I had a wonderful stay in Kiama looking after Bosko and Franki. The location is excellent and there are lots of super friendly pet owners with interesting lives to chat with while the dogs hang out. There are also so many great places to take the dogs on walks. Karen and Paul are lovely, warm and friendly, and have a amazing view home and a beautiful daughter that I got to hang out with for a few hours. I highly recommend this pet sit.
I had a wonderful time housesitting for Adrian & Moira, their a wonderful couple, and made me feel very welcome. Their two cats are both lovely and no problem at all. One of them “ Libby “ just loves to be with a human, and would make any sister feel welcomed and at home. A beautiful natured cat. The other “ Clyde “ is more reserved, but no problems at all. The home is situated only a short distance from the beautiful town of Caerphilly, and a very short train journey into Beautiful Cardiff. I got to visit Cardiff Castle, as well as Caerphilly Castle, so much history in the area. Looking forward to a revisit some time soon. Many thanks Adrian & Moira, for allowing me to sit for you. This was my first sit and it couldn't have been better! Nancy and Nellie are the sweetest girls; it was such a pleasure to sit them. Sian and Simon's home is so beautiful with lots of lovely coastal walks and swimming spots nearby. They were contactable and responsive during the sit. I hope to sit Nellie and Nancy again in future!
We are very happy and grateful for having had the opportunity to take care of Tasca, Jasper and Lisa. We've been only 3 days but it was enought to became friends. Jasper and Lisa are super friendly dogs who spent the day by our side, as if they had known us all their lives. They walk perfectly on the leash and do not pull. They took their meds with no problem. They were just adorable. Tasca was also comfortable with our company. Nancy was super friendly and open and she was always available for our questions. The house, on the beachfront, is a luxury to be able to enjoy not only the beach but also beautiful sunrises on the horizon. Thank you for trusting us and for giving us this opportunity!
Skye and Tom were great hosts! Because we were driving, they let us come in the night before and we had dinner together. Baby and Cooper were just great and easy. They just get fed twice a day and go out to potty a few times per day. There is a lovely pool to swim in and there are several free places to go watch the sun go down in town. If you like to soak up the sun and eat fresh sea food- this would be a good sit for you.
We had an absolute blast on this sit! Chito the cat is the most vocal cat we’ve ever been around. Just loved hearing her chat and spending time with her. The house is simply beautiful and they keep it immaculate. It’s very comfortable and we felt completely at home right from the start. There’s plenty to do in the area, but we found ourselves just sitting outside in the backyard watching the birds for long periods. Even saw a road runner at one point. And Laura and Joe are just awesome. We spoke with them for a bit before they left and had a short hang with them when they returned. Very easy to chat with and great fun to be around. We highly recommend this sit if you get the chance!

Highly recommend! We have 2 Rottweilers and our boy can be a bit challenging. He requires special medication twice daily and has trust issues. Amalia was amazing to work with, very accommodating and put me at ease right away. She went the extra step and sent me messages letting me know both dogs were doing great and were relaxed and comfortable. Opted to have the dogs work on the treadmill and not sure how Garrett was able to get Zeus on it but he did!! If you're in need for boarding or training look no further. Thank you.. Tesla and Zeus!
Boarded my cat there for two weeks. Staff was very friendly and communicative. Amalia reached out on several occasions to give me an update on my pet. She is very friendly and helpful. Prices were extremely reasonable. My cat seemed like he wasn’t bothered by the stay at all. Will definitely be coming back for the next time I need it.
My Standard Poodle "Romeo" came home calm and loving after a week of boarding at Stevens Family Kennels & Dog Language Center. I loved that he had a large area to lounge in with access to fresh air to enjoy the outdoors safely. Amalia was wonderful and responded quickly when I would inquire on how he was doing. Thank you all for taking great care of my Romeo. It's not easy trusting someone with my boy but felt at ease leaving him in good hands and will happily bring my boy here again!
My husband and I have learned so much from Garrett regarding dog behavior modification. Not only are his dog training sessions amazing, but boarding with Stevens Family Kennels is rewarding for both my dogs and us. Garret is passionate about dogs, and by using dog language to interact with them during their stay, they returned happy and even more obedient. I won't be boarding my dogs with anyone else.
