We had a great time in Austin and Tim’s fabulous Georgian home looking after the delightful Daisy and Nina. They are such a sweet pair of pets, so affectionate, playful, fun and very well behaved. They were happy to go for a good walk and then snuggle up on the sofa together and have a good sleep. They get on so well together and it was a pleasure to look after them. Austin and Tim made us very welcome and took around the whole house, explaining where everything was and how everything worked. This was accompanied by comprehensive printed notes. They also took us on one the dogs’ favourite walks around the Castle. Their house is ideally located in the town centre with all the amenities nearby and there are plenty of good walks in the area too. Communication before and during the sit was good. We stayed in the lower garden apartment which was very cosy and convenient and we had roaring fires in the old range every evening. This is a great sit and we would highly recommend it.
We had a great time with Rufus and Moby, they are adorable little dogs. Louis the cat came to us occasionally just to say hello and disappear again. Roseanne your home is lovely and the hot tub was a bonus. The location was perfect as it’s so close to downtown. We would love to do another sit for you in the future.
Leonie was a good host who accommodated me prior to the official sit it was a kind offer and I was very grateful. Bella Leonie gorgeous gentle rescued Greyhound was a easy beautiful dog who loved his walks and his food but at the same time Bella was fussy at times and had specific tastes . Such a sweet personality and would do a leg dance when you mentioned the word walk. He didn’t socialise with other breeds but was not bothered and was polite and walked on. Bella loved socialising with his own breed when walking and got excited and would pick up his pace and smooch fleeting and then off again. Leonie was a good host who made me feel comfortable in her home. There was always lots to do around the house as it was a large house requiring lots of work. Unfortunately all the gardening work was quickly destroyed by bush turkeys very annoying.
Incredible experience! Dakota and Chris are incredible hosts, they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at ease. They provided everything i needed and i was even welcomed to eat the fresh farm food and eggs. I was in contact with them during the trip and they answered any question i had. Tessa is a wonderful dog and i had an amazing time exploring with her. She is the best companion you could ask for and even helps with the chickens! Tessa is a very gentle, expressive and loving dog and i loved taking care of her. The land and the farm are just wonderful, you don't even need to leave the property to appreciate all the beauty Vermont has to offer! If you do leave, there's a lot of gorgeous spots near and the towns near are just as beautiful and filled with coffee shops and local stores. Just a wonderful stay overall!
This was my first sit for Ter and her pup Maynard. Ter is warm, engaging and always kept in touch throughout my sit. Her home is very comfortable, well appointed and later in an amazing area of Ottawa. Downtown yet tucked away off the main streets. Walking distance to the canal, shopping, restaurants/pubs and Parliament buildings. Dear Maynard was a joy to meet and slept beside me every night, loved it. He is a strong pup and we had a bit of a hick up on our first walk together. Ter immediately contacted a friend who walked with us for the next two mornings and Philip gave me some wonderful pointers that I will take with me on my future sits! The following walks were uneventful. It was a rainy last few days with Maynard so he and I had fun playing chase and catch inside. Thank you so much Ter for giving me the opportunity to meet both you and Maynard. I would love to re-sit when needed.
Our sit went great. Communications with Anika and Steve prior to and during the sit were excellent. The home was well equipped with everything we needed and was located in a very safe and pleasant neighborhood that was close to a wide range of restaurants and shopping. Dottie and Dan were delightful animals which made for a very easy sit. Dottie was a bit nervous with us for a day or two, but really warmed up and became a real cuddle-bug by day 3. Dan was warm and friendly from day 1 and spent most of each evening sitting on our laps. We would be happy to sit for Anika and Steve again and would encourage anyone to consider sitting for their super sweet pets in their comfortable home.

