We think we were so lucky to have had Sarah and Peter look after our home and 3 dogs. We felt instantly happy to leave them in charge and came home after a week away to a welcome of waggie tails! We hope we might be able to tempt them back another day! Wishing them so much luck with there next adventure on the high seas :)
We had the best time at Taylor and Edward’s place. They are the loveliest hosts you will ever meet - so warm and welcoming, and we felt at ease right away. The house had everything you needed and was beautifully decorated. The garden was incredible! We loved sitting in the sunshine with Pippa during our stay. Close to transport links, we found it easy to go exploring around London. And last but certainly not least, Pippa! Although shy at first, once she warmed up to us she captured our hearts. We loved watching her come out of her shell and become playful and loving - she was always hanging out with us in the garden and wherever we were, and adored under chin scratches. We will miss her! Overall, we would not hesitate to recommend Taylor and Edward - and would be happy to come back anytime. Thanks again guys!
This sit was great from start to finish! Janie picked me up from the ferry port and then gave me a little tour and took me to a supermarket for me to stock up on food! I arrived 2 days before Janie went away and in this time Janie and Callie showed me some great walks and Janie gave me a very informative handover! Callie was a real cutie! Janie has obviously worked very hard to train her and this is evident on both walks and in the house. At the same time, Callie is still a puppy so there is a cheeky streak which leads to great entertainment! The house is really nice, it has everything I needed and was in a great location with nice walks nearby and a great bus route within a 5 min walk from the house that takes you into downtown! I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely dog sit here again! Thank you Janie and Callie for making me feel so welcome!
We are so grateful to have been able to look after Ralphie ❤️ We fell in love with his sweet and super friendly energy. Catriona adopted him few months before our sit so we didn’t know what to expect. Ralphie’s behaviour is very fridnefly with both people and other dogs. He always want to say hi to any pups in the street and loves a sniffing around. At home he is also very calm once he settles and trust you . Catriona was a great host, we really enjoyed communicating with her and her house was very nice and in a lovely area of London
I had a fabulous 5 days in Michael and Brandon's lovely home. The neighborhood is walkable, restaurants and markets diverse and delicious, and public transportation accessible. I even took a public bus to Niagara Falls, which was a spectacular day - a definite must-see. The BEST part of the sit, however, was being with Peter and Dolly. Peter is an older Black lab who is warm, easy to care for, and very energetic on his walks. A real pleasure. And then there is Dolly!!! A one year old English Mastiff who thinks she is a lapdog :). Its hilarious to see people cross the street when they see her coming, but in actuality you could not find a more loving, sweet soul! The two dogs get along very well with each other; and Brandon and Michael are the perfect combination of being well organized and also relaxed. I felt very much supported by them during my sit, and felt welcome in their home. I HIGHLY recommend this sit, and will absolutely look for an opportunity to make my way back to Buffalo!
I sat for Janis and her family for 2 weeks in September 2022. Everyone was so warm, kind and friendly when I met them on a visit prior to the sit. I immediately felt at home and relaxed. Communication was excellent before and during the sit. The house is a lovely detached house and is very comfortable and has everything you will need. It is also very clean and the bedroom was perfect. You can drive, cycle or walk into Stratford (along the canal) from the house as well as some lovely local walks. Wilmcote is situated in an ideal location within easy reach of Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick, Leamington Spa and the beautiful Cotswolds. The star of the show is Stanley :). What a gorgeous sweet well behaved dog. We bonded very well during my stay. Stanley sticks to his routine and loves to be around you in the house whether in the kitchen or watching TV. He loves a scratch and his belly rubbed and is absolutely no trouble at all. If you want lovely kind hosts, with the wonderful Stanley in a great location then I fully recommend this sit!
Absolutely loved staying at Abby’s house and hanging with her sweet sweet creatures. So many cuddles and lots of love from both the cats and the dog :) I miss them! Abby was great with communication and left instructions for everything, was super friendly and accommodating, and the neighborhood is a great location. The back yard area was so lovely to have.
