My dog Patches (labradoodle) loves going to The Barking Dog! The staff there are amazing and really care about all the dogs. This is the first doggy daycare I’ve been too but I don’t think I’d ever change places. If you’re looking for a place with caring staff, great trainers, wonderful groomers, and a pool.. then The Barking Dog is your place!

We love the barking dog! They are reasonably priced for the service they provide, and took wonderful care of our pup while we were out of town. They even took some photos of her playing with the other dogs, and gave her an extra treat while she was there. They are great for people who need to board their dog sometimes to travel, but want them to be taken care of and loved well. Highly recommend!

I knew from the moment I brought my girl Elsie in for her evaluation that The Barking Dog - Hooksett was an amazing place. The vibes were 👌🏼 I love that they require dogs to do an eval day before officially starting so they can get to the know the dog, get a feel for which group is right for them, assess if they are ready for daycare, etc. They even gave a report card at the end of her first day to let me know how she did, along with some coupons! She is an anxious girly and I was so nervous about how she would do but the staff were so gentle and patient with helping boost her confidence. Now she drags me in the door because she’s so excited to see her human and dog friends! Can’t say enough great things about this place - highly recommend!

My dog was sprayed by a skunk and needed a de-skunking bath! I called around to many places and didn’t get calls back. Barking Dog called back quickly and was able to groom my dog. Becca did a wonderful job with my anxious dog! I will definitely be using Barking Dog’s services again! Thank you Becca!

The Barking Dog staff are very courteous and professional and are very loving to their canine guests. My dog always looks great after his visit and although he is happy to see me, he always walks out of the grooming door with a smile on his face! Highly recommend!

I went there tonight to tour with my girlfriend as we have a 5 month old lab puppy.EVERY SINGLE DOG WAS CRATED FOR HOURS AT A TIME. When we arrived we were shown one room inside with turf and no dogs or toys inside. We were shown another room out doors with again no toys or dogs. Instead all the dogs were in crates in two additional rooms. They were barking and crying. If you care about your dog. Don’t send them here. A dog goes to daycare for fun not to be crated for 5 hrs at a time!

We have used the Barking Dog for daycare, bathing and boarding services for the last 9 months and have had a wonderful expirience. Our dog (Brandy) is always happy at drop off and greeted by name by the staff. Highly recommend!

My 160lb Greater Swiss is super anxious, and hates having his nails clipped… loud noises.. basically afraid of his own shadow. Becca at The Barking Dog is amazing with him… takes her time, and really understands how to work with anxious dogs.. highly recommend the Barking Dog for grooming!

Our dog stayed overnight for five days on his first visit here. He had a great time, and the staff was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this place, they love their furry guests!

We have used the Barking Dog for both daycare and training for our puppy and he loves it! Jocelyn (the trainer) uses a personal approach which was huge for our excited and reactive little guy. We have seen improvements at home and have so many resources to continue his training beyond her sessions with him. We used to get so much anxiety walking him because of his excitement and leash pulling but he has improved so much. We are very thankful! Highly recommend Jocelyn, especially for a more targeted / behavioral training approach. All other staff at the daycare have been lovely as well and remembered our pup very quickly! He practically drags us through the door when we arrive.

If you are looking for daycare for your pup, look no further! Our dog Brady has been going to KoolK9 for over a year now and he loves it. He was nervous at first but it didn’t take long for him to fall in love with going to daycare. He jumps out the car ready for the day and I know Kathy & Matt take excellent care of him.

Bailey absolutely loves it here! He's been going to Koolk9 since he was four months old. Kathy and Matt are amazing with all the dogs! I would highly recommend it!

We brought our dog, Quincy, here for two years while we were in NH for law school. Kathy and Matt were two of the nicest people we've met and clearly love taking care of dogs. I cannot recommend Kool K9 enough!

Kool K9 is the BEST doggy daycare facility around. Kathy and Matt are dog lovers who treat every dog with care and love. My wife and I have been bringing our little Doodle girl Penny there since we got her in Sept of 2021and we are so glad we do. She loves playing with all her friends and the attention she gets from Matt and Kathy is top notch. We are so thankful and grateful for Kool K9. Don't bring your four-legged family member anywhere else!

Kathy and Matt are awesome, they take great care of Queso and I always get cute photo updates on him, he absolutely loves going to day care.

I have brought my puppy to Kool K9 for several months prior to moving out of state and he loved it there. Everytime we would go he would practically pull me into the building. He came back most days exhausted and it really helped with getting thru a lot of the puppy months with he restless sleep. Highly recommend them. Kathy (the owner) is a delight to work with and really cares for your dogs 😊😊😊

Kathy and Matt are incredible! We are so grateful for their love and care for our little anxious pup. They have been so patient and kind. She absolutely loves it at Kool K9 and cannot get inside to play fast enough. You can tell both Kathy and Matt love the dogs and care about them. We are so lucky to have found them. My dog loves Kool K9 so much, every week he pulls me as fast as he can to get inside to see his friends and the owners. They are so great, send us pictures throughout his day and treat him like he was their dog. Highly recommend!