Titan has stayed for both daycare and boarding, and I feel confident leaving him, knowing he’s in great hands. The team treats him like family, and they go above and beyond to ensure he’s comfortable and happy. Their extra enrichment sessions give him special one-on-one time that he thrives on, and it’s clear they pay attention to his individual needs. They even have live cameras, which give me peace of mind and let me see how much fun he’s having. We’ve tried other places in the area, but none have made both Titan and me as happy as Camp Bow Wow Middlesex. The care, attention, and personal touch they provide is unmatched, and I’d recommend them wholeheartedly to any pet owner looking for a place that treats your dog as one of their own. Our puppy loves going to camp. Sometimes we’ve noticed an inability to see her for long stretches on the cameras. She loves going though. We’ve had great experiences with their training staff as well as grooming. They offer great services and our pup always comes home tired and happy! ❤️

I'm really not sure about this place. Our normal place was booked so we had to use them to board our little mini bernadoodle. He's really sweet and doesn't prefer other dogs, but we didn't have a choice because our travel was booked . Let's do the positives first. I love that they have cameras so that you can peek in on your fur baby anytime you want to. I love that the dogs have a private sleeping place so that they can rest undisturbed. Things I didn't like my dog came home smelling a little bit like pee. The place itself smells like pee and I'm not sure how often he was let outside to go. So the first day he came home he peed on my floor. He hasn't done that in many many many months . All in all, I don't think it's a bad place but I really don't think we want to stay there again.
Camp Bow Wow takes amazing care of Kyrie! We are greeted as soon as we walk in with friendly smiles ! I love the way they remember my pet’s name and greets him at the door. The place is always so neat and clean. Kyrie LOVES Camp Bow Wow in Middlesex! Thank you for having amazing staff!
This is a fantastic doggie day care. Always clean and smells good when I drop off my pup. The staff is super friendly and I can tell that they are animal lovers. The Camper Cams are great too! I can check in on my dog when I’m at work to see what he’s up to.

Tina was absolutely wonderful caring for our three dogs multiple times a day while we were on vacation. As a cat owning family we were very concerned about leaving our guy for an extended time. What luck to meet Tina! She is lovely, kind and thoughtful and treated Santiago like her own. Me and my dog love Camp Bow Wow! I feel confident that my dog is safe and happy there. We switched to Camp Bow Wow after a bad experience at the Petsmart Pet Hotel. I was pleased to find that they interview every dog to ensure they are friendly and not aggressive. In addition, the dogs play ALL DAY with other dogs - so they are not in a cage until they go to sleep for the night, which is after the facility closes. They are also free to go outside as they wish - the play area connects to a fenced in outside area. There is always a camp counselor with the dogs to make sure they are safe and having fun. You can also watch your dog online! They have cameras in all the play areas. I am so happy to have found Camp Bow Wow. Their prices are also pretty reasonable for the quality of service they offer. Their baths are a bit expensive though!!! I would recommend the daycare and boarding to anyone looking for a great place for their dog!
Staff was great. I checked the video cameras several times throughout the day. Every time Rocco was playing and having fun. There was always a staff member nearby making sure everyone was playing nice. Very attentive, you can tell the staff is full of dog lovers. Rocco 5 month old black lab full of energy and love will be a longtime camp regular!!

Camp Bow Wow in Bridgewater is THE BEST! The staff is beyond friendly and they always go the extra mile to make sure Ransom is well taken care of and played with. He loves his days at CBW and is always tired when he comes home - it makes me so happy to see that he is enjoying his time there. Between the enrichment sessions, activities, grooming, pictures and videos… you can’t go wrong with sending your fur baby here. We used to bring our old dogs here (Max and Mia) before they passed and they loved it too. I will continue to send all my pups here for as long as I possibly can! Huge shoutout to the staff for all the wonderful work they do. Ransom and I are forever grateful ❤️
I can’t say enough great things about Camp Bow Wow Bridgewater. My two year old bernedoodle goes to daycare 1-2x per week and boards for at least a week per month. The staff is incredible and they truly care about Bentley. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate his sometimes complicated feeding and med schedule. Their trainer Kelly is the most thorough and experienced trainer I have met, and their groomers do such a fantastic job. Bentley loves enrichment activities, and I love being able to watch him on the live feeds. CBW Bridgewater is the only place I trust to board my pup :)
Bodie is always excited whenever he goes to CBW for daycare! We love how they all know the pups by their names the moment they walk through the door! They also have such creative activities during halloween, Christmas etc! And they also give your pup a birthday photo! They truly love what they do and care for all the dogs. You guys are awesome!

