogs and treat them like their own - we are lucky we have Bebe in the neighborhood. Highly recommend her.

I highly recommend Ms. B’s Pet Care! She has been taking care of our 2 year old French Bulldog, Sophia, for the last few months and we have been extremely pleased with her services. She provides regular text updates and pictures with each walk, ensuring that Sophia has the best care. In addition to our regular solo walks, Ms. B also boarded my dog for the day when I was preparing for a move, which was incredibly helpful. Bebe was amazing with our dog Watson, who is quite the picky pup! Bebe handled him very well & we received photos throughout his stay. Ms. Bebe is the best dog walker! My dog Luna looks forward to her walks and whenever she sees her, her tail is wagging and a smile is on her face. I highly recommend Ms. B’s Pet Care! Ms. B has been walking and taking care of my australian shepherd puppy since she was 11 weeks old and I am very pleased with her services. I contacted Ms. B weeks before I adopted my puppy and she was extremely responsive to my questions and went above and beyond to be helpful by providing suggestions for veterinarians in the neighborhood and a fantastic dog trainer, not to mention advice in general about raising the puppy, which proved to be some of the best advice I received! She also works on my dog’s training when she takes her on walks and even taught her “leave it” (which I really appreciated). Ms. B is very professional and always sends me detailed updates about her walks with my dog. She also sends me beautiful pictures. I never worry about my dog when she is with Ms. B because I know she is in the best hands. When my dog and I run into Ms. B around the neighborhood, my dog gets so excited and wiggles all the way over to her to say hi! If you are looking for a top notch dog walker or pet sitter, Ms. B is the one!

I have been using Mrs. B’s for 2 years now and I use her often to take care of my two cats. She always send photos each time she visits which I really appreciate. They seem to both like her and are very comfortable now. They don’t hide, they take treats, etc. I feel very confident in their care and it relieves my worry when I am away. I also have many last minute needs or over Holidays and she is always available for me. This is a HUGE help!! Definitely recommend!

I would absolutely recommend Ms B for your pet care needs! Bogey was boarded with Ms B for a week and we received photo updates every day. She took him on daily walks with other dogs and had lots of toys for him to play with. It’s clear she loves dogs and can make them feel right at home in her home. Bogey even slept in their bed and really became part of the family. At our first meeting, it was instantly obvious how well-known Ms. B and her dog Beignet are in the neighborhood. We will definitely use Ms. B’s boarding services again!

I recently moved to a new apartment and needed to find a new cat care service for when I travel. I was anxious about finding the right person as my cat (Jet) is skittish and shy and mostly hides when visitors are over. I reached out to Mrs. B’s and arranged a meet and greet. Bebe’s approach with Jet was gentle and patient and after a few minutes he took to Bebe and was asking her for attention. Needless to say I felt so much better about having to travel for a couple weeks. While I was away, Mrs. B’s sent daily updates and photos and let me know Jet was in great hands. My apartment was well taken care of with the litter and area kept clean, food and water were fresh. I returned to a happy cat and home just as I left them!

As someone who is a helicopter dog mom, I always get so nervous leaving Luna with anyone. Ethan and Elisa made the entire process seamless and assured me everyday of Lunas safety and well-being. After recently moving to Boston we were nervous and stressed about finding someone to watch our senior dog while we went out of town but we are so fortunate to have come across Ethan and Elisa! They have now watched our Ollie several times and they have always been friendly, responsive and treated him like their own. They always send multiple updates throughout the day along with photos and videos. Ollie always comes home happy and we have peace of mind knowing he’s well cared for while we’re away! Elisa and Ethan are absolutely amazing! I had a wonderful experience boarding my Golden Retriever, Dawson, with them for a weekend while traveling through Boston. They were very helpful, kind, responsive, and accommodating throughout the entire process from booking to drop-off to pick-up. They took incredible care of Dawson and kept me updated throughout the weekend with lots of photos and videos. Dawson looked as happy as can be while he was there, and I’m sure he wishes that he could have stayed longer to hangout with them and the other pups some more lol. I cannot recommend them enough! Five stars doesn’t suffice — they deserve more than that!!

