There is no place I would trust more to care for my cat. She is 18yo, needs meds morning & evening plus is challenging to feed...and Rhonda is amazing with her!!

Lady Di doggy daycare and boarding is fantastic. Our dog, Pippi is actually pretty shy and was very nervous with our previous doggy day care. Now she runs up the stairs to see her friends! Pippi clearly adores everyone who is at Lady Di. We feel totally comfortable boarding her there too. One less thing to worry about when we have to travel. We have also used Lady Di's for in home pet care for our cat, Sophie. We were totally confident that she would get great care while we were gone and we were right. Sophie was happy to see us but happy, healthy, and friendly when we returned. Thank you to everyone at Lady Di Pet chaperone. I can't recommend them enough!

It's tough to let someone into your home when you're traveling, so finding someone like Sarah - kind, trustworthy, reliable... and a true animal lover is wonderful. Sarah is simply amazing. We've taken a couple of trips to care for ailing family members and she's provided home visit care for our shy cat, Tucker. Not only does she do the basics - feeding, cleaning the box, giving pets (if he lets her get close enough) - she also reports on anything unusual that she happens to see. Knowing she's here to care for Tucker has helped us focus on family matters without worrying about how our kitty is doing in our absence. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Sarah and her team. My active goldendoodle loved going to daycare sessions ahead of my 12-day trip overseas. I felt totally relaxed leaving her there. It's obvious they take care. I would totally use them again!

We are so grateful to Lady Di Pet Chaperone and staff for taking such wonderful care of our 5 month old puppy. I was forced to find a daycare after getting a not so nice note from a neighbor. I had seen this place close to where I live so I decided to check them out after doing research and reading reviews. After completing the application and sending an e-mail, I was contacted immediately. He has been going there almost two months and he is a very happy dog. He is excited to go and gets home exhausted from playing with his friends all day. Because of his positive interactions and the great care from the staff, he is friendly around people and other dogs. As for me, I am able to go to work without feeling guilty because I know he is in good hands. It is evident that Sarah and her staff really love and care about what they do.

Patricia and Steven have a great place . The dogs are happy and well behaved. They get to run out and play in the large fenced yard or hang out with people in the well kept living room. My dog Molly adjusted so quickly and didn’t even want to come home. I told Patricia she must be a dog whisperer .

I have been using Patricia almost daily now for over 3 months while I am at work. She is AMAZING with my 1 year old puppy, he always has so much energy and is ZONKED by the time he comes home. It was scary at first leaving him for 8 hours a day with another person but Patricia has eased all of my stresses by loving my dog almost as much as me and always being so pleasant to interact with. He has NEVER had any problems and when he was boarded for a few days while I was out of town I got photo updates regularly. She truly does love what she does and loves her animals and I can guarantee she treats all the pups she cares for like her own. He is always so excited to go, and it makes me so happy he can have fun and play while I work full time. I never have to worry that he is not being cared for or that he is unhappy. I cannot recommend Patricia more. Your pups will always be loved and well cared for here.

I have been so happy with my experiences using Patricia and Steven's Doggy Daycare, and most importantly, my doggos have loved the visits too. I was incredibly relieved to find them available last minute during Spring Break after I had a death in the family and had to leave the state unexpectedly and on short notice. I'm definitely not the kind of pet owner who is comfortable leaving their pets with just anyone, but after the initial Meet and Greet, I was much more reassured. Patricia told me she wanted the experience of loved pets coming to stay with them to feel like they were going to "Gwammie's house", and that was 100% the experience she provided. They make sure to take only a select number of dogs so each can get the attention it deserves and will strictly adhere to any diet your kiddo is on. Their home is an environment that is definitely dog-friendly and it really impressed me how well all the dogs, including mine, settled in and got along well with each other. I also really liked that the dogs have access to a doggy-door to go outside to a fenced area to potty when they needed. As an extra bonus, it was even a little less expensive than the pet hotel I would have normally used. When it came time to schedule my vacation, I absolutely wanted to use their services again and was so grateful they were available. When my girls realized where they were going, they were so happy to go back and got super excited in the car. It left me with a feeling that my dogs were comfortable with the previous stay and relaxed with the idea of staying again, which is always so reassuring when you leave your pets as a pet parent. In the future, they will absolutely be my pet-sitting service of choice!

