We had an amazing weekend at Alex and her family's home. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable, we felt right at home. Communication was perfect and instructions were very clear. The house is beautiful and comfortable, with a spacious living room and kitchen, and beautiful garden with swimming pool. Train station and shops are within walking distance, which was perfect for us. We really fell in love with the dogs. They are very well behaving and love to cuddle and play around, especially the puppy. It was hard to say goodbye to them. We would definitely recommend this housesit!
My sit with Kerrin, Matt and Mona was awesome! Kerrin was super kind and communcative. Very responsive and had a bunch of helpful recommendations for me! Mona was an absolute dream! Shes a heart stealer for sure. Super sweet but not super clingy! She loves walking so we had an awesome time exploring different parts of the city and beyond. If you are looking for a hiking/ adventure buddy , Monas your girl ! The condo was amazing. It was like something out of a magazine! Decorated to perfection and extremely inviting. I felt so comfortable there! Lastly the condo is in a great location to explore the city. Museums , city park, dairy block, the rockies stadium and more are within a few minutes of driving! (Or about 30 mins of walking with Mona!) I would definitely recommend this stay to everyone! I felt safe, relaxed and had excellent company!
Oh Sassy, I'm gonna miss you so much! Such a loving and sweet personality! She took to me immediately upon my arrival, and rarely left my side. Swissy, as expected, was shy, but Kristin's tips were spot on regarding taking care of her. Kristin did an amazing job of coordinating sitters during her extended time away from home. I had all the information I needed, and was in regular touch with Kristin as necessary. Thank you, Kristin, for an enjoyable and comfortable week in Lyons.
We had a great house sit in beautiful Carmel. John and Jen welcomed us into their clean, comfortable home. They were friendly, welcoming, thoughtful, and easy to communicate with…..it was a pleasure dealing with them. We spent an afternoon with them getting acquainted with the pups, neighborhood, and their home. They left us detailed instructions which came in handy since they were in Europe. The guest room has a very comfortable queen bed, and room in the closet to unpack. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need if you like to cook. And the view from the deck was amazing. We spent many afternoons out there with the pups. Now for the best part. Casey and Walter are very energetic pups, and they absolutely live for their playtime on the beach, and so did we. Casey loves to chase the ball, and Walter loves to visit with the other pups, and chase after Casey. They also enjoy walks around the neighborhood which has some beautiful coves with benches. Both pups were happy to snuggle in on the couch in the evenings. Casey loves belly rubs, and Walter is happy laying next to you on the couch. Walter is a velcro pup so you never have to worry about where he is in the house. They also have a doggy door with a fenced yard so they can come and go as they please. Thanks John and Jen for a wonderful house sit. We hope to see you in the future!
