We had the pleasure of meeting Lorena and Thomas and looking after their 3 different but adorable dogs and two cats in their apartment in the centre of Berlin. The location is terrific to explore this great city, but you really need to organise your time well, as it's not the easiest sit taking the dog's up and down in the lift and walking them until they relieve themselves as Salchipapa moves extremely slowly and Cobi and Florinda love a good long brisk walk. Because we were 3 it was fine as someone would always go alone and slowly with Salchipapa. She requires a lot of time, and can be rather stubborn and demanding . E.g. I would take her down to the toilet if we were going for a long walk with the other 2, but she'd show her disapproval about being left at home by dropping her mess in the hallway as a present upon return! The cats were easy and fun! Even though looking after the animals is quite time consuming , we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and became very fond of all the animals. Lorena and Thomas are very friendly people and they made sure we were comfortable and gave clear and precise instructions about their animals. The effort you put into looking after these lovely animals will be returned with love and affection from all of them.
I had a great time with Juni! She was so sweet. It was helpful to give her treats while on the walks so that she was less anxious. Sully is a total cutey, very vocal, and a great cuddle buddy. Bella was chill and observant. Josh and Maiya were very communicative and helpful. I can tell they really care about their pets, which made the experience enjoyable for me. The location of the sit is convenient as well for staying in Los Angeles. I highly recommend and many thanks to Josh and Maiya for trusting me with their pets and homes.
Such lovely people who were willing to even host me for 2 nights before the actual sit because of the flights schedule! Amazing welcome from Cheryl, Todd, and Vickie :) And the 5 cats are awesome! It took me a few days to get the hang of everything but having so many cats around also means a lot of cuddles and loads of different personalities. They are all different and equally adorable! Cool and comfortable house in the middle of Malta, I highly recommend sitting for this lovely family!
