Harriet and Shane are hands down the best sitters we have had ever. They put forward a well considered and detailed application letter and were amenable to meet in person before agreeing the sit. Kosan (our ridgeback) was immediately at ease with them when they popped in. We agreed the sit and all communications leading up to and through the sit were excellent. Harriet is a fabulous pet photographer and sent us amazing snaps of Kosan who is normally very camera shy. Kosan had plenty of long walks, so much love and we came back to a very relaxed and happy pet. Harriet and Shane also took exceptional care of our home. We came back to an immaculately clean and tidy house. Shane even baked a banana bread for us to come home to. We can’t recommend Harriet and Shane enough and we will have them back in a heartbeat if they are free when we next go away.

We take our bunnies in regularly and the price is great. They are super friendly in the store and really helpful. They have the option to put the buns indoors or outside depending on where your buns usually live. Absolutely would recommend for your pet needs.
We are so happy that a few years ago, we had no one we could leave our rabbit with, when we were going away for 2 weeks...Being forced to find a place, we have find the Pets Fayre and since then we are going away with nothing else but a peace of mind. They are absolutely amazing, you can tell that they know what they are doing and how they love all kinds of animals. As for our rabbit he cannot wait for us to leave him there, his suitcase is packed before ours... 😀
We have used Pets Fayre twice now for pet boarding for our hamster and we always feel reassured when leaving him. Rachel is very caring and so knowledgeable. Our hamster always has a lovely time and comes back happy & healthy! We will be using Pets Fayre again.
Rachel and the team at Pets Fayre are the only people/place that I would leave my guinea-pigs with while I'm away. They are looked after and taken care of so well that I'm pretty sure my piggies prefer staying with Rachel than with me. Couldn't recommend more!

Clare is an awesome walker and trainer. I was slightly apprehensive about my dog being walked by someone else but Clare is so calm and confident and my doggy has the best time with her.
Clare has been walking our doggo for the last 6 months and we’ve noticed such an improvement in his attitude and general wellbeing. He’s much better on the lead for us now and his recall has really improved as well. Very happy with Herb Dog Care, we would definitely recommend ❤️
Clare is everything you need and more for a dog walker/trainer. She is calm, loyal and a genuinely lovely person. Our dog Ralph has a lot of energy so walks with Clare in our local woods or playing fields are absolutely ideal for him. Couldn’t recommend her enough
Clare has been walking my stubborn little bull dog called Diego for a couple of months. He generally prefers to stay inside on the sofa but he loves going out with Clare. She’s kind, calm and an all round lovely person.
