It was a true pleasure taking care of Rosie for Tina and Richard. A super sweet cocker spaniel, Rosie is fun to play with and absolutely gorgeous, attracting much attention on our urban excursions and putting a smile on many faces every day. I enjoyed every minute of her company across the city and felt extremely lucky to be her temporary human. Her care is very easy and her happy face is simply gold. Tina and Richard are a beautiful young couple. Easy to communicate with, kind, accommodating, and flexible. They were understanding and supportive and went out and beyond to help when I had to leave Rosie early. The apartment is well lit and spacious with everything you need for a comfy stay and more. Neighbours are friendly and the hood is safe and green with convenient access to public transport. A perfect base for sightseeing and exploring SF’s wonderful food scene. Thank you for this delightful opportunity, Tina and Richard. I hope to see you angels in person in the near future. All three of you will stay in my heart forever. Please give Rosie my love
We had a great time sitting for Nova, Finn and Julip! Nova is such a sweet and well behaved dog, and we had fun taking her out to play in the snow. Allie and John’s home is a nice little bungalow in a convenient neighborhood. They were easy to get in touch with anytime we had questions. Very nice stay!
Billie is a joy to be with she is so friendly to dogs and people and everyone loves her while we were out and about walking or on the beach. She was so well behaved, is lots of fun and wants to play is always a happy girl and loves a snuggle. Jordan was amazing to talk too and the house is lovely. It was an amazing dog sit and I will always have a place in my heart for Billie.
Fiona and Tim's converted Chapel was a delight and very comfortable. We fell in love with the two dogs, Wally and Bingo, who were very easy going and who accepted our own dog, Mackie without fuss. The whole area was peaceful and perfect for dog walks. Fiona left ample information regarding the dogs, house and contacts. We enjoyed the two weeks and would definitely recommend to future sitters.
I loved sitting for Scout! She takes a minute to warm up but then she’ll be your best friend. She loves to snuggle and be a couch potato with you. She doesn’t like delivery drivers and will bark but doesn’t mind other dogs or people walking by the house. She mostly does her own thing and just likes to be in your vicinity. We went on a couple walks a day as she doesn’t love going to the bathroom in the backyard but she’s a great walker with her harness. She hates thunderstorms but will put herself in the closet and come out once it’s past. Jaclyn and Nick were great hosts and very hospitable. They showed me around the house when I got there and were very quick in answering texts. I would absolutely sit for them again!
We had a great time meeting Alex and Rachel and spending time in their beautiful home with their babies. Everything was written out for us making for an easy sit. There’s so much to see and do in Beverly and nearby towns, and it was fun to ride the train from the Beverly station to Boston. We would stay again!