KoolK9 is the place to go if you want phenomenal care for your dog. Kathy and Matt are the sweetest most loving people I know. They both care for the dogs as if they were their own. My dog has been going there for one year and has come home beyond happy and exhausted from all the fun, I can’t help but be happy knowing my dog is happy because of them! The facility itself is extremely clean and well taken care of, sometimes I can’t believe they have dogs there from how clean it is! I can’t thank them enough for taking such great care of my dog, it is a true blessing.

Lynn was absolutely amazing with our cat, Lazarus. She gave him TONS of love and treats while we were away for 5 days! We really appreciated her kindness, compassion, and reliability for our cat. I contacted The Cats meow for pet care for an upcoming trip. At first she was not in my service area in another town but I was just close enough she agreed to meet and see. I appreciated the consideration to meet in my area. I also contacted way in advance and she was very prompt in meeting at our arranged date. I have an older cat and she was really great with her. She seemed very caring and I could tell she was going to be a great fit from the meet and greet. The process was smooth and easy and I had no worries on leaving my cat in her care. I never worried that my girl was cared for because I got updated and videos when she arrived. Great service and I would no doubt use her service again.

Lynn was absolutely amazing with our bunny! She sent us videos & pictures each time she visited with him. I could tell from the videos she sent how much our bunny enjoyed their visits. This was my first time hiring a professional pet sitter so I was a little nervous with trusting a stranger to take of my kitties while away, but I couldn’t be more happy to find Lynn/The Cat’s Meow. She will go above and beyond with your pet sitting needs. I was pleased that not only did she ensure my cats were fed and litter boxes were clean while we were away, but she also spent quality time with them and sent us lots of adorable pictures! We recently hired Lynn to petsit our house rabbit. He is super social and needs lots of time and attention. Lynn is wonderful! She took exceptional care of our bunny. From the videos and photos she sent after each visit, it was clear how relaxed and happy our bunny was. This made us relax and enjoy our vacation even more. I would highly recommend Lynn. Lynn is amazing and really does care about the wellbeing of the animals (cats). One of my cat becomes timid and hides but Lynn made sure that she eats those days I was away. She keeps you up to date with the cats through sending videos and pictures which made my vacation more relaxing knowing that my cats are well cared for. We recently needed care for our cat while on a 10 day vacation. We have never left him for this long and we were very nervous as he needs daily medications. He is very shy and usually runs and hides from anyone that isn’t myself or my fiancé, which made us nervous for his medication. From the second we met Lynn, I knew our boy would be in good hands. Our cat knew it too because he would snuggle and play with Lynn everyday, something he has never done with a stranger, which shocked us in the best way. Lynn was able to give him his meds without complications, which was our biggest concern. Lynn was fantastic about following our instructions about food, toys, ect. We looked forward to the videos and updates Lynn sent everyday, it really helped to ease our minds while away from him. I will forever be recommending The Cats Meow to anyone who needs care for their pets, and will definitely be calling her again for our next trip! Anyone’s fur babies would be lucky to have Lynn care for them!

Lynn is amazing. In fact, she is fondly known as the "kitty whisperer" in our family. Our kitty is an old girl who needs extra TLC and Lynn truly goes above and beyond for her. I was so happy to find the Cat’s Meow! I was traveling for a week and needed someone to take care of my four kitties. From the minute Lynn came to meet the kitties I knew they would be in good hands. Most are usually shy around new people but they came right out to see her. It is obvious how much she loves animals and loves what she does. Having the daily videos and knowing they were fed, had fresh water and clean boxes allowed me to enjoy my vacation and not worry about them. I will definitely use Lynn’s services again if we need to be away from the kitties.

Went on vacation out of the country so we boarded our 2 dogs here on the recommendation of a neighbor. The dogs were well cared for but one of our dogs tags were lost and the staff kind of blew it off saying that this happens quite often. They should warn customers ahead of time or at least when you check in. Now we don't have any tags for our pet. The attitude of the staff member was a turn off and we are not sure we would use them in the future. UPDATE: Sendaishi called today stating they found the tags... Went to pick them up so we are glad that we don't have to go through the hassle of replacing them Thanks for finding them.

I brought our dog here for a day visit in hopes that it would be successful so we could board him a few weeks later. We had tried one other facility a few weeks prior but it was not for him and the visit ended quickly bc he was stressed (Great facility though). I thought maybe an outdoor facility would be a little less overwhelming for him so we decided to give this place a shot. I dropped my dog off for about 3-4 hours. When I arrived to pick him up, I spoke to the woman manning the counter and asked how things went, she told me that my dog had "great day". I was stoked. She called out to the yard to have one of the staff bring my dog in, and I asked to you use their restroom, which she said was in the building next door. As I was walking to the neighboring building, one of the staff came by with my dog and his reaction made it obvious I was his human. The staff member then proceeded to tell me that he had an awful time. That he " sat and shook in the corner the corner the whole time and showed his teeth to fellow pups who wanted to play". I was astounded and took the staff member for their word since this behavior was exactly what we experienced when we tried the indoor facility week's prior. I'm fine knowing now that my dog is not a good candidate for her doggie daycare. However, I would not expect who I believe was the owner or at least manager to lie about my dog's experience in order to grab my money. I'm so thankful that the staff member who was walking my dog out let me know about his horrible day so that we didn't bring him back there for a week of boarding.