My dog has been there twice to day care and I was really surprised how mellow she was. She seemed to have a good time and the staff is very nice. I recommend Camp Bow Wow in Bridgewater.
Over the past few months, we've sent our dog to day care at Camp Bow Wow and were generally pleased with the experience: conveniently located, an app that makes it easy to check in on your dog, the staff regularly complimented our dog's behavior and most importantly, our dog seemed happy. So, when it came time for us to go on a family vacation, it made sense to consider Camp Bow Wow as a great option to board our dog for the duration of our trip. This proved to be a big mistake. Throughout our trip (6 days), we consistently checked in on our dog, using the app to see her day-to-day and by receiving updates via text (including photos) from the staff. Though we were concerned to see some significant crowding in some of the pens, that was somewhat alleviated by the staff who reported that our dog was doing well and by the texts they shared that suggested she was content/enjoying her stay. Imagine our surprise (and upset) the morning we were scheduled to pick her up, when we were informed by the staff that we needed to immediately pick up our dog and that she is now 'banned' from Camp Bow Wow for poor behavior. It didn't make any sense. When pressed for additional insight, we were told nothing, so we sat down as a family and began to piece things together. A few things stand out: 1. Behavior has never been an issue. Our dog is known in our neighborhood (and several local dog park/walking areas) for being friendly and approachable by humans and dogs (known and unknown) alike. No barking, no snapping, no growling. 2. The staff claims that they, 'were concerned', but for some unknown reason didn't feel the need to let us know or to communicate that concern. In fact, as mentioned, they regularly texted to show us what a good time our dog was having (and that she was OK). Not once was there any mention of concerns about behavior, etc. 3. Per camp policy, the staff had the contact information of a close family member who could be contacted in the event of issues or concerns. Not once did they contact this family member, who would have gladly picked up our dog at a moment's notice. In short: the team waited until the last possible moment to address the issue rather than reaching out to let us know they were initially 'concerned'. Aside from the fact that this is a complete breakdown in communication, it also seems to indicate that the Camp is more interested in collecting full payment (waiting until the end of a stay to break the news, apparently cramming as many dogs as possible into a pen, etc.) than ensuring the well-being of a lodger/dog. That's no way to run a business and we still had no clear understanding of why the decision was made to ban our dog from their camp. Finally, a day after picking up our dog, we received an email that shed some light on what motivated their decision to "dismiss" our dog. It was a bizarre mix of praising the behavior of our dog (she is/was a, 'very sweet girl...[who is] very wiggly and affectionate and happy' - their words, not mine) followed by a suggestion that, "she had no desire to be in a large group". If she was exhibiting signs of being uncomfortable, why didn't they reach out and recommend an early pick-up for our dog? They had our contact info, they had the contact info of our close relative who again was ready/able to pick up our dog if/when needed. Instead, they kept her in an environment she clearly wasn't comfortable in and kept us in the dark about the situation. This is not how to treat dogs or their owners. So fellow dog-owners, that's a question you'll have to ask yourself before considering Camp Bow-Wow: do you want your dog crammed in a pen with - many - other dogs to the point that your pooch feels threatened and reacts like a dog under duress? Are you comfortable leaving your dog with a staff that will send you fun photos, but will NOT reach out when they have concerns about the well-being or behavior of your dog? If so, then good luck - roll the dice with Camp Bow Wow. We're warning our family, friends, neighbors and associates to stay clear of Camp Bow Wow.

