I had a lovely stay at Dishan's house! Her pets Machito and Hiro are very sweet and easy to care for. Dishan's roommate and brother helped me get settled and learn the pet's needs, they were both very kind. The apartment is cozy and has everything you could need. If you want to experience NYC like a local this is a great place to stay!
Catherine and Philip are a lovely, friendly couple who made us feel very welcome. They picked us from the station and cooked a delicious dinner for us the day before they left. We've spent the evening together and it was great to get to know them better - such interesting people! Their beautiful home is bright, spacious and very comfortable set in the country side. They have an extensive piece of land that you can explore in the company of Carson. It is a perfect setting if you enjoy peace and quiet, and Catherine provided us with lots of helpful suggestions on where to eat and local attractions to visit. Carson is a joy to look after! He loves attention and a good stroke. He is sweet, affectionate and with a big personality! We had great fun with him. Highly recommended!

Kristen and Kevin have awesome pets. They were very welcoming and great company for the week we stayed at their home in Encinitas. Their home is in a great location to awesome restaurants, shops, and beaches. We even had the last minute opportunity to take on a 3rd puppy that they were fostering. Kona, Bindi, and Bruce are all well behaved and fun to care for. They are all friendly pets and get along very well with one another. The house had a great yard that the pets could play in for hours during the day. Kristen and Kevin’s house has everything you would need and they left us all the notes/guide to make for a great sit. Would definitely recommend applying to one of their dates in the future!!
I loved looking after Luna, Kitty, the chooks and fishies. Both Luna and Kitty are very affectionate, in particular Luna likes being picked up and cuddled. The chickens were a bit shy initially but soon were following me around everywhere. The property is gorgeous, and all the animals have a set routine and are very easy to care for. Vickie and her daughter were a pleasure to meet and communicate with. I very much look forward to seeing and caring for all the animals in the future.
Sally and Seb are very friendly and loving cats. They are both very easy to take care and we had a great time with them. Seb is more independent and spend more time outside than Sally, but he also loves to spend time sleeping on the couch and getting stroked. Sally loves attention, to spend time on our laps and to be stroked too. She was even Henrique’s office buddy some days, so cute! Her medication is very easy to give, as we just had to add it to her food. Sara and Angus are very kind and friendly, we felt very welcomed in their home. We went to get the keys the day before the sit started and they showed us everything in the flat and explained the cat’s routine. They left space for us in the fridge, which we appreciate. The flat is comfortable, clean and in an amazing location! It’s walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants and the main attractions of Edinburgh, which is such a beautiful city. They also left us the keys to use the private garden in their street, which was lovely! We loved pet sitting Sally and Seb and we highly recommend this sit!

As co-parents, we never thought we would have to leave both our babies for three weeks, and there is no one who came to mind but MDN. Adrian has been more than a foster parent to Gogo and Momo. We left our baby Cookie with MDN Pet Care for 43 days! This was the second time we were using MDN team’s services and we’re just as happy with the results as we were the first time. I hired Martin and Adrian from MDN Pet Care to look after my pets from my house while I travelled overseas. They did an amazing job following our given instructions and send lots of updates. My work moved offices right near Dogs HQ a few months ago, so I’ve been taking Rocket once a week ever since. He has the BEST time, look at that smile! Not only do they give him so much attention, and lots of mental stimulation and play but they also post plenty of photos and videos during the day so I get to see how much fun he has! 🥰

I’ve been taking my 1 year old Cavoodle to dogs HQ since he was 5 months old. Reo absolutely loves going there. I am sure it is his favourite place. The staff do an amazing job looking after him. When I pick Reo up he is exhausted from having so much fun! It is clean, the dogs have a blast there. You get to watch your pup on the socials and get many photos! I highly recommend Dogs HQ! I sometime wish they open on weekends too this way I can put Reo there if I need to knowing he will be taken great care of. I can’t thank the staff enough there. 🐶💙
This is a great puppy daycare! Milo has been enjoying every single time he’s been there. He is a mini dachshund and I started taking him ever since he got all his shots. Great for keeping your pup busy and socialice.The staff is lovely and very helpful. You get regular updates through their instagram account . All dogs seem to be having a blast.
Liz is wonderful! She has looked after my precious baby boy Ollie (ragdoll cat) when I have been away, giving him lots of cuddles and attention and sending me texts and photos to reassure me he is happy. She also goes the extra mile watering my plants, collecting mail and putting the bins out - fabulous service! I would highly recommend Liz and her team to anyone who needs loving pet caring.
Liz has been looking after our "girls" for over 10 years now. Liz loves animals and has pets of her own so she understands the special relationship owners have with their pets. The regular updates we get from Liz on how our girls are doing just confirms this. We know that our "girls" are safe and happy at home being well cared with Liz.
We've had Liz from Lonely Pets come to walk our elderly dog Poppy for over a year now, Liz is amazing, kind and patient with Poppy and Poppy loves her and looks forward to her visits. Great service and advice, and the service is run and staffed by people who really love pets, not just for money.
We have had carers from LPC (mainly Liz and Rudi) look after our cats for years. LPC are a professional outfit, but most importantly Liz and Rudi are kind, thoughtful and attentive to detail. They know our cats and take very good care. I love the photos they send us! I recommend them very highly.