I was so happy to find Pawmenities! Ethan was a wonderful sitter very responsive and sent great photos and videos. Kaia had so much fun, play time, and exercise. I am very happy with the care my pup Quinn is getting from Ethan and Elisa. They are amazing and love caring for dogs. I love knowing my pup is safe and getting great care. Ethan and Elisa are incredible caregivers for our pup Maui! He is super high energy and playful, and he always has the best time with them and comes home safe and happy. We are repeat customers and at this point, Maui gets visibly excited to see them. Ethan and Elisa are also communicative and send us tons of photos and videos, so we have peace of mind traveling and know what Maui is up to. We would recommend them to any dog parents.

I highly recommend Boston's Best Dog Walkers!! They take such great care of my dog Lucky. He has gone to their board and train program several times, but recently I transitioned to using their walking services ~3x a week (group walks, 45mins). He gets to walk with other dogs and sometimes they play at the park down the street which is awesome. All of the walkers leave such nice notes in the app and take great pictures. It is easy to schedule online and I like that I can also see what time they arrived/left, where they walked, etc in the app. Thank you BBDW!!

I loved the cat home visit service while I was away! Both Dana and Nathan sent me photos, journal updates on food and water intake, if Birdie let them pet her (she's very skittish) and it was very comforting to know she was so well cared for. I received an email when they were on their way and when they started their visit.... Really appreciated the reassurance she was doing just fine! First time dog owner, and i wanted my 6 month old German mix puppy to feel good when taking him to boarding. Red Dog staff is very friendly, loved the communication with staff members. The process was very smooth and easy. All my questions were asked. My puppy (Jay) loved his time there. Staff was great. Kept asking for updates (worried dog mom) 😅 Overall my husband and I were very pleased with Red Dog boarding and Jay had the time of his life 🥹💖💖

I am someone that has had dogs my whole life and now I've found myself with a giant pandemic puppy that can be a bit difficult around other dogs and because of her size can be a lot to manage. But from the minute I went in to Red Dog and was greeted by Kerry I felt at ease. She was able to read my dog's body language and had her figured out in seconds. She knew exactly how to introduce my dog to the other dogs and within an hour I was getting photos of my dog playing with a pack of dogs, playing submissively, and I could see how happy she was. I picked my dog up at the end of the day and she was still wagging her tail excited about being there. Today I brought her back and my dog walked me to Red Dog and practically ran to the back room with Kerri. I am so excited to have an all day play zone for my pup. She is having fun, socializing, and I know she is with people that understand dogs. I wish I had brought Ripple here sooner instead of her staring at me in my office wanting to play.

I have been so impressed with Red Dog Pet Resort on every occasion I have taken my dog there! From daycare to boarding to grooming, they have been exceptional. We are always met with a friendly exchange and people who genuinely seem to love animals, even my sweet (but anxious) German Shepherd. They make me feel at ease and give me pup-dates via phone call when I call and ask. They make the experience as seamless as possible and I cannot rave about them enough!

Dog probably had a blast, but I was not happy. They set me up with the right package (although there was an error in billing) for my dog, who was 14 weeks old. She got to play with other puppies and seemed happy upon return and in the photos. There is little transparency/communication with the clients, and their portal does not work— at all. There are no live-cams or way to see your dog other than asking for each photo, explicitly and sometimes multiple times. Kind of funnily, one of the toys I brought was returned in two pieces! I got no real “status report” or “report card.” Attached are three of the photos they sent me Update: while tough to say if it’s a reflection on Red Dog Pet Resort, two days after returning, I took her to the vet for kennel cough.

We were visiting the area and needed to kennel our dog for a weekend. Red Dog staff were super, very sweet to Winni. We took a tour before boarding and it was one of the cleanest kennels we have used. Would highly recommend.

Sarah, the dog groomer did amazing and did exactly what I had envisioned for my puppy’s first grooming! The receptionist was really kind also. Overall, staff is kind and the place is tidy and very welcoming. Will definitely be going back.

Red Dog takes good care of Mr. Winston. He enjoyed weekday playgroup and staying there when we need kenneling. Its also great to have a vet on premise and the staff have personal interactions with the dogs. 2024 UPDATE : Mr. Winston died unexpectedly after a routine dental procedure from the on-premise Vet on 6-19-24 - he was 10 and was a gentle loving boy and the sweetest Australian Labradoodle going. He loved to play, travel with his people, go for boat rides, get belly rubs, lick you silly, and run in his back yard. He will be missed. Now, he doesn't have to worry and is chasing squirrels in the sky. AND ... the trust for the on premise vet is gone.

