We had a lovely time looking after Chalmer, Billy and Marmite the cat. Chalmer is a hilarious bundle of energy and fun, and Billy is just super cool. Marmite does her own thing, but is very affectionate when the mood takes her. Rachel and Martin made us very welcome indeed and we really enjoyed staying in their lovely home in Baginton. There were great walks for the dogs right on the doorstep, and we loved the fact that we could be in open countryside within a two-minute walk, yet were only a few minutes in the car from the centre of Coventry for shopping, and Leamington Spa, Warwick and Stratford for days out. There is a really useful local shop and two great pubs within a very short walk - both serving good food. If you didn't want to have a car, there is a decent bus service - the stop is within a couple of minutes walk. We had some lovely talks with Albert, Martin's father, who lives next door - he is such an interesting man and kept us entertained over an occasional cuppa. Hopefully we will be able to arrange a repeat visit some time in the future.
Sadie is a beautiful cat who knows what she wants: evening snuggles, thank you very much! Her friends are amazing, welcoming, kind and generous! You will love the location in the heart of Vancouver with every kind of amenity within a few minutes' walk. Take this sit!!! I would take it again in a heartbeat! I really enjoyed my week with Ava!! She's a great companion and a bit of a snuggle bug. Laura was awesome and seemed to think of everything to make the stay easy and comfortable. The neighborhood is very nice and close to everything. I definitely recommend sitting for Ava!!!
Bertie and Bonnie are probably the most loving dogs you could ever look after, they have great characters and give cuddles a plenty! They are really easy to take for walks with excellent recall and Bertie enjoys playing fetch. Meg and Bruce’s lovely home is in a beautiful location with fantastic walks on your doorstep and if you like hill walking you are spoilt for choice. They have a everything you need, I got to try out an air fryer so I am now a convert! The cats and Chickens were easy to look after and it was great to have fresh eggs every day. Apart from the fact that you will find it hard to leave the dogs behind I would recommend this sit to anybody!
Our stay at Livia's house with Mia was really nice! Livia was extremely friendly and she made us feel welcome from the first moment. She invited us to explore the neighborhood and answered all of our questions with patience and kindness. Mia is soo adorable, we miss her already ❤ She is very independent, but once she builds trust, she asks for a lot of cuddles, and treats of course :) The location is ideal, as it is located in a very quiet area and approximately 30 minutes from the center of London. During our stay in the house, we experienced a really positive and welcoming energy that made us feel at home. Without a doubt, we recommend this experience to everyone. A stay that we will remember forever :)
We had a wonderful time in Cotswolds at Celia’s. What a beautiful area ! Marvellous cottage, big garden. Very nice kitchen with an aga ! And three nice well-educated dogs (grandmother daughter and child). We had superb walks (2 to 3 hours a day), different each day and each time departing from the house. Very quiet village. Large garden. We highly recommend this address.
