She went above and beyond with her care for Lola and we couldn't have asked for a better sitter. Marissa left the house in pristine condition. She is a trustworthy and lovely person who we would love to welcome back to our home at any time! She made our first experience on this site a perfect one. Any pet that gets to have Marissa as the sitter is a lucky pet.
Carrie and her boyfriend are pros at this. All info super clear, and they were very communicative. Their cats are beautiful, so smart, interactive, and sweet. It was fun taking care of them! The house is super comfortable with a lot of lovely added amenities!
Ian and Russell made us feel at home. Ian cooked us a wonderful delicious meal the night before they left. Basil the cat was like a small dog. Easy to take care Basil was. We loved the location, view being in a natural bush rainforest area with a small spring fed creek flowing down side of their land. The view to the Gold Coast and to the Pacific Ocean topped it off. Fruit bats to possums to cockatoos, galahs, magpies and other wild life like bush turkeys visit. Thanks for choosing us to stay in your home. We Enjoyed the conversations with you both. I had a great stay at Mandy & Mike's place. Miles the dog is chilled out and easy to look after. Ruby the cat is lovely once she warms up and Syd made me laugh so many times with his kitten energy and hijinks. He was either full speed racing around the place or asleep. All the animals were happy to just have some company and would sleep near me while I was reading or whatever I was doing. It was a really peaceful housesit. I would housesit for them again anytime.
We enjoyed our short stay with Jazzy in Sheffield, she is easy to look after and as a typical cat, let’s you know what she wants. The area was great for walks, pubs, cafes (although you need to try and book at the moment due to capacity limits). Abi met us at the house and we had a lovely tour of the house and garden, covering all the information we needed. Communication was great, thank you Abi xx
Baloo really is as easy as they come. When he’s indoors he could barely be more relaxed, and when he’s being walked he doesn’t appear to know how big and strong he is so he doesn’t pull. Something about him means an unusually high number of people stopped to greet him wherever I took him, and he responded excitedly and with a wagging tail to every one. I even took him on a road trip with a friend and her husky, and they just as quickly became good friends. Gabi and Lisa made him a pleasure to be with
Hugo is the cutest boy, big boy, who is extremely gentle and sweet. I enjoyed taking him to the dog park right around the corner and giving him all the attention he asked for. Anna’s place is in a great, safe area of the city and is a charming place to stay. She provided me with all the information I needed and was super about communicating during the stay. You’ll be lucky to come and watch Hugo ◡̈

The best doggy day care in Hull! Riley absolutely loves it here, he has been coming for 10 months now and after a terrible experience at a previous day care which landed him being rushed to the vets I can say whole heartedly that I am always at easy when he is at Dalton street! The lovely ladies are very knowledgeable and switched on, the love of dogs is clear and it shines through! I cannot recommend them enough
The only place I will let Dave go. He is so well looked after, he loves visiting his friends and fuss from the lovely staff there. Dog groomers on site too which is incredibly handy. We love that we can relax knowing he's in good hands and having fun.
Took my two puppies here today for their first session after the initial trial. They absolutely loved it and its fantastic they have a dedicated puppy section to allow their confidence to grow before going next door with the big boys and girls. My other dog Maeve has been going for a few years now and also gets groomed here. I cannot praise the staff enough as its very clear they are passionate about the dogs in their care and all my dogs absolutely love going.... in fact.... they don't often look back at me when they go in, that is testament in itself. Such a amazing place! I highly recommend if you want to send your pup/dog to a daycare whilst you work or attend a event, really fast responses. Send you updates of your pet through out the day, the ladies are so lovely that work there and are highly professional. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough, worth every penny. My pup comes home each time very happy and one tired boy. X
Laura is AMAZING! I can't cope well with my doodle, he is really woolly and also big. By the time he goes for a groom he usually has a lot of matts but she doesn't judge and she just gets on with it. I honestly don't know how she does it, but she works her magic! He went in there today looking like a polar bear and came out looking like a beautiful new born seal. Can't recommend her enough ❤️
The best place ever for your little bundles of joy. My lovely older whippet Sky has been going for six weeks now. Never a struggle to get her there. When you pick them up you can see all the dogs interacting, no walkie talkies to release your dog. The staff are lovely, Sky enjoys herself and is always exhausted by the time she gets home. If you need to leave your dog with anyone then this is the place. EXCELLENT.
I haven’t any hesitation in giving 5 stars!! Cooper, my 1 year old cocker spaniel has been in the little dog lounge a few weeks now. He’s a sensitive little soul but is growing in confidence thanks to the staff. They are brilliant, patient and really flexible. They all take their time to get to know each dog and it’s obvious they are all passionate about what they do. My working hours can change daily and it really helps that there is so much flexibility. Cooper loves it, he’s happy and tired!! A tired puppy is a well behaved one! Cooper also had his first groom here. He hates being caged so I was very wary about other groomers. No cages here. I was over the moon with his pamper. The Dog Lounge was recommended by someone I knew and wouldn’t hesitate to pass that recommendation on. Thank you The Dog Lounge x
I took Daisy to The Dog Lounge following a recommendation and I'm so glad I did. She always comes home very happy and sleepy! She's tiny so I love that they have a little dogs section where she goes. The staff are fantastic and I know I don't have to worry while she's there. Couldn't recommend more!
Hector loves spending time at the Dog Lounge. and has been coming here for a few years. Jane and Lauren give a first class service and treat your dog as special as they do their own. They are really friendly and provide excellent care for all dogs. I strongly recommend here to anyone.