I wouldn't say this is a resort or luxury experience for your dog. We boarded our dog with them for 4 nights and there were 0 updates during his stay (no photos or anything), they would not allow you to put a camera in the kennel which seemed odd. We are not sure what he did while he was there - no visibility into if he would interact with other dogs or how long the walks were. Granted we should have asked more questions but while dropping off the place was very busy so it felt rushed and we expected them to follow up via a call. We picked up our dog at 930-10ish am and he immediately had to go to the bathroom (1&2) so I don't think he was even taken out that morning. This place honestly reminds me of a shelter - they will take care of the necessities but that's it. Review on pool / swimming lessons: We did not do the swimming experience but while we were waiting to drop our dog off another dog was in there and the staff was being very aggressive with that dog and yelling at him.

Love the Red Dog experience, all made possible by the incredible staff. It’s so comforting knowing there’s somewhere I can leave my beloved friend for the work day in a place where he feels secure. We’ve had many 5-star experiences with Red Dog by now!

My puppy had a great time at puppy playcare! I was happy at work knowing that he was getting love, attention, and socialization. I called and asked for some photos and an update and they gave me details about how his day was going and texted some photos. He passed out 3 hours earlier than his usual bedtime, so I know he had a fun day! I only wish they would have some cheaper package deals, as $60/day is not sustainable on my budget- it will have to be a special occasion!

Happy Paws is the best dog walking company in Boston-- and probably beyond! We have been using Happy Paws for walks and boarding for a bit over a year now, and cannot imagine what we would do without them. We legitimately say that we cannot leave this area because we would have to leave Kai (owner) and her amazing team of walkers. The structure of the pack walk has taught my dog Hans so much-- he is better at greeting, playing with, and (of course) walking alongside other dogs without becoming overexcited or reactive. Happy Paws also offers boarding for their clients, which has been nearly as useful for us as the pack walks. Our pup was cared for in a Happy Paws walker's home, with structured activities and downtime, for a price very similar to local kennels (where your dog is often in a chaotic environment and receiving little to no individualized care).

We cannot say enough incredible things about Kai and the Happy Paws Boston team. If we could give 10 stars, we would!! Our dog Baylee has been with them for over 5 years, and we genuinely could not be happier with all of the care he's received. We've done daily walks and sleepovers, and all services have always exceed our expectations. Not only does Bay get exercise and socialization, we also receive daily pictures and/or videos with an update on what Bay was up to (model shots attached). Over the years Bay has been injured and/or sick a few times, and the Happy Paws team has always been willing to accommodate and give Bay exactly what he needs. Recently, they even reached out after his back injury and asked if we wanted to shorten his walks from 50 to 30 minutes to ease him back into exercise before we even asked them! Kai has also taught us so much about Baylee, really helping us understand his personality quirks and how he walks and socializes best. She is a true expert, and cares deeply about all of the dogs and families she services. We are moving to the suburbs and still fully intend on driving Baylee to Kai's anytime we need a sleepover!! She is one-of-a-kind and you will be thrilled with the team's care and dedication. We love you, Happy Paws!!

Happy Paws is hands down the best in the business. Kai and her group of amazing walkers (shout out to Emily), are some of the most trustworthy, kind, and patient people I have met; they love and care for our dog Remus as if he was their own. Kai and her Happy Paws team have been with us since we got Remus 7 years ago and they have been there through everything. They are reliable, communicative and always willing to help us out, even if its a last minute walk because I forgot or boarding, because sometimes life happens. They have worked with us to help train Remus and are always helpful with tips for his behavior. Our dog is absolutely thrilled when Happy Paws walks through the door, especially when it’s for his regular walk with Emily and their crew or for a sleepover with Kai. I am so grateful for the peace of mind we have being able to go back to the office knowing Remus is going to be taken care of by this amazing group of people. We cannot imagine our lives without our Happy Paws family!