Paws and whiskers pet sitting is the best company I've found in years. Michelle and her crew are absolutely amazing and professional. They care for our dog like he's part of their family. Michelle is so accommodating when it comes to our needs with last minute appointments and any scheduling issues we might have and my family and dog adore her. Madeline was amazing with our Cannoli on our wedding day and night before! We wanted to find a way for our dog to be a part of our special day and we were able to achieve that with the help of Madeline & Happy Bark & Tails. We originally booked Madeline for just the wedding, then leading up to the big day we realized we needed someone to watch him the night before. Which she was able to do! We were so happy. She also attended our rehearsal to help us prepare for him to run down the aisle the next day. She did a wonderful job taking care of him the day of prior, during and after the ceremony. He was able to run down the aisle and quickly get back to her. Cannoli hates being alone and gets anxiety. She was so friendly and Cannoli really liked being with her, which isn’t always the case with people he does not know. It made us feel so relaxed knowing he was happy and in great care on such an important day. After the ceremony, she helped us and our photographers get great shots of us and Cannoli. She even captured great pictures/videos herself behind the scenes, which was awesome and great to look back on. We love photos so being able to have these was amazing. We would highly recommend having Madeline and Happy Bark & Tails alongside you and your pet during your special event. The amount of care and the peace of mind provided were well worth it!
Madeline watched our 6-month old beagle puppy during our wedding weekend, and we are so grateful that we found her! We considered boarding, but it would have been his first time away from us overnight and we knew he needed a lot of 1:1 attention as a young pup. He loved Madeline right away during our meet and greet, and was excited to see her when she arrived on wedding weekend. We were so stress-free knowing he was in good hands, and loved receiving text updates and photos about what he was up to. She brought him to our bridal party photos in a local park, and she kept him completely occupied when he wasn’t in photos and helped get his attention for the camera. We were so impressed by how well-behaved he was with her. Thank you, Madeline!
We had such a great experience with Madeline! She immediately clicked with our mini golden doodle during their introduction session! My fiancé and I left knowing our dog would be in great hands on our wedding day. We are still amazed with how well she was able to handle and direct our dog throughout our wedding day as he can get really excited around new people. Madeline was the BEST!! We could not be happier with hiring her for our wedding. She brought our dog, Theo, to and from the venue and took such good care of him throughout. We also boarded him at her house the night before and the night of our wedding, and he had so much fun. He's a high energy dog, and she was able to keep him calm and well-behaved during our ceremony. She even knew all the tips and tricks to get him to look at the camera for our photos. Madeline was so professional and knew exactly where to be and what to do at all times - we even had multiple guests specifically tell us about how impressed they were with her. And her pictures of Theo were the cherry on top. We'd 100% recommend her to look after your pup!
Gabriel was amazing with our very energetic golden retriever. He picked her up from the dog sitters and drove her to the venue to hangout and get some pictures before the ceremony. Gabriel kept her entertained the whole time and I even had multiple staff members come up and tell me that she was the best behaved dog that they’ve ever had at the venue (which she’s usually the typical crazy golden retriever energy!!) After the ceremony Gabriel drove her back to the dog sitters. I did not once have to think about if she was okay or being taken care of since I knew she was in good hands. Ellie is a part of our family and I’m so thankful Gabriel was able to help her be a part of our wedding day! He also got some adorable shots of Ellie. I cannot recommend them enough!
I cannot stop RAVING about Happy Bark and Tails! I am a neurotic dog mom and have been fortunate enough to never have to leave her with anyone outside my family when we go away. My mom has also never left her dog. But with the wedding it was the first time and THANK GOD for Madeline and Happy Bark and Tails! I cannot recommend them enough. They INSTANTLY made us feel better about leaving our kids with them and went above and beyond to take care of both of them. My moms dog requires daily meds which they had no problem giving him. They offered to pick them up and drop them off and were so accommodating and helpful. They also sent us pictures of our kids settled in and thriving with them. My dog was also a part of the wedding and I was nervous as she has separation anxiety and often pulls to me and freaks out if she can't get to me. BUT day of the wedding she was happy to hang out with Madeline which shows how incredible they are. They came in with her and were so professional and brought treats, toys, and a bag full of supplies. Whenever they offered her water they would wipe her mouth off to make sure she looked perfect for pictures. They also took the best pictures of her that day and such fun videos (I cannot attach here but look on their instagram they are so fun!) They also made sure to coordinate with all my vendors for me which made it so easy for me! They made my whole family feel so comfortable knowing our dogs were ok and we were able to better enjoy the wedding. I cannot thank them enough and recommend them to ANY dog mom bringing their baby to their wedding or to have them dog sat!