We have been boarding our dogs with Patricia and her son for the last few years. They are so awesome with our pups. We recently just had our pup boarded with them for a week and half. And due to weather conditions we got stuck and couldn't pick our pup up for another few days. They were so accommodating and understanding. We really appreciate how much they care for our pup! I could not be happier with Patricia's Doggy Daycare. While visiting our original plans fell through and we were stuck with finding a quick alternative. I called a couple of other places, and they could not even get us a meet and greet until the end of the month. Then I called Patricia and she worked with my short notice needs. At the meet and greet I knew right away that this was a great place to leave my dog for the day. Patricia was very flexible and accommodating as our schedule changed at the last minute. Patricia and Steven have been taking care of my dog regularly for the last 6 months and I personally recommend them to coworkers, friends, and family members. She has a large, wonderful fenced yard that dogs have 24/7 access to via a doggy door--which is great for my high-energy dog that loves to play all-day-long. We used Patricia’s Doggie Daycare for a week while on a trip to Texas. Patricia arranged several meet and greets to make sure our pups would all get along. There is a big fenced yard for the dogs to run around in as well as a doggie door for easy outdoor access. Patricia and her son Steven took great care of Dougal. She sent regular updates to me to ease my mind since this was the first time we had left our boy with anyone. Patricia is very knowledgeable on just about every aspect of pet care. Our dog Jasper had an amazing experience w Patricia and her son Steven. It was his first time and they took very good care of him! Patricia kept me updated and was very responsive to texts. Patricia seems like a dog whisperer! We were in the area from out of town for a weekend and needed a place for our dog to go while we went to the Kitsap Forest Theater. She was responsive to all communication, reassuring and professional. She and her son took great care of our fur baby, who had a recent bad experience at a different kennel and is now nervous. Communication is great, the dog walkers are the nicest and send the sweetest updates, and the owner/team has been incredibly flexible/understanding with helping care for our dog since he was a puppy. We have been using Close to Home Pet Services for dog walking for our two large dogs for about 1.5 years and have been continually impressed with the dog walkers, including the owner Drew, and especially with the communication from both Drew and from the other dog walkers. One of our dogs is reactive, and every single dog walker has worked with her to curb her reactivity, and we have even noticed differences when we walk her now. Our dogs genuinely look forward to walks with Drew and the team.

We have been using Run Spot Run since 2012. We formerly had two dogs (a Bichon and a Mini Aussie) who both loved Susan and her facility. Now we have a Maltipoo, Lily, who loves to go there to play. She has no clue she's in daycare...it's just a play day. Susan has also rescued us on several occasions when we had family medical emergencies and called for her assistance, which she provided without hesitation. I can't say enough good things about Susan, the owner of Run Spot Run. We have a miniature dachshund (who also happens to be called Susan!) and she LOVES going over to play with her friends at Susan's place. This is the perfect setup for us because Susan is an amazing caretaker who cares for our pup just like we would, and also because our pup enjoys smaller crowds than typically found at a doggie daycare so she really gets into great play habits and loves coming back again and again. We'll be lifetime customers as long as Susan will have us :)

She is communicative, thoughtful, and clearly cares for our Gizmo and Gilly like they’re her own. We used Linn to watch our two cats while we away, and she did an amazing job. It was so nice to get to have them stay at home versus being separated for boarding. She administered medicine for one of our cats, tended to the litter box, made sure they got water/food, and played with them! Tremendous value for the price. She even got our mail for us. Would highly recommend!

The business owner is wonderful with pets. If you need to travel away from your feline fur babies for a short time, you can safely leave them in their comfortable home environment and Linn will come visit and feed them so they don't have to stay in a kennel. This service is super valuable to us.

This is the best place for day care and boarding! Linn is flexible to changing schedules, and quick to respond. She monitors the group closely, and makes sure all the dogs get along. Her yard is great for the dogs to run around, and the indoor space is great to keep them dry in the winter. I really like that when our dog boards here, that he is not in a kennel, and treated like family. Couldn't ask for a better place to send our dog to!