Been using Happy Paws for 3+ years and super happy with the team and service they provide. When I first started we did an introductory meeting where Kai met with me and my dog to see how the dogs temperament was to see if it'd be suitable with the other dogs. Walks are easy to schedule through the app they use and Kai also helped me put in my usual schedule if I forgot myself. Each walk the walker will send a brief message on anything notable that happened on the walk and a photo of the dogs. Happy Paws is also very accommodating of any entry instructions you leave them for entering your house especially if you're not there. I've used other dog walking companies and would say this is a big factor that sets happy paws apart from other dog walkers. Payment is easy as well through their app and I've not had an issue paying or getting previous invoices/receipts. Happy Paws also offers dog boarding with the same team that walks the dogs. Whenever I've needed to travel I'll leave my dog with them and get constant photo/video updates with how my dog is doing. Gives me the peace and mind that my dog is being treated properly and not just locked in a cage for 16 hours a day. Overall definitely the best dog walkers in southie!

Happy Paws is the best dog walking service in Southie! I was looking for a trustworthy dog walking service that would maintain the type of training I had been doing with my dog. I started using Happy Paws dog walking services in September for my 2 year old mini goldendoodle Otto who had never used a dog walker before and up until that point always had a human at home during the work day. Kai and her team of dog walkers (shoutout Steven!) have been incredible at supporting Otto and myself through the transition of using a dog walker with constant communication and advice. Otto was very hesitant at first, but the consistency of his weekly walk routine has helped him immensely. He now loves going on walks with his neighborhood buddies, has shown less anxiety/reactivity around other dogs, and walks so much better. Consistent dog walks have truly helped grow Otto’s confidence and social skills. Happy Paws is more than just a dog walking service. They genuinely care about the well being of your dog and you as a dog parent. Prices are very reasonable, the app is super user friendly and the post walk photos are an added bonus that I didn’t expect when looking into dog walking services. I love seeing how Otto did after every walk and it has given me so much peace of mind he’s in good hands as he continues to progress. Can’t recommend Kai and her team enough!

Kai and her team came highly recommended from my previous dog walker and I could not be happier with them! Matt (and Kai as back up) walks my Great Dane Cookie day-to-day and she loves him. She is a shy girl that doesn't know her size, and Matt has been very patient with connecting with her and gaining her trust. We have a very stubborn Bernese mountain dog who refused to walk without both of his owners for years! Kai was able to get him walking with anyone! She is amazing!! Couldn’t recommend her and happy paws more. Scheduling and invoicing is also very simple and professional!

We used Happy Paws for about a year before we had to move from Boston. We had an amazing experience with them. Kai is a wonderful business owner and takes great care of her clients. Our two dogs had Joey as a walker and he was amazing with both of them. We never worried and were always confident that Joey would be there on time and take great care of our dogs, and that is all you can ask for from a dog walking service. Our dogs will miss Joey and Kai. We will be using our experience with Happy Paws as the benchmark when looking for a dog walker in our new area.

We were recommended Hounds in the Hub from a desperate Facebook post asking for help with our foster pup Tokyo. Tokyo is very fearful of new people to the point we couldn’t have strangers in the house. We were looking for someone to work with us to get him to a point that he would go for daily walks and overnights. Mary, the owner, was nothing short of a God send. She worked with Tokyo building his confidence with endless patience and lots of treats! She was able to tailor walks for him in the beginning, moving around her own schedule to make sure he had the time he needed. Tokyo is now a happy and thriving member of the Hounds in the Hub pack! It is because of Mary and her team that we were able to make Tokyo a permanent member of our family and we are forever grateful!

Mary and her team at hounds and the hub are the best! They have been walking my dog Lilo for the past 2 years, since she was just a puppy! Mary and her team are responsive, reliable, and always take the best care of Lilo, and she always has the best time. I trust she’s in great hands while I’m busy at work. They always send an update through an app after her walk with lots of cute pictures. So glad I found hounds in the hub!

Mary and her team have done incredible work with our anxious, reactive rescue dog. She's taken time and used excellent training techniques to gain trust, and allow our dog to get exercise, enjoy outdoor time, and actually socialize in a safe, positive way. This, in combination with regular training, have made a significant improvement in his quality of life and tolerance of other people and other dogs. We cannot recommend them enough, especially if you have a dog who had issues with reactivity or anxiety. They are amazing!