We cannot overstate how if you have a dog and want them to be part of your special day, you NEED Bark & Tails! Madeline and Gabriel are amazing at what they do. When signing the contract, we felt their prices were reasonable and the process was very transparent, with each step outlined so we never had to wonder about a single detail. A few weeks before the wedding, we met with Madeline and Gabriel at a park with our pup and we could just tell they are the biggest dog people!! On the day of, Gabriel was outstanding. We were admittedly nervous as our doodle is incredibly sweet and generally well-behaved except when it comes to being separated from my husband and I for even a few minutes. I have no idea what Gabriel did but not only did he manage our pup so that she could be in photos and walk down the aisle, he also took some amazing shots of her at the venue! There is no way we could have done this without them and having Gabriel there made the entire process of having our dog in our wedding completely stress free. The day went super smoothly thanks to Gabriel's calm attitude and hard work and afterward, they boarded our dog at their home. They continued to provide texts and photos to let us know how our dog was doing which we so appreciated! If you want your dog at all involved on your wedding day you NEED Gabriel and Madeline, there is simply no other choice.
Madeline and her husband from Happy Bark and Tails were a dynamic duo that did an outstanding job with our most precious dog Killian. Christopher and I were able to trust them through the entire process beginning with Killians meet and greet to dropping them off at PetSmart with all his items and vaccines. Madeline and her husband were punctual on time, patient and understanding with Killian and provided him an amazing time at our venue for photography. We would not trust anyone else with Killian. I would recommend this amazing business and couple to one and multiple dogs. They consistently prove themselves time and time again.
Madeline and her brother Juan were the pet attendants for our September wedding for our sweet boy, Riley. They did a phenomenal job! I already had a good feeling about Madeline when we first started emailing back and forth, but after I met up with her in person, I knew she was the perfect fit for us and our dog. When I went to go meet up with her in person with Riley, Riley immediately fell in love with her. He was constantly wagging his tail and kept leaning up against her for lots of pets. He even rolled over onto his back for her for lots of belly rubs lol. She made us feel very comfortable and confident in choosing her and her business to be there to care for Riley. We could not have asked for better people to care for Riley on our special day. They picked him up and transported him from the hotel to the venue, dressed him in his outfit, gave him lots of water, love, and treats, took him back to the hotel to meet up with his sitter after the ceremony, and even took their own photos of Riley and special moments throughout the day. We just recently got our "pupfolio"/photo gallery of Riley and we could not be happier with the beautiful photos they captured of Riley during our special day. We highly recommend Madeline and her business to others. We are so happy with our decision and are so grateful to them for providing great care to Riley.
Love Cristina and her team at Canine & Co. We have used them for several different pets, ranging in breed and size. Canine & Company most recently took care of my 90 pound Rhodesian Ridgeback. Our dog loved each one of her walkers and was always nice and tired after the walks. I appreciate her ability for fast scheduling and always keeping me in the loop about what happened on the walks and if I needed to do anything further. The absolute best! Fully insured, completely reliable and professional. I’m a bit crazy when it comes to my dogs and Canine and Co. exceed expectations. My dog Scout has stayed overnight and has also been walked daily. I don’t know what I would do without them. Fantastic!! I had to go on a business trip and they watched my puggle while I was away. They also do overnight watches at my house which is great if I need to spend the night away and don't want the hassle of dropping him off or picking him up! I hate having to leave my buddy locked up in a crate while I'm at work so they also offer visits during the day. Very reliable and always on call. You earned yourselves a lifelong customer!
My 2 French bulldogs spent 2 doggie vacations at canine & co. and were loved and cared for like they were part of the family! The last vacation was during Thanksgiving! Our dogs love going to "camp"! They get so excited to see the team they forget they are leaving us. I have been bringing my two dogs to All American for boarding and baths for the last 10 years. Glenn and his entire staff are amazing with them and I recommend them to anyone looking for vacation pet care or daycare. Chloe and Phoebe get so excited the second I pull off rt 1 and they know where we are going and are exhausted when they get home from all the fun playing they do. I love that they have cameras and 24/7 staff which many places do not and it is why I chose them when we got Chloe as a puppy. I am a nervous dog mom and they are kind and understanding when I’m a bit crazy and love my babies like their own when I am away so I can enjoy my trip. It is also a very clean facility and I trust them 100% to keep my girls safe and happy:) Would recommend to anyone!!