Brought my dog in for a one night kennel stay. Talked with them before about her needs and if she'd be a good fit, understanding maybe she wouldn't be. They were receptive. They said they'd keep eye on her, put her on the treadmill and walk her if needed, etc (all extra $$$ things). Well, she was okay after a one night stay when I came to get her, but I heard absolutely nothing about how she did. The kid who gave her back to me basically shrugged when I asked. No word on if they walked her or put her on the treadmill (they didn't, I only learned when the automated receipt was sent later in the day). They also charge $1/minute for any of those personal interactions with your dog outside of feeding. Suffice to say it wasn't a good fit, my dog appeared like she hadn't eaten or drank anything while there. That's fine that it wasn't for her, but I expected more communication from them after our initial talk, or some follow up after for them to say it was or wasn't great for her, what they tried, how she reacted. Anyways, they just put you dog in kennel and feed it unless you pay quite a lot for anything more. It's not great, I wouldn't use this kennel as a backup. The kennel is just the side hustle to the expensive training main gig.
When our kennel abruptly closed we felt we wouldn't find a suitable fit for our very nervous boxer. Changes and new people are scary for him and we really needed to find a kennel that knew how to deal with him. From the minute Mico met Garrett we knew we found his home away from home. The facility is amazing, clean and quiet. Mico immediately was put at ease and when we picked him up we had a calm and happy dog. We are all so happy that Mico has a great new family at Stevens Family Kennels.
We adopted our Kiki when he was 2 and he has dog aggression issues. We found Garrett through a friend and are so GLAD we did! Our Kiki has come so far and more importantly is what Garrett taught us! We thought we were doing everything right, and for other dogs we could've been. But, Kiki needed something different! Thanks to Garrett we have the tools to really help Kiki! ***Side note, ask Garrett about his training collars! They are worth their weight in gold!
They took great care of our puppy here! We’re so thankful. She stayed for 4 days, was her first time being away from us so we were a bit nervous but Amalia is awesome she kept us updated and responded to us when we reached out. We have worked with Garett several times and have loved all of our sessions. Of course when we heard that he also had boarding; we jumped at the opportunity. We boarded our golden retriever puppy and we’re a bit nervous how she would do as it was her first time boarding but Amalia gave updates throughout the journey and She did so well. They offer walks/exercise times for a very affordable rate which was perfect for our energetic girl. We originally just planned to board her for one night but we ended up doing several nights because we had such peace of mind knowing she was in good hands. It is so nice that they all work as a family in the boarding as well. Would absolutely recommend for anyone who wants their dog to be in loving and attentive hands!
We recently boarded our dog, Vader, at Stevens Family Kennels after the holidays. The pre-arrival instructions that they gave me made it easy to pack what my dog needed for his stay. We love Sherrie! Our pup is always super happy to be there, even trying to push us out of the way to go visit her and the other dogs she's watching. She's extremely kind and willing to help if able. We're sad to be moving away but will happily make the trek to have her watch our boys when we need a sitter.
Sherrie has a great space, outdoor and indoor, for the woofies. We bring our small/medium dogs to her whenever we're out of town. She is very flexible with booking, even at the last minute. And her prices are competitive. She is also personable and kind.
Sherrie is awesome! We have a French Bulldog that Sherrie watches when we travel. He loves in there!! She does such a good job of keeping in touch with us and sending pics of Jack, it is so comforting!! Her facility is safe and well cared for. Nana Sherries Doghouse absolutely gets two thumbs up!! It is then only place that we will let Jack stay!
Sherrie takes amazing care of our senior dog. He has had separation anxiety for many years and he has taken so well to Sherrie and her home. Sherrie sends photos and has great communication on keeping us up to date. Her place is well kept and the dogs get free roam as if they were at home. Sherrie has been a life saver for us and our dog. Now when we are away, we know our little guy is in a safe and loving environment!
I have been taking my dog Harley here for a year now! For daycare and boarding it is amazing knowing how much my dog loves Sherrie, and how much she loves the pups!! My dog runs to the door when we tell him he’s going to see nana Sherrie! She’s the best!!