When my husband and I went to pick up our yellow lab after our vacation, they couldn't locate him.Then the girl at front desk realized they must of sent him home with someone else! Told us that their was another yellow lab there that looked very much like ours and an honest mistake by the girl that brought him out. I also put the blame on the gentleman who took our dog home. My dog is an 8 year old male while his is a 13 year old female. How can you not tell you have the wrong dog...especially where he made a comment about how he thought it was strange when his female raised her leg to pee! Didn't he notice anything else?At the same time, the worker who brought my dog out and handed over to a total stranger is as fault as well .How do they keep track of who dogs belong to? Luckily, after over an hour, we were reunited with our dog, and all we got was that we are sorry.? Really? We have been taking our dogs to sendaishi for over 20 years and had another incident a few years ago. But nothing as bad as this . This was the icing on the cake Feel like so much could of gone wrong .I'm never taking my dog back!

We boarded our 3-year-old Schnau Tzu at Sendaishi Pet Resort for the first time in May 2024 while we went on vacation for a week. We were extremely pleased with every aspect of the process. Before making our decision, we were allowed to tour the resort, and we received plenty of information about how it operates. The facility was spotless every time we visited, and the staff was consistently friendly and knowledgeable. Our Schnau Tzu seemed happy and well-cared-for when we picked him up. We will definitely be using Sendaishi’s boarding services again for any future needs. Thank you, Sendaishi Pet Resort, for taking such good care of our boy!

We always board our dogs with Sendashi, this time two of mine got into it a bit, they are Great Danes and one got a bad cut, I was contacted immediately and we were able to let our vet see what had happened and the staff took care of making sure our girl was taken care off, I can’t say how much i trust the staff to care for my dogs, it’s the only place i trust

My Dane has been here on several occasions and he seems to enjoy it! The staff is wonderful and my dog gets his meds and is well cared for. He suffers from anxiety so he has a hard time without us. But each time he goes, he seems to do better. Rachael is one of the amazing workers and cares for Ranger. He adores her and she takes the time outside with him to play and get fresh air. He just spent 10 days there while we moved and he didnt have one accident.He has at times has due to his anxiety. The prices are very fair and the care is great. I recommend this place to many of my friends.

My dog Lilly loves the daycare. She used to ask for mile walks when I got home from work, but now all she does is sleep after dinner. Even when I had to board her there for a week they took excellent care of her. She looked great with her bandanna and little bow ties the groomer put on her after her bath!

We were able to secure boarding kinda at the last minute. That was a huge bonus. The thing that prompted me to write the review was how happy my dog was when we picked him up. You can tell he was treated well while he was there. Thank you Bill and your entire staff !!

First impression, very rough around the edges and quite rude. As the weeks went by not so bad. Then months and all they did was complain about my dog when I'd drop off or pick up. The reasons were he ate poop and liked to play too much, too much energy. Wow, thought that was the reason I was paying you. To help him and play? I never expected them to to handle the poop thing. But too much energy? Any bad news...they couldn't come up with anything to my face at least. Last time I picked him up the lead Lenka advised "he likes to play with other dogs but he is probably going to have to get bit in the face a few times before he learns anything." Unbelievable. DO NOT waste your time, your pet's life or your money at this place.

Sandy has been an incredible help to our family - she cares for my diabetic cat whenever we are out of town. She also helped us care for our senior dog in the last months of his life when he required a ton of caretaking. She's so kind, gentle, and nurturing toward all living things. I highly recommend the Bees Knees!!

I was stuck when my usual dog sitter was unavailable. I happened to see one of Sandy's flyers and I am so glad I called. She was friendly, flexible, enthusiastic, organized, caring, patient, and sweetly affectionate with my small, elderly, often incontinent and sometimes grouchy (though lovable) dog. She clearly spent quality time with my dog, and was more than open to catering to her quirks. When she refused her food after a day or two, Sandy brought in roast chicken in an effort to entice her. When my usual sitter checked in, Sandy willingly coordinated care with her. I could not ask for a more responsible, responsive, or loving caretaker, who is also very knowledgeable regarding animal health and welfare.

Sandy is incredible!! She is detailed in her reports and takes great pictures of our dogs when she visits. I know my dogs are well cared for on those long days when I’m at work.

Jen is very caring, knowledgeable, and goes out of her way to be accomodating. I never worry when she is caring for my pets!

I am very picky when it comes to animal care. And when I have a friend ask me about where they can get help with day sitting or training for their pupper (especially pitties) I will ALWAYS refer them the Jen. She has the patience needed to help stubborn pups and the experience to know exactly what kind of training each dog may need based off of just observing them. I’ve seen her rehab and rehome many dogs that most shelters would consider a lost cause.

Jen has has such a way with helping behavior issues with dogs!! She is one of the best and loves each one like her own.

She always has the best interest for your dog and treats them as her own! Definitely recommend!!!