Linn is amazing!! She was a life saver! My husband and I have to travel a lot for work, and a lot of the travel is last minute. We gave Linn a set of our house keys, and we were able to call at the last minute and ask her to cat sit for us. When I travelled, I never worried about my little cats, I knew they were in good hands. I like Linn because she is a professional, she is licensed, and knows pet CPR! My cats are very shy, and don't always like strangers, but they loved Linn! I really felt that Linn genuinely cared for my cats. It was also nice to get pictures of my cats while I was on the road. I only wish that we still lived in Tacoma! **UPDATED: My husband and I had to travel for 3 weeks in a row. We didn't know what we should do with our cats. We don't live in Tacoma any more, and we didn't want to try a new cat sitter for that long. So Linn offered to board our cats! I can enjoy my vacation knowing that my cats are being looked after and cared for at Linn's place!

Linn is amazing with our dogs and has been extremely welcoming every time. She's also very accommodating with our needs. We moved further away but will continue to use her.

We take our two germans shepherds to Personal Pet Concierge and have loved them. We love that we get several updates from Linn several times while we are away, and we know that our dogs are being cared for throughout the day, not just left alone in a crate. We have taken our Mini Aussie Roo to stay with Pet Concierge a couple of times and she LOVES it. Lynn takes great care of her for a reasonable price as well. I appreciate that she sends updates with pictures of how Roo was doing while we were out of town which helped us relax knowing she was in great care. Roo always has a comfortable stay with dog beds, room to run and enjoys playing with the other animals that are staying with Lynn. Lynn even went the extra mile and bought us another bag of dog food when we ran out on the last day. Saved us a trip to the store on the way home when we picked up Roo. Highly recommend them for pet sitting.

I love Personal and Pet Concierge. Linn and her team make traveling for work easy and stress free. I never worry about my cat anymore because I know he's in really good hands. While their services are 100% great, I want to highlight a couple areas in which I think P&PC excel. The first is communication. This is an important area for me (I'm a writing teacher) and I find that many petsitting agencies and individuals struggle to maintain adequate communication before an after my travels. P&PC have been wonderful communicators. They reply quickly to my efforts to schedule care for my pet. They send me updates (including images) while I'm away. And they are always clear about billing, visit schedules, etc. I couldn't ask for more. The second area is care. In the past, when I would return from a long trip my cat would be all out of sorts from a lack of TLC. Since I've been working with P&PC, he seems to barely notice that I've been away. This is because they visit him often and they treat him like he matters (like he's their own pet). It's not just about keeping food in his bowl. In sum, I can't recommend these folks any higher. I don't think you'll find better pet care in the area.

AMAZING! Our rescue Border Collie, Quinn, had always been a little apprehensive around other dogs, especially males. He spent a week with Linn & Mark and their bevy of guests. Quinn had the time of his life! He was exhausted and content when he got home. It has now been several months since his stay, and we continue to see the positive after-effects of his visit. He remains confident and more social. As a matter of fact, we had a true test shopping at the hardware store yesterday. Quinn was relaxed and social with a male dog, even sharing a treat! Sirius Pet Care is a great, independently-owned dog-walking and boarding company. They also do cat sits at your own home. From what I have seen, they are a lot more personal and loving to their clients' pets than a lot of the other companies tend to be. What's more is they are priced very competitively. If you are looking for someone to take your dog to the park on a regular or semi-regular basis and/or you need boarding for your dog while you are out of town, or you need someone to take care of your cat while you are away, I would SERIOUSLY recommend SIRIUS Pet Care. I mean, the name alone is brilliant... (The Dog Star is called Sirius, right...? Brilliant.)

Brittany is wonderful! She is a great communicator which helps a ton. All of our animals loved her instantly, even the 20 pound kitty. Our pup does the weekly field trips and LOVES them. We know where they are going ahead of time, and always see photos of her in action- happy as can be. Our pup cannot wait for Brittany to come for her weekly field trips. We also have an escape artist kitty, and that hasn't been a problem, which is a huge relief. Sit'N Stay has been a great asset for our (furry) family.