I was really unhappy was the lack of communication from the carer. I had to chase them a couple of times to even set up the initial meet and greet (which in hindsight should have been a warning sign). Then during the actual care period there were barely any updates, even after I requested that these be provided daily. The reason I chose this company is because they promise peace of mind, but this is something they actually failed to deliver. I forked out hundreds of dollars for a service that is poor quality and am dissatisfied with. I would not recommend this company.

Tayla has been walking our dog for a few months now and she's honestly the best dog walking service I've ever had. The dog is always excited to go on walks with them. He's always pooped after the walks. Really professional service and always quick to reply to changes in service requests. Plus you get really cute photos of your pooch on every stroll
I moved to Sydney in March 2018, I was really worried that bringing my Australian cattle dog to the big city was going to be a big disadvantage for her life. I quickly found Tayla through a mail drop in my local area. Once Tayla started walking / looking after Coconut (daycare) all my worries went out the window. Tayla is one of the most epic women I have ever met. She is caring and kind and looks after all the dogs like there her own. I felt like Coconut was as loved with Tayla as much as with me. Coconut always came home tired as though she had been for a gigantic walk (which is what she needs). Tayla is so understanding and adaptable to all of the dogs that she looks after. I cannot recommend her enough!
Our puppy Lonnie was so beautifully taken care of by Tayla during his three night sleep-over. Lons is a real homebody and takes time to get to know new peeps in his life - when we met Tayla we knew we instantly knew he'd be a-ok! We loved seeing the photos of his doggy adventures and Tayla kept us up to date on how he was doing. Tayla, thanks for all your care and love for Lonnie. He gives you four paws up!
Tayla is an amazing dog walker! We have an anxious dog, and he loved going out on adventures with Tayla! He even became less reactive towards other dogs and more friendly when he meets dogs! He especially loved going on swimming trips to the beach, and would come home very happy! We highly recommend Tayla! She is very trustworthy and caring, and we appreciate all that she did to help us with our dog!

My toy poodle was overcome by anxiety when I first brought him to daycare, I couldn’t leave him alone without him having a dramatic puppy meltdown. The team at Mr Woofles managed to provide support, care and options to help transform him into a happy-go-lucky and (mostly) well behaved dog. I highly recommend Mr Woofles if you are struggling with an anxious dog or just need your dog left in good hands.

Milo has been coming to Mr Woofles since his puppy days and has been a regular daycare boy for over a year now! He absolutely loves his time there - just comes straight home and passes out till dinner! He's also boarded over night, as long as 10 nights with them and I have no worries that Saskia, Emma and the rest of the staff there are taking the best care of him and his needs while he's under their care.
I took my dog Leo here for doggy day care. He's normally a pretty confident dog but looked a little nervous when we got there. The staff were lovely and tried to put my mind at rest. Later that day one of their staff members send me a photo of Leo and gave me an update. I thought it was pretty cool that she did this and it made me feel comfortable about his stay. When I picked him up that night the staff had picked up on a few of his traits that I forgot to tell them (whoops), so I was pretty impressed that the staff know their stuff and were clearly attentive. I had a relaxed and tired dog that night which was great after a day of work. I booked Leo in the next day and asked if he could get washed and his hair trimmed. They did a great job, it was the best trim he has had a 2+ years. I will use them in the future as normally when I get his clip I would need to book him in on a Saturday 4-6 weeks in advance which is a little frustrating. Now I can drop him off in the morning, know he is looked after and pick up a clean and happy pooch at the end of the day. If I'm being honest, I'm a bit of an over protective dog owner but the staff really won me over and not only made my dog happy but me as well. I would highly recommend their doggy day care and their grooming service.