Mary and her team are the top dogs in South Boston! After our long-term dog walker moved out of town, I was at a loss until I found Hounds in the Hub. I was anxious about establishing a new routine after so many years (and with such a quirky pup lol), but Mary was so professional and communicative about her business and services. It was super easy to set up a meet and greet and just go from there! I love the fact that requests are run through a simple, easy app. It provides great flexibility and helps avoid any miscommunications about scheduling. Plus, the photos and the notes from the walks are highlights of my day! And, of course, there is always the option to reach out directly for ad-hoc / special circumstances as well. Every member of the team maintains that same level of professionalism and care. Talking with other dog owners in the neighborhood, you hear that not every walking service is as kind or safe with animals. It just reaffirmed over and over that Hounds in the Hub was absolutely the right choice. My girl, Blue, is sociable, but often aloof. I have felt totally comfortable that everyone on the team was comfortable with her (pack walks or solo) and that is most important to me. And that’s not including the numerous times and ways that the crew went above and beyond the call of duty, spoiling her rotten! Hounds in the Hub has made moving to Boston more enjoyable for us. Rio, my 3 year old boxer, is always excited to be picked up! She comes home “pooped” (perfect) and I don’t need to worry she’s been well cared for. Rio’s had long play/walk days, short play/walk day and even over nights! It’s been great to go sight seeing with company and feel good that Rio is happy too!

My husband and I are so grateful for Paws to Consider walking service. They have been wonderful to our dog Oreo, and were always reliable and easy to communicate with. We loved the updates we would get about their walks with Oreo! We would absolutely recommend Paws to Consider !!

We absolutely love Paws to Consider and their team! They have been walking our Bassett/Lab mix, Finn, for a couple of months now and he loves them. Paws To Consider is a wonderful dog walking service. Their walkers are professional and friendly, on time and really seem to love my dog. Cricket can be a little difficult to meet, as she has a stranger/danger reaction sometimes, but Paws does a great job of introducing new walkers to Cricket. They are great, and help me out so much with my sweet dog. Also, their level of and clear communication is fantastic. Couldn't be happier with these guys!

Very happy with the dog walking service these past few months! My corgi gets a good walk in, treats, and cute photos taken. They have been very accommodating with any last minute schedule changes. Would highly recommend!

Our neighbors recommended Paws to us three years ago and we have been scheduling occasional walks and sitting for our dog, Jack, since then. The shelter where we adopted Jack would only release him to a forever home with no other dogs since he was surrendered due to his aggressive behavior with other dogs. None of his walkers/sitters at Paws have reported any problems and frequently seem to do a better job of controlling his behavior than we do. Paws even recommended a harness which Jack seems to be much more comfortable with than the collar we were using. We love the frequent updates that the walkers/sitters provide after each walk including lots of really great photographs, maps of the routes walked, and number of bowel movements. It would be difficult to leave Jack in a kennel and we feel much more comfortable having the sitters from Paws stay with Jack at our home. We’ve always found our home as clean, orderly, and secure as we left it. All of the walkers and sitters at Paws have gotten along so well with Jack that we haven’t had to worry and sometimes even get a bit envious. We would highly recommend Paws to anyone.

We utilize dog walking services for our Goldendoodle puppy. We have found them to be exceptional! Excellent communication, Extremely organized, Reliable dog care are just a few of the things we like best. Our puppy can be difficult at times on walks and anxious around strangers. Jana has been extremely good for our pup. I always have peace of mind when I go to work. I love the report cards we get with photos. They are caring, professional and flexible. Walks are solo or with 1 compatible dog. I love that about them. It’s definitely a more personalized approach and they are very thoughtful with transitions when it comes to introducing our pup to other dog walkers they build in additional time.

Been using Paws for years (6+) and would (and did) highly recommend! They are exceptionally accommodating to fluctuating work schedules and are great with walking an extra dog, when I dog sit for friends.

Paws To Consider has been incredible! We adopted a dog last year who ended up being somewhat high maintenance. Paws To Consider has taken SUCH good care of him on his weekly walks. The post-walk messages and photos are thorough and fun to see. The administrative team has also been really helpful and flexible with our varying schedule. We are sadly moving out of their radius, and I know we won't find a dog walker that our dog bonds with as much!

