Suzanne is the consummate house sitter and you will be lucky if you get her to house sit. Her career as a dog walker makes her a natural fit for dog-sitting. Bella, our little chihuahua mix, loved Suzanne. Suzanne took Bella with her to wineries and restaurants, and kept her well-socialized. We received frequent pictures of Bella's travels and adventures, and were kept up to date on anything happening with the house. We had a maintenance issue with the house while Suzanne was sitting, and she handled it all with aplomb. Everything was neat and tidy when we returned home. And Hedwig the cat? She was just fine. No drama upon our return - that means success!!

Israel and Dahlia were a delight to have at my place. They were organized, asked thoughtful questions, and kept me updated on things. My neighbor even commented on how lovely they were when he ran into them. Would whole-heartedly recommend Israel and Dahlia as pet sitters!

Stephnie and Bernadette were wonderful with my old Maltese girl who is blind. They flew all the way from California to Vermont to spend 4 days to meet Toons and experience Vermont. I felt very comfortable with them taking care of the house and they made the most of their time here. They are welcome back anytime!welcome back any time!

Lilly was a fantastic pet sitter for our cute but energetic 3-year old chocolate lab! She gave Zoey lots of love and exercise with some regular visits to the local parks. She also went above and beyond by taking Zoey to her favorite place in the world, the beach! Lilly was also very easy to communicate with, and she was kind enough to send us some Zoey photos on a regular basis. I would highly recommend Lilly if you're looking for a very professional/organized pet sitter who also just loves dogs. Long story short, your dog will be in very good hands with Lilly!!!

Michelle was a perfect sitter! She took great care of Sydney and the house. She was also communicative and friendly and totally reliable. I would be lucky to have her as a sitter any time!

NutMeg & Timmy said that Doug was absolutely PAWESOME. And I'd have to agree with my furkids. Great communication, consistently checked in with updates. Followed my slightly chaotic instructions & also navigated my odd communication around arrival/departure times with grace. He left my house with only good vibes, nicer than I left it for him! Usually I have to sage my house when I come home after a trip, but it feels so good in here I definitely don't need to! Doug is a kind, radiant human and he's always welcome at this enchanted cabin! Katie and her fiancé Hank went above and beyond while house-sitting with their pup, Charlie (who is super friendly and adorable). Hank was very accommodating to my schedule, arriving early to meet my dog before I left. This introduction helped my dog feel comfortable. They communicated wonderfully each day, taking my dog on many adventures and providing picture updates that eased my worries. They truly took great care of him. In addition to coming home to a happy pup, I was pleasantly surprised to find my place even cleaner than when I left. I would definitely have them stay again and would recommend them to any travelers who are looking for their next house sitter.

Rose and Abi did a great job taking care of our cat and our house while we were away for nearly 2 weeks. They were very self sufficient and conscientious house sitters, and we would not hesitate to invite them to sit for us again.

Ariana and Vitor were absolutely AMAZING!!! They were both so incredibly sweet and have experiences with a variety of dogs [sizes, temperament, etc]. They were kind enough to do an in-person meet and greet prior to the stay as well. During their stay they shared a lot of updates on how Jude was doing and sent pictures too. They left the apartment absolutely spotless!! Would 100% recommend and have them stay again :)

I met Oz few hours before leaving to the airport because my original sitter had to cancel it very last minute. Oz lives in LA as well so it was convenient for us to meet and walk him through Roscoe’s routine. He was very easy-going and friendly and the communication was clear. He sent me regular updates on their walks and how Roscoe was doing. Because of the ongoing 4th of July fireworks, Roscoe was scared to go out in the afternoon during this time of the year. Oz would calm him and provide support as needed. My place was left organized and clean. I would definitely invite him again!!