Our two dogs love going to All American Pet Resort North Brunswick. They are super excited when they see the team. We love seeing photos from their stay posted on social media during their stay. When we have put them in VIP it's also fun to check on our babies via video to see them relaxing or watching the team. The team there really makes their stay special and gives us peace of mind while we are away from our dogs. Thank you!!

This was my first visit with a Groupon. As my daughter’s rough collie did not require a haircut, she was groomed and had her nails done. Best Friends did a very good job and Gracie smelled lovely with a pumpkin scent. I will definitely use them again.
I am very impressed with the friendly, and approachable staff. My lab loves it over there. We have been using them for last 3 stays. My lab seems happy after his stay!! The open play area for all the dogs is awesome. The staff take care of my lab as per the instructions given including the medication. I can send in a blanket and a toy for my lab and on the pick up day they clean and dry the blanket. I highly recommend this place.

Our pets are sad when we leave them behind, but we know they’ll be well taken care of by the staff at Best Friends. Having that peace of mind goes a long way! They’re able to stay in the same suite together, and if Bodie doesn’t feel comfortable in Group Play we know they’ll transition him comfortably to individual Play n Stay. Having them groomed before late pickup is a big plus!
This was my first time boarding my pup. Check in was easy and notes were added to my pups profile. Since he was not eligible for group play, I liked that I could add additional play/potty time to his stay. I also liked that they had treat options. They sent me pictures of my pup while we were away since the camera was not in service. When I picked up my pup, he was happy. When at home, he did not have any bowel issues which to me shows that he tolerated the change in environment and stay well.
Best Friends seems to be in a decline. The facility is not clean, trash always over flowing, no one answers the phone, my dog always has to use the bathroom immediately when I pick her up. I am not planning to bring her back for overnights.
Didn't get what I paid for and than was charge extra for a 'difficulty' handling fee for my shy dog who just didn't want to go into the dryer case. 🙃 Had a $60 upgraded package and I KNOW she didn't get an extra scent, extra brushing, etc and better shampoo. Didn't happen as she barely had a scent to her. Wasn't able to speak to the groomer before or after and then was told when I wanted to pick her up 3 hrs later ( I didn't want her there the whole day) they said theyre busy and she might not be done until 7 hrs later. I had an apt at 9:30 am! Totally unacceptable.Was also told by the girl at the front desk it included nails, which it didn't, else i would have added it. My dog has been to groomers before and loved it. A difficulty handing fee is my 95 lb labrador that fights not a 35 lb quiet dog who may only just refuse to walk or go into a unsafe cage to her with a loud vent. They should have dried her while brushing her. How lazy! Another thing- another dog came in with diarrhea and was sick but they took the dog!! Totally unacceptable and unsanitary. I almost didn't want to leave my dog there. Its a biarding vacility, not a clinic! Did that dog get charged an extra sanitary fee!? I doubt it. I won't be going back. Lastly, although I had a voucher and it was right in front of the girl, she rang me up full price until i said something. Disappointed with the WHOLE experience...and based on prior feedback my dog has gotten in the past, they don't know how to handle dogs properly.
I used Best Friends for the first time last week. My dog did great. They took perfect care of him and I didn’t have to worry.

We are so glad we found Paws and Claws. Suzanne is amazing. In the past, we had always had our friend care for our two cats and our house while we were away. When he became unavailable, we were concerned about finding the right person to trust with our kitties and our home. After much research, we decided to give Suzanne a try. We are so glad we did! Upon meeting Suzanne, we were instantly at ease with her. She is an obvious animal lover, and our cats took to her immediately. She has a wonderful personality which made us feel very comfortable entrusting her to take care of everything while we were gone. Suzanne fed, watered, and scooped the cats, of course, but she will also take care of any messes they may leave (hairballs, etc.), will administer medicine, if needed (we didn't, but of could in the future), and spends time playing with them. We wanted our cats to be cared for, of course, but we also wanted someone who would give them some love and affection while we were gone. Each day, Suzanne texted us with a photo of the cats and an update. It was very reassuring to know, and see, that they were doing well. Beyond the cats, Suzanne took in our mail, watered our plants, and took care of a few minor things we had forgotten to do when we left for our vacation. She is organized, thorough, and reliable. Before we found Suzanne, we were very nervous trusting a "stranger" in our home and giving them full access when we were away. We couldn't have made a better choice with Suzanne, and we know we will be relying on her in the future.
My life is enriched by having Paws & Claws Superb Pet Care in it. The owner Suzanne is so kind and amazing and Amy is one of the most caring, sweet and dependable people I know. Amy loves our pets as if they are her own, always remembering all of their likes. She goes above and beyond altering schedules and making last minute accommodations to meet our needs, helping to clean up messes, dispensing medications, feeding by hand, baking special cookies for her birthday, giving extra cuddles and has truly become like a family member. Our Annie loves her and I too developed a special bond with Amy and I honestly don’t think I could ever feel so comfortable with or entrust my fur baby to anyone else.
Suzanne has taken amazing care of my dogs over the years. We’ve been using her for at least 10 years now and I know that I can trust her. You can tell she truly loves the pets she cares for and the pets love her back. Highly recommend!

