Brandi and Anthony were excellent guests! Our horse needed some unique care while we were gone due to an injury. Brandi was immediately comfortable with her (as Aero was with Brandi—something we don’t always see), while administering three different medicines, applying a fly mask and fly spray, handling two mixed-food feedings a day, and brushing an animal who likes to roll in the mud. We couldn’t have asked for better care. Our house was clean, and all the laundry was done by the time we arrived home. Brandi and Anthony get our highest recommendation.

Louise
Louise and Ben are just absolutely amazing people to sit for and we really could not recommend them enough. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable in their home and were so incredibly thoughtful. Their home is absolutely beautiful and Louise was really responsive (and lovely!) when we had questions. Winston & Darcey we’re SUCH a delight for us to take care of, we’ll miss them terribly!! Thank you so much Louise and Ben for making our trip to Adelaide so special

Eileen
Eileen and Will are the stuff great hosts are made of and this made for a wonderful sit all around. Their listing was clear and accurate, and the welcome guide was detailed. I arrived 2 nights ahead of their departure to ensure that I was able to observe a full “day in the life” which left me feeling comfortable and prepared. Olivia is anxious meeting new people, and the care Will took with my introduction to her confirmed not only their concern for her needs but also their commitment to making my arrival stress free.

I could see as soon as I entered my room the care that Eileen had taken in preparing the space for me to ensure I would be comfortable. For me, the house and property were amazing. Tastefully appointed with treasures, cozy with the fireplace, cushions and at least a dozen different “spots” one could sit with a cup of coffee or a book. The functionality is well thought out too, from the laundry room with everything you need to manage the horse feed to the mudroom with all the dog bits – and a large sink in each. Things you don’t appreciate from a listing but really stand out once you start handling the day-to-day chores.

This is a sit that keeps one moving. The chores aren’t overwhelming, but I never failed to hit my “step goal” by mid afternoon. Things are set up nicely to allow for up to 6 hours away from the house on occasion and the area is well worth exploring. I especially enjoyed the trails in the park behind the house which made dog walks easy and provided variety from the private trails accessed by the garden gate.

All my communications were responded to promptly and I felt trusted and appreciated throughout my stay. I would sit for Will and Eileen again in a heartbeat.

Raine and Tony
Petsitting for Raine and Tony was great! They made a comprehensive petsitting guide, gave us a house tour before departing, and communicated regularly with us while they were away. And Cleo was delightful and easy to care for. After a couple of days, Cleo didn't hesitate to jump on our laps when she wanted some attention. If you like cats who cuddle a lot, Cleo is the one! We really enjoyed our stay in Issaquah, and we'd love to petsit for them again :)

Nathalie
This sit for Nathalie & Lou was amazing.
Everything was well organised & so easy thanks to these wonderful hosts who were so warm & welcoming.
The house is comfortable with all mod cons in a great location with parks, pubs, gym, shops, eateries & public transport within easy access.
Their cats Pickle & Ruby were low maintenance & I enjoyed their company (with a "guest appearance" by Chicken, a neighbourhood cat they also care for)
Ruby is friendly but wary at first. Once she gets to know you she is quite social & interactive.
Pickle was getting over a leg injury so was happy with alot of tlc. He is very affectionate, charming & chatty.
I highly recommend this sit & would eagerly return if needed in the future.
Quality, genuine people & lovely pets.

Bonnie
What a perfect sit! This was my first sit and Bonnie and Jeff are wonderful people with a lovely family. They were both warm and welcoming, they explained everything so it was clear and easy to follow. Their house is massive and completely stunning, in a very safe area. The guest suite is the best room/bathroom in the house. Everything you need for a comfortable stay (restaurants, grocery store, shops) are a short drive away. They were very accommodating allowing me to arrive the day before they left so I wouldn’t have to drive late in the dark alone and could get settled and see where everything was before they left. There’s tons to do and see in the area if you love hike/walks and beautiful countryside.
Phoebe is the sweetest little Velcro dog and will never tire. She loves to keep going whether it’s chasing a ball, running or on a walk or hike she has amazing energy for her size. She is a happy pup, well behaved, and absolutely no trouble. Tessa is a love bug and will find you as soon as you settle somewhere and want to sit on you. She super affectionate, loves to snuggle on the bed at night with you. Tiramisus is a typical calico, full of character and mischievous but very loving also. She had to stay separated but was always happy, somethings over excited to see me and hang out. Absolutely loved the whole experience and can’t wait to sit again.

Matt
We had a wonderful 10 days with Nacho and Blue in Matt and Susu’s gorgeous Tucson home. Having served as both sitters and hosts, Matt & Susu have a wealth of TH experience which shows in their thoughtful and thorough approach to selecting and communicating with sitters. They made sure we were a good fit for their pups and gave us all the info we needed for success in an extremely comprehensive and detailed, full-color, illustrated, award-worthy Welcome Guide. Matt and Susu are astute pet parents and did a great job of letting us know exactly how to best care for their pups, plants and home. Nacho and Blue are young, high-energy dogs who love multiple long daily backyard play sessions, so get your throwing arm ready! Both dogs love fetching endlessly. During our stay, Nacho’s record for consecutive frisbee catches was a whopping 21, and adorable, fluffy Blue returning with his ball is a sight you’ll want to see over and over again - and you’ll get to! These pups love to play, but they also love to cuddle, like no other dogs we’ve ever met. Our hearts quickly melted for Nacho and Blue and we hope we’ll be able to sit for them again sometime. Matt and Susu’s beautiful home is bright and spacious and offers all the features and comforts you could possibly need to feel at home during your stay. The home is situated in a lovely neighborhood with mountain views and hiking and biking options nearby. Fantastic stores and restaurants are a short drive away and it’s not far from central Tucson. So don’t hesitate, apply to sit for Matt, Susu, Nacho and Blue, you’ll be glad you did!
