Another memorable housesit in the beautiful Eastern Townships. Regular communication with the host was always pleasant. A detailed Welcome Guide was prepared to ensure a comfortable stay. The house was exactly as described in the host's profile. This is a safe location, about 30 minutes from the town of Magog. Both cats have a simple routine and are easy to care for. I do recommend this location to potential housesitters.
The friendliest and funniest cats I’ve had the amazing pleasure of looking after! Maurits is an absolute terror who will never leave your side, you’ll have the greatest time playing with him 24/7. Monroe is actually a total sweetheart, and when he warms up to you you’ll feel blessed to be finally liked. Mark and Ursula are two of the kindest, friendliest, and most interesting people that I’ve been so lucky as to have met and known them. Couldn’t recommend this family more for a petsitting job that allows you to really enjoy how lovely Den Haag is.
Marieka and Marshall have a very comfortable home in a fantastic location. Communication from the get-go was excellent and we were left with very detailed instructions for home and pet care. Luka and Paloma are very sweet dogs. Luka is pretty happy-go-lucky and mostly wants to keep you company. Paloma also likes a bit of attention but also likes her alone time. They do have a tendency to bark at other dogs/people from the front yard or on walks but it's easy enough to keep it to a minimum. Great sit if you're looking for some Bend time!
It was SUCH a blast sitting for Jill and Bret’s kitty crew. These five sweeties have such great and distinctive personalities, all fabulous and a joy to discover. We got so many snuggles, kisses, and biscuits during our stay from these super easy going cats. Jill and Bret have a seriously catified set up that keeps the cats happy and stimulated. Their home, guide, and hospitality kept us sitters quite stimulated and happy as well! It was so much fun to explore the renovations of their adorable home. We loved their back deck and peaceful surroundings and appreciated how at home they made us feel. Their guidebook is very helpful and thorough. The experience with Helle, Michael and Lily was incredible and magical. As pet sitters we feel very honored to be the first to have had the opportunity to care for Lily and to be part of all three of their lives temporarily. From the first moment we met Michael and Helle through a video call to get to know each other, we knew that we were destined to share a special connection where there would be no shortage of laughter, affection, honesty and trust on both sides. As it was their first experience, they asked us to go earlier and welcomed us with exceptional warmth and trust. Lily is an incredibly loving, protective, good, intelligent and trained dog. It was very easy to love her. We only have good words for her and we miss her. In this experience, we not only found the unique opportunity to share our love for animals, but we also gained the gratitude and affection of owners who trusted us to take care of their pet. Furthermore, we feel at home in a magnificent space surrounded by nature. We recommend the experience to all travelers who want to discover the magic of caring and being cared for. A 10 in every way. Chip is the sweetest dog ever. He's so well behaved and such a good eater and listener. I will miss him. Janet and Chris were kind to let me come early and feed me dinner. They were clear with instructions. I enjoyed the neighborhood very much. Such a nice place. Thank you.