My Tater and Tot have been going to Kissy Pet since she was just getting busy! They LOVE all the updates and play areas, they’ve done such a wonderful job making it the best area for dogs of all sizes and personalities. She does pick up/drop off if it’s an emergency without question, and of course if scheduled. Our dogs get so excited to see Christina and just hop right in her car! Our Tater is a little anxious and she is the perfect person to trust him with. I have referred a handful of friends and everyone LOVES her too! She is so trustworthy and it’s so comforting to know our fur babes are safe and cared for when we can’t be there with them. 💯 HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We left our 9 month old labradoodle with Christina for two weeks and she’s amazing. She sent us pictures of our dog playing and having a good time with his friends everyday. She texted how my dog’s day went. Christina even brushed his thick doodle hair which others don’t do and even if they do they charge extra. Our pup came home healthy and happy. We’ll be leaving him soon with Christina again soon. She’s the best.
This is my puppers second home. He loves going to Kissy’s place and enjoy an entire day of playing and interacting with other friendly pups. Secure environment, and my dog definitely gets the same home environment feel. Highly recommended for any fur parents who are looking for a trustworthy sitter!
We've used Kissy's Pet Sitting a couple times now for long weekends for my shy and anxious dog. She always is happy when we pick her up! I like the in-home environment as my dog wouldn't do well in a kennel with other dogs. Christina is great with the dogs and very flexible to work with. My go-to place for leaving my dog for our trips that we can't take her with us.
Christina has taken care of our dog Phoebe multiple times, ranging from a few days to 2 weeks. She took amazing care of her every time and sent pictures and updates every few days, which was so appreciated. Phoebe is pretty slow to warm up but she was so comfortable with Christina and we knew she was always in great hands. 14/10 would recommend Christina :)
Can not recommend Kissy’s Pet Sitting enough! My pup has had some anxiety in the past staying at larger daycare / boarding facilities so the fact that Kissy’s is in home makes the world of difference. Our sweet girl will happily get out of the car for her stay and that helps so much with the anxiety I have leaving her. Christina was so kind as to send lots of updates while we were away for a week and even checked in with us when she noticed our pup was limping - I so appreciate the level of care. The booking and meet and greet process was super easy - 10/10 recommend!!!
We love taking our lab to Kissys! Christina is so easy to work with and updates us on our baby. We know Shelby our lab is safe and happy and completely living her best life with the other pups. I tell all my friends about her and her business! It totally makes me feel like I’m dropping off Shelby at a friends house to play.
We had a very traumatic experience with boarding in the past, so we were very hesitant and selective when looking for someone new to watch our pup Loki. Christina went above and beyond to keep us reassured while we were gone. Loki had an absolute blast, as evidenced by all the pictures and videos that Christina sent. I also love that she actively posts on Instagram stories so we get glimpses of Loki throughout the day. We have continued to use her services when we go out of town and would recommend again and again!

I had my dogs here for four days. It was their first experience so, naturally, I was nervous.I appreciated the wonderful pictures Becca sent throughout our vacation and her response time was amazing! The facility was clean and looked wonderful. I'm glad I chose to board my dogs here and will come back!
Where do I begin… To be honest I selfishly do not want to leave a raving review for Becca because I want her all to myself! My family recently went on a family holiday vacation hoping to return after 10 days. Well the PNW snow and Omicron changed things and our return flight home got cancelled. We had to stay back another 3 days since we couldn’t get on an earlier flight. I reached out to Becca and without hesitation she happily eased my stress and anxiety with a reply, “No worries!! Literally everyone has had flights delayed or cancelled. No one has gone home on time. 🤣 I know cancelled flights are frustrating but don't worry about Moe! He can stay until you get back.” And she takes the most awesome pictures & truly loves hanging out with our Moe!

