Ben, Sarah, and their son, Gus, were AMAZING hosts! They kindly picked us up from the airport, treated us to a lovely dinner, and gave us a comprehensive tour of the area and their beautiful home. The house boasts stunning views of Meridian Lake, and its convenient location made everything easily accessible. Ben and Sarah's communication was excellent, and they were quick to respond to any queries we had. Chowder, their adorable "old man" as we affectionately called him, was an absolute delight. He spent most of his day napping but was always up for a quick walk, some food, and lots of cuddles. One of Chowder's favorite activities is going for car rides—he just loves them! He also has a charming habit of trying to convince you to give him treats all day long, which we did, in moderation, of course. All in all, we had a BEAUTIFUL time and can't wait to come back!
Had a great sit, After Pickles put on a protective display for Ceri. He soon calmed down and became a good friend. Pickles and Peppa are really friendly dogs, they love a cuddle on the couch. The house is in an ideal location
Sit Lily these days has been wonderful. She is a true Lady, very obedient, calm and loving. She loves long walks and you will be very happy watching her run in the park. The house is incredible, very shiny, spacious and cozy. And the town where it is located is the perfect place for those who wish to rest in a true German Village. I can't recommend this beautiful sitting enough. If you have the chance to sit Lily, don’t hesitate! Thank you Kristen and Hal for this beautiful opportunity! We are already missing Lily!
Michelle was a pleasure to sit for, and Lucy and Bailey were the just the cutest and well-behaved pups. It was easy to establish a rapport with Michelle from the get-go. She's very down to earth. The house and yard were clean and comfortable. Michelle laid out instructions very well and put up a few post-it notes which I found helpful. Michelle had also taken the dogs to get groomed before I arrived which I thought was very thoughtful. I didn't venture out much, but I did go to an area called Collingswood. There was a wonderful downtown area full of shops and eateries. Great to do on a Saturday morning. I would certainly sit for Michelle again.
It was a pleasure sitting for Joyce and Tom and hanging out with their young cat. They were so nice and accommodating, and of course Boulder is a terrific location for exploring the area. Their home is lovely, clean, homey and convenient to everything. And there's the pool too! I would recommend sitting for Joyce and Tom. Thank you both for allowing me the privilege of sitting for you!
We loved looking after Gretel she really is a gorgeous pup. She’s full of life and loves adventures so we took her everywhere with us during our stay. There are lots of lovely dog friendly cafes in nearby Ludlow which we all really enjoyed. Plus there are loads of lovely walks straight out of the door as well, so if you don’t want to venture far then this sit is also perfect. Thank you Emma for inviting us to your gorgeous home and big hugs to little Gretel.
