Hannah was a wonderful pet sitter. She engaged early in the process and learned about our home and pets. She took great care of our small zoo of 3 dogs and 4 cats (1 visiting from my son!). She sent us photos and communicated while we were traveling and kept us updated through. We would recommend her to a friend.
We really enjoyed having Rosemary look after Misty and the house. She arrived the evening before, for the house walk through, and she was very patient with my needing to disappear half way through for a webinar and then reappear to continue. She was very gracious and calm. We had some interesting chats as we have some mutual interests. She updated us every day with pictures of Misty, who got more and more comfortable and was soon showing her tummy for tickles, and sleeping a bit with Ro. I heard Misty "chatting" with her on the last morning, having tried unsuccessfully to get us up for her breakfast! In addition to leaving the house lovely and tidy, Ro really cared about the plants, in a way that I haven't seen with other sitters. She swept up leaves in the garden as our Cork Oak suddenly went into dropping its leaves season, which I didn't expect her to do - but it's always nice when that extra care is taken. She did ask if a friend could stay overnight, but I wasn't comfortable with that, but appreciated her asking, and I was happy for friends to visit. Really enjoyed meeting and having Ro stay with us, and would be very happy to recommend her and have her stay again.
Galina and Chris did a great job looking after Sweets the cat and our home while we were away for a week. They were flexible with dates, we asked them to start a day earlier than planned. They sent almost daily Whatsapp messages with photos and updates, dealt with a burst water heater with minimal fuss (thank you!) and left the house clean with laundered bed linen/towels and the cat was more than happy. They even left freshly baked muffins on the table waiting for our return which were much appreciated. I would definitely recommend them to look after your home and pets. Thank you Galina and Chris!