The Dogs R Us team is amazing - they have been walking our puppy for several months and it has been such a great experience! Great service! We recently moved to Boston and were looking for a playgroup for our 10-lb Cavapoo. Brad didn't really have the service that fit our needs - I wanted a 2 hour playgroup where our dog could socialize and make new friends, but he kept us in mind when he hired more walkers and now our dog is out twice a week and coming home super happy. She loves Paul her new walker and looks forward to her playgroup! Thanks Brad!! Definitely recommend.

Dogs R Us is truly the best. My 3 year-old lab mix has been going to playgroup and it’s great. Brad and his team are caring, flexible, reliable and my dog has a blast. She’s gone from roughly 11-1 each day which is perfect for people working 9-5! Would recommend (and have already) to anyone!

We love DogsRUs and give them our highest recommendation. We regularly sign up for walks and have been so grateful to have our black lab puppy in their care. We find them responsible, accommodating and most important really focused on the well-being of our dog Maisie. Having Brad and Jessie involved gives me tremendous peace of mind - I know that Maisie is happy and safe.

Oh, Penny just loves her dog walkers, and we do too! From our first meeting with Brad, where our normally aloof Rhodesian Ridgeback typically gives the cold shoulder to stranger humans, Penny recognized the care and affection in Brad and "investigated" him almost immediately. Brad was very clear about the process of getting Penny set up for walks, accommodated our schedule well and made suggestions, and best of all, Penny got a holiday weekend with Brad when we were unable to take her along on ours! Brad and Jesse are always on time, completely reliable and trustworthy and COMMUNICATE very well, which is so important. Also, Penny is a big dog and needs to do some time off leash, and Brad and Jesse were able to work with us on a good plan for her to be able to do that as well as to have some playtime with other dog buddies periodically, which is so important, especially for a large breed who likes to play...with giant, strong paws...

This South End sammy would give 10 stars if he could. Brad and the team at Dogs R Us have been absolutely wonderful from the very start. I moved to the South End with Telly, my 11 year old Samoyed, several months ago and knew I needed to begin my search for a dog walker/sitter in the city. I came across Dogs R Us online and could not believe the reviews I was reading. Needless to say, they certainly live up to those great reviews and more. Brad, the owner, is not only professional but very responsive and reliable when planning walks or overnight stays. Vanessa, Telly’s walker, is one of the most compassionate dog lovers I have ever met. Sometimes, I think Telly is happier to see Vanessa walk in the door than me. I highly recommend Dogs R Us to my fellow neighbors for both walking and boarding as your fur baby will be in good hands.

Brad and our walker, Robert, are extremely reliable and always able to accommodate late-notice requests or cancellations. They use an online app for scheduling and invoicing that is extremely convenient. Great experience with the team and would recommend to anyone looking for dog walking or dog watching services!

I can't recommend Dogs R Us enough. I had both of my dogs stay at Dogs R Us. They were comfortable from the minute they got there. I received pictures and updates every day. They even took my little guy to the Apple Store in Derby. I had to stay an extra night out of town and it was no problem. I will definitely call Brad and Jess to take care of my dogs. They are accommodating, caring and kind.

DogsRUs is wonderful! The owner, Brad, is super down to earth and has a ton of experience. They have really taken the time to get to know our little vizsla puppy which makes us comfortable leaving her in their care during the day! We also really like the dog walking application they used called "Better Walker," which makes scheduling walks really easy. Brad is also very responsive to text message if we ever have a last minute walk request or cancelation! Highly HIGHLY recommend DogsRUs!!

WGO is the best. Reliable and caring dog walking. They walk our pup twice a day almost every day. Jen is awesome, and she does a great job hiring a crew of young folks. They don’t walk too many dogs at once. The walkers truly care about our dog and reliably send an update after every single walk. They make our lives so much easier especially since having a baby.