Daisy’s temperament and socialization skills are a credit to your integrity and caring nature. Personally, I am grateful for your support towards local small businesses by stocking their food, treats, toys and top dog gear in reception. The charitable Halloween and Christmas dog photo opportunities you create are an awesome way to give back too. Mr Woofles would be hard to beat for dog daycare and I wouldn’t take Daisy anywhere else.
Me and My puppy Gus love Mr Woofles, I love it knowing my furbaby is looked after and cared for and comes home super tired which is a bonus! The staff post lots of pictures and videos on social media so you can nose on your four legged friend all day long and be envious that you yourself was not born a dog. Would I recommend its a big YES from us.

They took my puppy at the last minute and were very accommodating of our emergency need to have him kenneled. He went in with a mild injury and came out better than ever, clean and healthy. Communication with the owners was great throughout.
This is a wonderful day spa for my pet ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our cat had quite an adventure at the pet day spa! Initially terrified by the unfamiliar sounds of rushing water and bubbling jets, she was hesitant to step into the warm bath. As a cat who typically avoids water, it was clear she was out of her comfort zone. However, thanks to the gentle and patient care of the spa staff, she gradually relaxed. The staff understood her apprehension and took their time to soothe her nerves. They ensured the water temperature was just right, which made a world of difference for our sensitive kitty. The use of calming techniques and soft, reassuring voices helped ease her anxiety throughout the spa session. By the end of her visit, our cat emerged looking fluffy and content. Despite her initial fear, she seemed to appreciate the pampering and attention she received. It was heartwarming to see her return home feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. We're grateful to the pet day spa team for their professionalism and dedication to making our cat's experience as stress-free as possible. Their understanding of feline behavior and meticulous care exceeded our expectations. It's clear they genuinely care about the well-being of their furry clients. Overall, our cat's trip to the pet day spa turned out to be a positive experience, thanks to the patience and expertise of the staff. She may not be a fan of water, but the care she received left her happy and relaxed, making us confident in recommending this spa to fellow pet owners.
Had a horrible experience. Gave my 1 year old dog for a full body trim. When I went to pick him up, they trimmed him too much even after mentioning at the beginning of the appointment that I didn’t want that. Also they cut his toe a little too closely cause of which my dog was bleeding from his paws. The staff didn’t mention it and didn’t even apologies for the mistake. Very insensitive and rude behaviour. On top of that they charged me extra for the deep trim. I had to take my dog straight to an emergency vet. Would never visit again.
Just discovered this place for our cat and they were wonderful! Very friendly staff and did such a fantastic job with grooming our cute little baby! Will definitely be coming back here again!

