McKenzie and Patrick were easy to communicate with before and during our time away from home. They kept us up to date with our pets sending photos on a regular basis. Our pets were very comfortable and happy with them. They were able to troubleshoot wayward items that went amiss during our time away, eg. replaced batteries on auto door lock, clear dishwasher issue. This was very much appreciated. They left our home clean and well taken care of. I would highly recommend them and will not hesitate to have them return for another stay.

ANGUS
Great fit dogs, very friendly, easy to walk on or off the leads and recall no probs. Angus & Jane gave us a lovely welcome and their home was lovely and comfortable (log burner was fabulous).
Ducks & chickens my husband was In charge of, he loved it the proper good life and was rewarded by eggs daily.
Thank you for our first experience of sitting 🤗🤗

This was our first time doing a sit. And what a great time we had! The beautiful Roxy stole our hearts from the very first hour. She's such a wonderful, sweet, gentle girl. A bit shy at first but it's so worth it getting to know her and gain her trust. She gently lets you know what she needs when she needs it, which is very easy. In 5 days we've never heard her bark. She's the best!
Dirk is a gracious host, very communicative and a nice guy. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and has everything you need. Bus connections to the city centre were good. We loved our stay and had a blast exploring Haarlem. Roxy will have a special place in our hearts.

Was a great experience all around housesitting for Nina. She is extremely hospitable and kind, always quick to respond to any questions we had and left us a thorough welcome guide. Her apartment is in a great location next to everything one would need. Polly is such a sweetheart and very easy to look after. We look forward to future housesits for her! Missing Polly already!

It was a pleasure caring for Casey and Perry this week in Boerne.

Casey is a snuggler. Each day and night, he sat by me as I worked on the computer and watched television. I looked forward to our evening walks along the nearby path and community areas of the quiet, upscale neighborhood. He loves his treats and is impressively obedient with commands like “sit” and “crate.”

Perry is one of the most affectionate cats I’ve ever met. He’s even physically demonstrative with Casey, and, adorably, his meows sound like phone notifications.

I found myself truly inspired by pet parent Robyn’s healthy lifestyle, which is apparent in every part of her immaculate Hill Country home. In each space, there’s a peaceful energy that allows one to work, rest, and play without distraction.

Robyn’s dining room has a dog door that leads to a dedicated potty area. This made it possible for Casey and I to enjoy our walks without the underlying need to make sure he carries out nature’s call. Sniffs were the only priority.

Kind and helpful, Robyn was very communicative during my holiday-week stay and answered all questions and seemed to enjoy my pictorial updates from her Zen palace.

The best word to describe how I felt when I left is refreshed.

In every way, this was a wonderful sit that I would enjoy experiencing again.

Dog is one of the cutest cats I have taken care of, so be prepared; you’ll probably fall in love with him immediately. When I met Julia and Dog a few days before the housesit, Dog was instantly all over me. It felt like a really warm welcome. He loves being around people and can be quite talkative at times—super cute! He enjoys lying close to you while you're working and often spends part of the night on the bed. He has little bursts of energy when he runs around the house, but overall, he is quite calm.

When I met Julia before the housesit, she explained a few things, and the rest of the information was in the welcome guide. Julia is very kind and was always available on WhatsApp for any questions.

The apartment is nice, bright, and has everything you need! The location in the center of Amsterdam is great! Supermarkets, stores, restaurants, and bars are all very close by. There were a few things in the apartment that didn’t work properly, and it wasn’t very clean, but Julia mentioned they are about to move, which might be the reason. Despite this, it was a really nice housesit, and I do recommend it! You will fall in love with Dog immediately and miss having him around afterward.

Thank you, Julia!

Nat
Nat and Tom are the perfect hosts. They provided a detailed house guide and included local restaurants, etc. They maintained constant contact during their trip and I forwarded pictures twice daily.
Maia, a Frenchie, definitely lets you know what she’s thinking. On her short walks she lets you know where she wants to go. She did miss her mommy a lot. With Milo it took some time for him to warm up, but ended up on my lap by the end of the visit.
Thank you for the opportunity and sharing your home with me!