Becca was simply amazing to work with! She spent over an hour on the phone listening to my concerns, and getting a feel for if her kennel would be the right fit for our dogs (compared to the other kennels I spoke to who seemed more concerned with payment then the dogs’ well being). From the beginning, you can tell she truly cares about what’s best for not only your dogs, but the other dogs that she is caring for. My two dogs Harley & Willow are a bonded pair, and had never been boarded before - they are spoiled rotten, they sleep with us and are allowed on the furniture, so we had major concerns leaving them for a week to go on our honeymoon. Willow has separation anxiety and dog aggression (except to Harley) so she was not a candidate for any group play kennels. I love that Summit is a home to the pups that need special accommodations; before I stumbled on their page I feared we’d never be able to go on our honeymoon. Summit kennels was the only boarder I found that gives one on one (or in our case two on two) attention, full of walks, play time, treat puzzles, the works! And it’s included in the price! I love that it’s not one of those “$15 for a 15 minute walk“ place, this is individualized care, and exactly what we were looking for. We toured the kennel and grounds which are extremely clean, calm, we didn’t hear any barking or restlessness except when my husband spoke too loud so we moved to a different area to talk - a perfect example of how concerned Becca is with ensuring the dogs experience as little anxiety as possible - it was so impressive! Becca is also extremely communicative, she sent us an update within an hour of leaving the pups, and continued daily updates with photos and videos which eased our minds tremendously for this being the first time we’d ever left them. She worked with both on their leash/walking skills while they stayed with her, which were terrible previously. Not to mention she gave us the sweetest framed picture of our pups as a keepsake. I cannot recommend Becca highly enough, she is the reason my husband and I can travel again in the future, I wouldn’t use anyone else.
Our 14 month Golden Retriever spent a month away at Summit Kennels and we couldn't have been happier with the results! Becca did an amazing job training our pup to be the perfect family dog. The facility was exceptionally clean and organized, and the tools/advice she offered us for future reference was very thorough and spot on in terms of animal behavior. I would definitely recommend Summit Kennels to anyone looking to board their pet and we will absolutely return in the future!
I can’t express how amazing Becca is with our babies and what a blessing she has been . We moved up here stressing about my Great Dane because she isn’t allowed at most places. Becca has more then been willing to help . She also has clean amazing facilities a nice yard for them the play in . She has plenty of activities and toys and makes any kind of food Accommodation You can think of . She goes in debt on the personality of the dog so she can work on them individually . She sends updates and pictures that makes you feel so much more relaxed about being away from your babies. I could go on and on about how amazing she is . Best by far .
Becca at Summit Kennels is amazing. With less than a weeks notice she squeezed in our lab Rocky for boarding over the Thanksgiving week. Becca communicated with us the whole time Rocky was staying at Summit Kennels. She even sent us daily photos of Rocky playing or hanging out. The kids really enjoyed seeing her updates of Rocky. Becca also gave Rocky some much needed leash training. He’s doing amazing now!! I cannot say enough good things about this kennel! Becca even had a framed picture of Rocky for us when we arrived to pick him up. My parents were so amazed they are going to board their three dogs. If you are looking for the best kennel your dog deserves, look no further. If you aren’t boarding your dog here, you have no idea what you and your pooch are missing!! I forgot to mention how clean the kennel was. Definitely 5 star! Thank you again Becca!!
Our pitbull loved staying at Becca's place. She sent us a ton of pictures, and he was super happy. We'll never go anywhere else. We're just really grateful she opened her kennels recently. We trust Becca to take care of our dog like it was her own. And bonus, he came back trained to walk loose leash!
Becca and Summit kennels did an fantastic job. We were referred to Summit by our dog trainer. This is the first time using Summit Kennels and by far the longest we have left our dog (10days). I have to say I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The staff clearly loves dogs: we got photos, videos, status updates everyday. I didn’t even ask. Becca and crew played games and did agility training I didn’t know I our dog could do. Apparently our dog can snatch treats from the sky and walk on a balance beam if properly motivated. The actual kennel has tons of room with a built in spot with wood chips for doing business. Our dog came home clean, calm, and well rested. That’s better than I can say for some of my recent hotel stays.

Liz is an amazing lady, with a lifetime of experience in the dog show circuit, this in-depth animal knowledge, upmost level of care, customer service and professionalism comes thru in large ways and small. She has absolutely made a positive impact on our dog Journey's life and she loves staying there! Staff has always been great and very accommodating. 5 stars and then some. If you are looking to board your pet in a safe, 1st class facility, look no further than Gillshire's!
