Max responded promptly to all questions leading up to the stay, planned with us effectively, and was extremely reliable. There were no logistical issues with his arrival and ensured that our schedules coincided well. Prior to and upon arrival he asked helpful questions which reassured us he was highly invested in the housesit and pets. There were no issues while we were gone and Max sent regular pictures of the pets. I was missing the fur babies on my birthday and Max even scheduled a video call with the pets to say hello! We arrived back to a very clean house and the pets were in good health and high spirits. Overall, Max was professional, courteous, patient, and has a clear love for animals. We cannot recommend Max highly enough and would 100% welcome him back in the future!
My partner and I had a great time taking care of Anna's fur babies, Watson and Harry. She sent us detailed instructional videos on how to care for them. Anna generously offered to help oursleves to her food, however, due to the amazing location of her home, we decided to eat out. Harry and Watson's home is in a very hip and cool neighborhood with lots of bars, restaurants, and cafes. The supermarket is just around the corner, and there are many transportation options, making it the perfect place to get around Cologne. The apartment looks just like it does in the photos, and we both immediately felt at home with all the creature comforts we would need. The highlight of the stay, of course, was Harry and Watson! They are adorable cats with their own unique personalities. We had so much fun together playing with their favourite toys. And once they get to know you, they are sweet and cuddly. We will definitely pet sit for Anna again! <3
Rolo is a wonderful dog, well-behaved, loving, playful, and very cute! We were very lucky to spend one month with him over the winter holidays. The house was clean, tidy and comfortable - and we had a beautiful bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Located in the countryside, the house is surrounded by beautiful walks in all directions. Alice and Andy made us feel very welcome, we spent the first evening together - and were quick to answer our queries during our stay. We absolutely recommend this stay - you'd be lucky to look after Rolo if you enjoy walking in the countryside!
Everything was as listed. I had no problem reaching them by text whenever I had a question. This house is walkable to the beach, as stated. You will want to walk because there is no public parking. If you want waves, jump on the highway and you're there in about 1/2 hour. It was cool to see the F16s flying overhead. First Landing was very interesting. The boardwalk took us over the swamp with huge cypress trees and moss. The beach was good for skipping rocks, playing football with others camping there and watching the sunset. Their house is conveniently located near a Walmart, so if you forgot it, no big deal. Mr. Socks wanted to be pet on his own terms, but did come and sit on my lap or my son's every night to watch TV. He was cute spying on us from behind the curtain and then coming out for attention. Their bed is SUPER comfortable and the ceiling fan and sound machine make for great sleep. This home is centrally located to explore the VA Beach area and the hosts are concerned about your well being as well as their pets. Go here if you get the chance.

We had a delightful time at Lorris house. Her meow meows are so sweet and loving. TK is a gem with a very determined personality, Vinny loves to be near you and likes a good belly rub and Spirit is a charmer who loves to be loved. They won our hearts. The house is beautiful and spacious, waking up to the sight of the mountains and the sound of the river is sensational. The location is fantastic too, the house is close to all the shops and restaurants and hiking and cycling trails Salida has to offer. This is was great sit and we would be happy to come back. Lorri and her cat crew are purrfect.
Maple was so sweet and loving!!! She was a wonderful dog to take care of. Evan was a great host and was super helpful :) He had a google doc containing detailed instructions on how to care for Maple. 5 stars!!

Their own dogs make visitors feel very welcome and they all get along famously. I can not recommend Crawshaw Home Boarding highly enough.
Jackie at Crayshaw dog boarding is lovely and my Charlie (Bichon) loves his stays there. He is made to feel part of the family and gets plenty of exercise and always happy when he comes home. Definitely recommend as would never want to put my dog into a kennels.
Absolutely fantastic place for your dog to be,left my dog with Jackie the owner with no worries at all,she is a very caring girl for the animals in her care a very approachable person,friendly and polite and happy person ,rates are excellent, she took my dog in, as I had to go aboard, keep me updated while I was there, crawshaw homes are perfect for any breed of dog ,a very kind and caring person, I literally can't thank her enough Regards Barry griffiths