Brittany is extraordinary at what she does. I can't praise her enough and highly recommend her to you. Because of a fall outside my building that took me away from home for 7 weeks, I engaged with Brittany under emergency circumstances. She felt the need to be there for me and my precious kitty and did not hesitate to start seeing him right away. She had great compassion for his emotional needs and provided many strategies to help him stay calm and have fun. Every time she saw him, I received a report card from her along with a photo of my Cheeto. She shopped for everything he needed since I was unable to do that. Once again, Brittany saved me! Or, my dog actually. Brittany is a good friend of mine, and when I have a dog issue, she gets a crazy and panicked message from me. One of my dogs has had an issue for a few days and I sent Brittany pics and a description. She told me what to do, and what she thought it was. She also told me it was time to get her to the vet. Brittany was spot on. She believed it was a GI irritation and told me Coco needed a probiotic, a specific bland diet, and that the vet would likely prescribe a certain antibiotic. The vet basically said, word for word, everything Brittany said, down to the exact antibiotic. I live in a different state, but if I were near Burien, I wouldn't hesitate to have Brittany care for my dogs. Not only will she love them like her own, she's incredible during an animal emergency and knows just what to do, even long distance :)

My pup had a layover at SeaTac so we booked boarding though PJs. I was a little nervous at first because this was the first time I have had an animal flying plus we would be flying at the same time as her. I was really reassured when the airline said they work with PJs all the time. We then also had the airline try to contact us while we were in the air, which was terrifying, PJ was able to talk to the airline for us to help figure out what was going on. This was so amazing! PJ was quick at replying to emails, picked up the phone when we called, and replied to texts when we had an emergency during our flight. Would definitely book through PJs again! The one thing PJs can improve is their website I found it different to navigate on mobile. You need to change your browser to 'desktop mode' to be able to access the drop down menu and find the content info.

Due to the heat Embargo, going from North Carolina to Hawaii. We had a hard time rerouting our pets to an airline that could fly them. We ended up having to go from North Carolina to Seattle, but it had a six hour layover. They gave us three options for a kennel service that could feed water and let them potty And PJs pet ranch was absolutely amazing. I know my pets were terrified in general, but she did an amazing job. We were so worried and so tired, lol but she was beyond amazing. One less thing to stress over. Beyond recommend

I take my dog here for boarding regularly now. I haven't needed to use the airport services but it seems that is what PJ's is best known for. My dog is happy and well cared for when I pick her up. The price of services is hard to beat.

I used their services for my puppies layover in SEATAC. PJ was awesome and so communicative throughout the process. She even sent pictures of the pup! She was on time for pickup, despite me sending her a later time, and drop off. Our dog arrived home safe and sound. Thank you PJ! I would absolutely kennel with them in the future!

This has got to be one of the best kenneling/transport/etc service I have ever had the pleasure of working with for my dog! I had a few issues with flights, and PJ's was more than accommodating and able to adjust the dates and times to ensure my dog was at the airport before his new flight. I am incredibly grateful for all their help because I had peace of mind the entire time my dog was on his layover. I especially appreciate how adaptable they were. I would highly recommend them for all your pet kenneling needs!

Took care of our dogs during their layover at SEA-TAC. Picked them up from the airport, notified us, sent pictures, fed/watered/cared for them, then got them back to the airport at their check in time early the next morning. Each dog gets its own area which put our minds at ease because our dog isn’t used to other dogs and we didn’t feel very comfortable with other kennels or dog hotels that keep them all together. It is very reasonably priced, we will definitely be using PJs pet ranch again.

They were great! I put my phone number on my kittys crate so I could get pictures throughout her travels because I was worried about her and pjs texted me as soon as they got the call to pick her up, once they picked her up, and even sent me a video of her once they got her to her “hotel” for the night. I really appreciated them being so sweet and caring and understanding that we worry for our animals when they are not in our care. 10/10 would reccomend. Thank you guys so much!❤️