Does not take german shepherds claimed they are all anxiety filled when seeing other dogs. This person has never met my dogs. She also said of course yours maybe different. Just say you have breed restrictions no need to be offensive about it or say all shepherds are this way. They are not. No worries I'll take my well trained socliazed working dog and my money elsewhere 😉 Don't bother calling if u have a shepherd. This pace should do evaluations instead of just denying a dog based off breed alone

My dogs toe is fractured and I had to leave town. I wanted to take her to my regular daycare, but my vet told me she had to take it easy. Gillshire kennels made sure to take care of my baby the way I would while I was gone. They made sure she was comfortable and happy. They cleaned all of her supplies and did such a wonderful job taking care of my fragile geriatric baby. Thank you again. She was very happy when I picked her up

I kenneled my senior lab and pug puppy here for over 2 weeks. I was nervous kenneling them for so long but I liked the "hotel style" kennel they have vs doggy daycare boarding. Both pups came home happy and healthy. I was able to call and check on them anytime they were open. I also like the flat rate price and no added fees for feeding and potty breaks like other kennels in the area.
Leaving your pet to board couldn't make you feel better. We have boarded our guinea pig, Caliope, 3 times with Gillshire Kennels, Inc. and she's come back just fine. The 'hotel' she stays in is roomier than her cage at home. We are taking her this weekend to board with her 'sister' Poppy.
Gillshire Kennels offers the best dog care in the area. We board our two greyhounds there when we're going out of town and Liz and her team take amazing care of them. Both of our dogs are older, have anxiety, and require daily medications, which was a problem in other boarding facilities. But not at the Gillshire Kennels. They get personalized care. The facilities are clean. The team is super friendly. The prices are reasonable. Our dogs come back home clean, well-fed, and happy. The well-being of your dog is their main goal. I highly recommend them. And thank you for taking such good care of our dogs!

Kelly is absolutely amazing. Her place is clean and comfortable and the dogs really are spoiled. She spends so much quality time with the dogs .I never worry one bit about my dog when she is with Kelly. The dogs are always happy and having a great time when I’ve stopped by to drop off or pick up. When we are gone for an extended period of time we get pictures and updates. Really puts you at ease when you know your fur kids are getting such great care. We can’t say enough good things about Kelly’s Creature Comforts
Kelly's Creature Comforts is the only place we trusted to leave our yellow lab Gunner with! Kelly and everyone who works for her are amazing. Gunner had allergies and they were always happy to give him the care he needed. He loved staying with them. Now apart from boarding your dog they also have an incredible Sniff Park. You owe it to yourselves and your dogs to check her out.
I took my dog, Luna to Kelly's CC this summer while I was temporarily living in the area. Kelly was extremely warm and friendly. After our initial call, I knew that Luna would be in good hands with Kelly - a true dog watching pro. Luna had a few overnights with Kelly this Summer. Luna is a little bit of an anxious/ nervous girl, and Kelly went above and beyond to make Luna feel comfortable, and helped her eat when she was too nervous to eat. I felt relaxed and at ease knowing that Luna was in good hands with Kelly. I would definitely recommend her, she's fantastic!
I have been a big fan of KCC since my first use of their services six years ago. What started out as stopping by to see to the needs of my five cats morphed into using at-home walking services when I got a dog. I don't think a kinder, more loving group of people who show uptmost care and respect for animals and my home are available in my area. If my non-vocal Husky would talk he'd howl them high praise!
Kelly's Creature Comforts was so perfect for my sweet Annie Oakley who was not even a year old. I felt like she had a "home away from home " feeling for a whole week. It is such a wonderful facility that provided my Annie with a spacious indoor play area along with lots of room to run and play outside and socialize with other dogs. She had her own little room with comfortable bedding and toys. Kelly is very knowledgeable and passionate about dogs (animals) and ensures a safe, very clean & lots of FUN environment for them. I live an hour away from Kelly but I would drive however long it took me to leave my Annie with her!! I highly recommend Kelly's Creature Comforts!! I can't wait for our next vacation so Annie can get some more "Kelly LOVE"!!!
I love Kelly's Creature Comforts. This place is clean, Well organized, loving and is like a real home away from home. My 9 yr old Shepherd,who doesnt like me to be out of her sight, feels at home here and is treated with sensitive care and concern. Kelly really understands dogs and knows how to manage each one. Kelly makes sure that meds are given as prescribed and needed. The bedrooms for each dog are true luxury. There is clean room to play inside and out and sofas for dogs who like to feel at home. This is the only place I would have my dog stay. Thank you Kelly's Creature Comforts Team.!!!