Paw and Claws is amazing. My dog Horton is a delicate special needs chihuahua who requires a lot of attention. Suzanne and her sweet helpers go above and beyond to make sure that he's taken care of and given the attention that he deserves. I am never worried about him when I'm at work because I know that Paws and Claws will be there soon. They also doted on my late magical tabby, Frankie, and they grieved with me when I lost him. They are lovely people. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

We just had a wonderful first experience with Paws and Claws Superb Pet Care, Suzanne was incredible with our 2 older and quirky dogs. She is reliable, very attentive to ours and our dogs needs, loving to the dogs and extremely trustworthy. All of our directions were followed perfectly and we received a text and picture update every time she visited which was great and very comforting. Even when an unexpected situation came up Suzanne handled it perfectly, calmly, and professionally. I can’t say enough great things about her, we look forward to calling her for all future dog sitting and I will definitely recommend her to friends.

My experience with K9 Resorts, Hillsborough, New Jersey, has been stellar. We recently boarded our two pups (1 year old, and 10 months old) for 3 weeks. This was their first stay outside home and we were naturally apprehensive about how they would handle being away from family and staying at a totally new place for 3 weeks. However, we had no reason to worry. We are very impressed about the high quality care and individualized attention our pups received. We were traveling abroad, and were so happy to get the regular updates from K9 with photos about how our pups were doing, what they ate and everything they did. We were very grateful for this because one of our pups is a very picky eater. The staff went that extra mile to make sure both our pups ate well, got plenty of individual playtime and rest. Not to mention the meticulously clean facility and the caring and cheerful staff. We found the perfect place and the best fit for our dogs. Highly recommend K9, Hillsborough, for any pet parent looking for the best home away from home.
Best daycare ! I’ve visited a few daycares searching for the right fit and we found the perfect one. The staff is organized, have great communication, and are friendly to both the dogs and their people! They know each dog by name and truly care for each dog. I know my dog Koa is always in good hands when he’s there. Koa runs to the front door when we arrive and we can’t even say the word ‘daycare’ at home anymore without him getting excited and jumping everywhere which shows how much he loves going here! An amazing place for any dog, and they will make new friends no matter what their breed or background. I could leave my dog here any day, but your dog may get a little depressed from a feeling of loneliness. (This goes for virtually any dog care center.) Also, you can definitely trust the amazing staff.
Love this place!! And so does my doggy!! They are always friendly, professional, flexible, & very accommodating... I had a death in the family and needed to board my dog in a hurry. They squeezed in his evaluation, and I was able to board him when I needed. What started out as a one-time thing has turned into many daycare visits! Rocky is now a regular and he loves it! And so do I!! Thank you K9!!
My dog Jackson stayed here for 5 days. When boarding elsewhere, he will refuse to eat. The staff at K9 Resorts would feed him by hand. They also took great care when bathing him, making sure water didn't go into his ears, which had recently been medicated. Their services are expensive, but you really get your money's worth. They'd also email photos of Jackson to me periodically, which really made my day.
I have been bringing our Bentley there since they opened and the staff is so wonderful. From the first day they loved Bentley like he was their own and I can feel comfortable knowing that he is in good hands when he’s there. It’s always nice to know they care for him as much as we do. I recommend K9 to everyone and anyone we tell gives the same response of how kind and professional the staff is. I love the K9 app and they send email updates when he spends the night. It’s our 2nd home 🏡.
We are in the process of moving from VA to NJ. Our doggie 🐶 stayed at K9 Resorts yesterday while the movers were getting us settled in. It has been a challenge for her as she is a rescue who had a very horrendous start in life and VA was the only home she has known for the last 10 years. The staff were very attentive to her needs and we appreciate their care. Great facility that we toured the week before and we were elated to find this Hillsborough location so close to our new home.
So glad to have found this place. They take exceptional care of our dog. We send Emma there for full days, half days, and for vacations. She comes home exhausted from hard core play. K-9 Resort is so well kept and the staff truly are dog lovers!
I must say the staff at K9 Resorts in Hillsborough are AMAZING! They were gentle and dedicated to getting our German Shepherd comfortable during her 6 day stay. This was one of the first few times she has been boarded so she's not used to being separated from her pack. We got several email updates with pictures throughout the week, describing her stay and how she was getting used to the staff and enjoying play time. This was the first time she came home not sick, not excessively shedding, no diarrhea. And, they even gave our GSD a bath! We look forward to having K9 take care of our girl again soon.