Jen and the WGO? team have been amazing to work with since day 1! Jen is super responsive and always works to find a solve to requests or scheduling needs. My dog can be difficult with anyone new, but they have done a great job of slowly introducing walkers so that he is comfortable and so that there are always a few people he is willing to let take him out. WGO has been my go to since I got my pup when she was ten years old (and my first ever dog of my own) and they've been so reliable these last six years! Jen and the team are great. The one time I felt there was someone my dog was not vibing with, I brought it up to her and she took it very seriously and it was resolved by the very next walk. My dog is my baby and she can be a stubborn princess (and is a frenchie so I worry with her in the heat sometimes) but she is always so well taken care of my WGO :)

Jen and the team at WGO are truly amazing. They are incredibly good with our dog, and we trust them completely. Our dog can be leash-reactive, so she requires walkers that understand dog behavior and are very responsible. We have been lucky to be a part of the WGO group for many years now. We have been bringing our dog to Boston Dog Butlers since he was a tiny puppy. Melissa does a great job with him every single time. Melissa and the team are always so excited to see him, and it makes me feel good about leaving him in their care for a few hours at a time! A fellow dog mom recommended Melissa & Jamie at Boston Dog Butlers Pet Spa on Tremont over conversation at the dog park and, 18 months later, we cannot imagine taking our little guy anywhere else! Our mini Labradoodle is quite sensitive, tends to be shy and significantly dislikes being groomed or brushed in most areas... even by us. He unfortunately had a couple of negative grooming experiences prior to finding BDB which contributed to his fears. As a breed with hair that requires a good amount of maintenance, this has presented quite a challenge. Melissa and Jamie at Boston Dog Butlers Pet Spa have been absolutely incredible -- amazingly patient, kind and caring in each interaction (with both canines and humans alike!). They have worked hard to build trust and rapport with our pup, meeting him where he is and slowly growing his confidence. Their approach is consultative, professional and always prioritizes the dog and their experience, informed by the team's in-depth knowledge and training. They take breaks for play, treats and always make sure he leaves on a high note! We love that we can be confident that they will do a great job aesthetically, while most importantly respecting and supporting his needs and comfort on psychological and emotional levels. He now pulls us toward the shop whenever we're in the area -- always a telling sign! 🐶 We cannot recommend Melissa, Jamie and their team highly enough!! I cannot recommend Boston Dog Butlers enough! I took my dog to BDB for his first grooming experience when he was a puppy and we've been going there ever since. My dog is an anxious rescue, but Jamie, Melissa, and the whole BDB team make him feel safe and comfortable. I always know he's in good hands when I take him in for his full service bath. The staff are also incredibly friendly and accommodating, and simply some of the kindest people I've had the pleasure of meeting. They are communicative, professional, and truly care about the wellbeing of the dogs. I moved to the suburbs over a year ago and still bring my dog to BDB because nowhere else compares!

We have been bringing our dog Rosie to Boston Dog Butlers since she was a puppy for puppy grooming. We love how attentive, accommodating and patient they are with Rosie. Rosie gets really nervous around new people/dogs, and hates being groomed. Rosie was having a fit and refused to get her face trimmed. Cassidy was very patient and kind with Rosie, but decided to continue the following day since she didn't want to make it a negative experience for Rosie by pushing it too much. Boston Dog Butlers to the rescue! I have a 6 year old shih tzu mix who was formerly abused, and grooming is REALLY not her favorite. We've only ever found two grooming salons that could handle her shenanigans, Boston Dog Butlers being one of them! The entire team at Dog Butlers has always taken such special care of both my pup and me (worried mom) - they make sure our appointments are at a time when they won't be too busy so my pup is less stressed, and they always give me updates even before she's finished. They are so gentle with her and to my absolute shock, the first time I picked her up post-groom, she didn't want to leave! I am blown away by their service and no longer dread grooming appointments. Thank you BDB team!

I never write reviews for anything, but I must say I’m so glad I found BDB that I feel compelled. I’m a first time dog owner of a WFT - high grooming needs and strong personality. I started taking him to Melissa for basic grooming like baths, nails, small trims, since he was a tiny puppy and she’s been great with him. Last week I took him in for a full hand strip and she did an amazing job despite it being a very labour intensive and skilful task (the first two strips were done by a WFT breeder, but Melissa honestly did just a great a job!). On top of that my puppy loves going there and is always happy to return! I also use BDB for my puppy’s walks with Ciara - who has been absolutely amazing with him and he loves her like a family member! Overall very impressed with the professionalism, honesty and responsiveness of BDB.