I have used KCC several times to board my dog and wouldn't go anywhere else. Great facility for the dogs and I know Kelly will treat my pup with great care. She loves to romp with other dogs and KCC gives her all that and more. Cage free fun!
Highly recommend Kelly’s Creature Comforts! They are the best around. My Australian shepherd loves going to dog daycare each week. She gets excited when we get close to Sharon’s and always comes home happy and tired. I know my dog is cared for and loved and gets plenty of exercise. Forever grateful we found Kelly’s Creature Comforts as we never have to stress when we take a trip as I know our pup is getting the best care and feels at home! The best place for your furry best friend!
I really enjoy having Kelly's to take our dog to. He always enjoys himself, and comes home tired after having such a good time. Kelly is great with communications when she has your dog, and is very good at making sure your dog is the right fit for her place. She's definitely made it a home away from home for the dogs that visit.
I’m so grateful to have Val in our life. She accommodated my dogs in last min decision for boarding. She is very organized and detailed oriented. She is very passionate about her work and she provides best quality care. She quickly response to my messages and she keeps me updated at all times. My dogs love her and always excited to see her. She also live so close by which is super convenient. I highly recommended her and I definitely going to take my dogs again for day care!
Val is amazing!!! She recently cared for my puppy that is super challenging and did a fantastic job with her. She also cared for my recently departed malamute many times. Val is responsive, caring and clean! Her home is well kept and she is great about social distancing and hand hygiene. I highly recommend her for both boarding and daycare.
Able services has been a gift to find! Valerie is a remarkable, kind, loving person who is gifted at taking care of dogs. She loves my dog like her own and even calls herself his godmother!! I even put her as his second emergency contact because I trust that she would take care of my dog like her own. She is incredibly flexible with dates and times and has been able to accommodate every request including holidays. She even picks my dog up from my home in the morning and drops him off. Her ability to transport has helped me tremendously for dog care. Her pricing is very reasonable. I feel incredibly lucky to have found Valerie and Able services. They also can provide yard work and cleaning which I’ve used in the past. Valerie is only able to perform excellence, and I know my dog is not only safe but he’s happy when he’s at her place playing with the other dogs.
I'd give 10 stars if I could. Val is absolutely incredible with my Australian Shepherd. I work 24 hour shifts and having him be with Val while I'm at work puts my mind completely at ease. She sends fun pictures and updates throughout the day so I get to see my little baby playing with all his friends :) Val is very easy to contact and quick to respond. She makes it so easy! I've been bringing my dog here for a few months now and wish I would have found out about her sooner. I'll be a returning customer for a very long time!
Val is such an amazing person and a great pet sitter. She also is very good at dog behavior and understanding how they react in situations. I think she is a dog whisper. I was concerned with my Boston wanting to attack other dogs. I took her to various trainers over the years and nothing worked. After going to Vals she now doesn’t always have the desire to attack other dogs. She has been watching my dogs for several years now. I can always rely on her short notice and she is always available for advise when my pet is sick or not behaving. Her house is set up very well for our fur babies and all of my pups love going to her place for stays. I am a first responder and can always count on her if something happens to me she will take care of my babies. There is no doubt in my mind she will take good care of your fur babies. Plus, she is great to work with in general. She has a good heart and is extremely compassionate and genuinely cares for both you and your fur baby. I am excited for all of you who are reading this review and going to have her care for your babies. She will do a great job.
I rarely write reviews online but I cannot say enough good things about Val and her kennel. Val does an amazing job creating a fun space for dogs to exercise and feel at home. I always feel confident leaving my pup, and he always comes home clean and tired! If you are looking for a dependable, professional, and local kennel service, Val and Able Pet Services is simply the best around.
I've been working with Val and Able Pet services for a few years. I know my dogs and cats are in good hands whether they're staying at our house while we're out of town or our young dog is over at doggy daycare playing. I would, and do, highly recommend Val and her services.

