I can’t say enough good things about Angela! She was beyond helpful. She managed all the things that needed to be handled in the house. She accepted packages, spoke with my Mexican handyman, maid, pool guy, landscaper. Beyond that my dog is obsessed with her. I know she will be truly missed and I hope she comes back soon ❤️
I had such a wonderful time looking after Thiago (and giving him lots of cuddles - he has the softest fur!) He is truly a sweetheart who loves to spend all day with you, either cuddled up on the couch/bed or playing ball. Kavita and Tom were wonderful hosts and very easy to communicate with. Their home is wonderfully kept and I had a comfortable time during my stay. Their house is well located - just a 5 minute walk to a big Tesco, 10 minutes from the closest Overground station and 15 minutes from a lovely big park. I would highly recommend Kavita and Tom to any future house sitters who love energetic but cuddly dogs. Thanks so much Kavita and Tom (and Thiago!! Miss him so much already)
I stayed one week at Luisa and Roger's place, which was a great experience. Instructions were clear and straightforward. The house is clean, comfortable, bright, and tastefully decorated. The garden is really well-kept and is a pleasure to water, due to the fragrance of aromatic plants and the colours of the many flowers (then, the wall that separates the central garden from the greenhouse reminds me of 'The Secret Garden'!). Of course, I enjoyed the company of Tizzer and Pepsi. Tizzer is a very handsome cat who likes his humans and his food. Pepsi is quite vocal and offered me a mouse as a welcome gift. Thanks Luisa and Roger for inviting me, I really recommend this sitting to any cat and plant lovers!
We had a great time taking care of Gaechka en Honey. They are great cats that are active and really like to play. The apartment was clean and conveniently located. It’s close to different public transport stations. Anna was really friendly and easy to communicate with.
Kim and Merlot were an absolute delight!! Kim is just the person you’d hope to meet while traveling, she’s so welcoming and generous. I felt right at home in her beautiful apartment. Merlot was the best buddy to relax at home with and explore Lucerne on our daily walks. He’s very well behaved and such a sweet and loving pup. He loves his cuddles! By the time I left Lucerne, we were attached at the hip! From the start, Kim’s reliable communication and instruction far exceeded any expectations. It was such a joy to overlap with Kim a few nights and get to know her, I feel very lucky to have made a wonderful friend in Lucerne! I can’t recommend a house sit with Kim and Merlot enough. Her home is so lovely and within walking distance to everything Lucerne has to offer.
I would HIGHLY recommend this sit! Peter and Sarah are very kind and welcoming and have been very accommodating from the beginning. Communication was perfect on WhatsApp, Peter always responded very quickly and I felt comfortable asking questions. Bertie Lola and Percy are the best dogs! Bertie is very sweet and has opened up to us during the weekend which was lovely to see. Lola is a very loveable mamma and loves a cuddle and a good walk. Percy is a very excitable puppy and gave us so much love, we loved the three of them they are amazing dogs and great to spend time with them! The house itself is amazing as well, we slept very well and we had everything we needed for a great weekend. The surroundings are lovely and very close to the Cotswolds where we brought the dogs and had a long muddy walk! Peter recommended having lunch at the bell, a pub next to the house and we had a lovely time there. Thank you so much Peter and Sarah we had a great time and it was great meeting you and your lovely dogs!
Jesse and Mimi are professional, kind, and transparent hosts. Their darling doggies are well-behaved, easy to care for and great for cuddles. I am grateful for them to give me a chance as it was my first experience on this site and I appreciated their familiarity with the process! The house was tidy, and well set up, and I enjoyed having my own room. The location is suited to work from home, with a supermarket within walking distance, a train station, and bus services should you need to commute to London.