This is my second time bringing my Pomeranian here and I'm so pleased, he looks and smells fabulous! I always get nervous that groomers will cut too much fur on double-coated dog but the staff listened and just trimmed where I had specified. They were so lovely, prompt and offered a range of wonderful services for a really good price. My all time favourite groomers and I will be coming back regularly. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and I could tell that they truly care about the well-being of the animals they work with. My dog came out looking and smelling amazing, with the perfect cut and a shiny coat. I highly recommend.
I recently visited Kloud9 in South Melbourne for the first time, hoping for a simple trim for my dog. I had specifically asked for a trim for the head, nose, and mouth, but only the eyes were cut. When I inquired about the full face trim as advertised, the price was suddenly raised from $20 to $40, which felt misleading and like false advertising. Feeling disappointed, I asked about the cost to trim the entire body, as my dog’s face was now much shorter than its body. I was quoted $110, and after some consideration, I agreed to pay the difference. However, the owner refused and insisted it would be an additional $110 plus $40 for the face trim, which seemed unreasonable given the circumstances. As this was my first visit, I felt the situation was not handled well. The focus seemed to be more on upselling than on customer service or the well-being of my pet, which was frustrating. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I left feeling that the business was more interested in making money than providing a positive experience for either my pet or myself.
Tania was an amazing with our three cavoodles (even through 3 is a handful at times which just goes to show her caring nature). The bubs are like children and we felt from the first meeting that they would be in great, loving hands. Tania kept us updated with photos of the dogs enjoying their walks and generally. We came home to 3 very happy dogs (who were, after their excitement of greeting us, luckily exhausted from their walk time to settle in and cuddle with a sleep. Will definitely be seeking Tania’s services again (and I’m certain the dogs would love it!)
Tania (My Pet Auntie) looked after our tabby Dexter for us for 3 weeks while we were overseas. Our cat can be a bit of shy and anxious around new people so we were worried about leaving him at home for the first time for so long. Tania was amazing, she kept us updated with texts and pics and went above and beyond to give our boy extra care, play time and company. He was very calm and comfortable when we got home. Tania has been amazing with my two pups. My girl is 12 1/2 and on meds and my boy is 9 1/2 - both are labradors and they love Tania - as do I. Tania made it easier to be away knowing that she had their best interests at heart. She measured out their meals and spent time with them with plenty of cuddles and walks every day. She kept in touch and sent pics of the pups. We were so happy to have her look after the house and our dogs.
We engaged Tania (My Pet Auntie) to look after our 2 dogs, Caesar & Apollo while we were away on holiday for 6 weeks. I cannot express how grateful we are for the high level of personal care that our boys received. She was in regular contact with updates, pictures and videos (including Facetime!) Both our boys always looked happy and relaxed on their daily walks and at home. We felt she put their interest and welfare first, especially having a senior dog that needs a little extra care. Treating them with lots of love and care which is why they love and adore her. On return our house was spotless and she even left a beautiful note with treats for our boys. I cannot recommend her highly enough, she is genuine, honest and caring and we are very grateful for their wonderful care she provided while we were away, it was a huge relief. 5 Star service
My furbabies love their Pet Auntie. Tania does a wonderful job, is kind and caring with my cat and dog, and very reliable and trustworthy. Both my pets have special instructions and medications and nothing is an issue for Tania. Very highly recommend!
We highly recommend Tania. We visited Melbourne from Adelaide with our boy Harley who didn’t handle the unfamiliar environment when we left the house. Somehow we found Tania and for a very reasonable price she allowed us to go out to places Harley couldn’t attend guilt and worry free! Won’t hesitate to bring Harley next time! Cheers
Over the past 3 years I have engaged MY Pet Auntie on a regular basis. The services provided range from intensive care of an elderly dog to a new puppy in the midst of training. The preparation of meals as well as full time care during my absence, is accomplished with exceptional efficiency and attention to any needs that arise. Also Auntie provides me with regular cleaning assistance and back yard care for my chooks and veggie patch. All of this is carried out with loving kindness and a genuine commitment to excellent.
My dog, Coco regularly attends Hounds of the Hood in Richmond. Coco is an elderly dog at 16 Years. Angela and her team look after Coco very well and we are very grateful for the care given to her. I highly recommend Hounds of the Hood for your doggy daycare requirements.
Buongiorno the Italian Greyhound loves his weekly visit to Hounds of the Hood. Angela the owner is his favourite human and all the staff are kind and sweet. Buongi bounds out of the car and comes home happy and exhausted. Having an outdoor area for our dogs to enjoy the sunshine is such a bonus in Richmond. Happily recommend HOTH to any dog owner. 🐾❤️
Angela and her team at HOTH are exceptional. My dog used to be too anxious to enjoy doggy day care, but over the course of the last year, he’s enjoyed his time there. The team greet my dog every time and get him excited to walk through the door. Can’t recommend HOTH enough.
Hounds of the Hood has been incredible for my anxious Dachshund. Unlike other daycare venues he absolutely loves it there. The staff are wonderful, it is obvious they are dog lovers and truely care about my precious pooch. Here is a photo of him worn out after a day at HOTH.
This is an amazing doggy daycare. We took our doggo back here after Ange and her team took over, redeveloped and revamped the site from a long relationship with dogzone. They have done an amazing job and are extended family. It is amazing how much they love and treat the dogs. I cannot recommend HOTH enough. This is and should be the standard. Hounds of the hood is a state of the art new facility for dogs! You can see the genuine love and care for all the dogs when you go in! My chocolate lab had the best time and came home exhausted with lots of new friends. I could not recommend Hounds of the hood any higher.
HOTH are the the very best and look after our dog as if he was their own. Couldn’t ask for a better service and highly recommend.

Hounds of the Hood Richmond have exceeded all our expectations of Doggie Day care. Angela and her team work hard to understand the needs of each dog in every session, and make adjustments where necessary to ensure a great experience. The team all enjoy being immersed with the happy dogs, are alert to situations that may emerge from time to time, monitor the packs to ensure needs are attended to and intervene if and when necessary. The HOTH is spotlessly clean, with an excellent staff to dog ratio. The team rotate appropriate toys, just as we would at home. We pick up and drop off a happy dog, whose behaviour only improves with every visit. Thx Angela and the whole team, we’re lucky to be part of your foundation year clients.