Able Pet Services honestly deserves 10 stars! I had a difficult time finding a daycare the met my dogs needs so I was pleased to have a referral from a gentleman i met at the dog park. Most daycares are overly crowded or not large enough to accommodate my energetic lab. Able Pet Services provides an environment in which my dog can burn off her energy, play with other dogs, be outside in the sunshine (weather permitting) and receive personalized attention. I receive photos and videos throughout the day detailing my dog's day. The owner Valerie is very flexible and laid back and you can tell she loves what she does. Able Pet Services will be my go-to for daycare and boarding moving forward. Thank you Valerie!
Boarding our dogs at Val’s makes everything so easy!! Our pups love going to see her!! She does such an amazing job of making them feel at home and safe when we are away. If we ever have a concern, she is easy to contact. Best dog boarding in Washington!!
My wife and I went on a two-week honeymoon and we needed care for our four cats. We know four is a lot so we were a little nervous but we now have no reservations whatsoever about recommending Grity City Kitty! Sharyn responds very quickly to email inquiries and helped put our minds at ease. We were able to see where our kitties would be staying once we dropped them off and they had a whole room with lots of toys, tunnels, and cat trees etc to themselves which was fantastic. 😻. We only needed to bring their food and carriers - everything else was provided. Sharyn provided email updates with pictures throughout our trip which we were always happy to see. When we picked them up after getting home, all four were happy and healthy and were in their carriers ready to go at the appointed time. 😸 We are very happy with the service and will definitely be back when the need arises again!
This will forever be my choice for boarding for my cat, Aladdin! Sharyn was absolutely amazing! She immediately put my mind at ease. She gave him love and attention (which my cat needs a lot of). She also sent us photos and text messages every day! It was so nice having the peace of mind that he was being fed, cuddled and taken care of. I would 100% recommend! The cat condos are also so spacious! I’m definitely going to go with Grit City Kitty next time we are out of town!
Our top choice for cat boarding! We were able to enjoy a trip abroad knowing our cat was in the best care and not stuck all day in a boarding kennel. Sharyn prepared the best cat room for our cat’s needs and kept us updated with sweet pics of our cat while we were away. She also works professionally with cats and cat fosters. Grit City Kitty will always be our first choice for our baby. 5+ stars.

I really trust Sharyn with my cats and my home. She is communicative, on time, trustworthy/diligent/aware, and dedicated to providing a positive experience for both the owner and the cats. I have needed many home visits and the cats just love her—even the standoffish one. They can tell she’s a cat lover! I have a slightly more complicated food and sometimes medication regime and she always handles with ease. She did a free meet and greet the first time to ensure a smooth transition into her care, answered all my questions and made me feel confident in her service. She also sends great photos of them during her visits which is always appreciated. I’ve seen the large and cozy cat boarding room and was impressed and think it’s a great option for those who need it. I have senior kitties who get quite stressed with transport so I’ve opted for twice daily home visits, which is more expensive per day but still a great value when you consider that she spends quality time with them in addition to the feeding/litter box scooping needs. Plus it’s worth a lot to be able to trust someone wholeheartedly with your house key/alarm code. She really goes above and beyond while the cats are in her care and in general once you’re a client. Hire Grit City Kitty if you can!
Sharyn took great care of our two cats while we were away. We were nervous because one cat was recovering from a serious health condition (a complete urinary obstruction) and needed close observation in case it recurred. Sharyn already had first-hand experience with that condition and knew how to handle it, plus - because our cats stayed with her, and her business is in her home - she was able to keep a really close eye on him. Both cats did really well under Sharyn’s expert care and we were very relieved and grateful. Sharyn truly knows cats and there are enormous advantages to the fact that her business is located in her home, particularly if you have a medically fragile cat who needs close attention.
I have a soft coated wheaten terrier. He's not easy to groom, long hair, the only groomer I let see him is Ashley T. She's so kind, and he loves her. He's high anxiety but will run up to her and love on her. Ashley does an amazing job. Highly recommend
Helpful. One of only places that always has my puppy food. They are full of info on most every thing . However only giving them 3 stars because they are closes place for me to get horn worms and meal worms for my dragon and last few times I've been in there there selections is horrible most all of them are dead... but they still have them on shelf so if I didn't open the container I would have been very upset when I got home to find 50 dead worms. My dragon would have been upset too.
