Elodie
I'm happy I got to meet Elodie and Pierre before my catsit with them, they were so friendly and helpful and it was just like chatting with old friends! They provided an amazingly detailed and thorough housesitting and catsitting guide, with all the information you could possibly need. Berlioz and Troopie, their two cats, were so sweet and cute. Berlioz is possibly the most resourceful little cat I've ever met and he was a ton of fun to play "fetch" with! Troopie took a few days to warm up to me, but she was a total cuddlebug once she did. I highly recommend staying at Elodie's place and meeting her wonderful cats!

My stay at Emma's place was perfect from start to finish. I only stayed three nights and we did not get to meet this time. Nonetheless, we communicated very well and so I knew where everything was very easily. There is something so lovely about fresh flowers on your bedside table :) I felt very welcome right away. Thank you Emma!

The house is just amazing and the two dogs are happy with everyone who comes through the door. I was greeted with wagging tails and off we went to explore the beach and short sections of the South West Coast path. One of the girls is a senior dog, but she is sooo happy to be a part of the team. We slowed down for her which gave me the opportunity to take in more of the wonderful nature around us. Long story short – it was a blast and I hope to come back!

P.S.: The store across the street is nice and the food is of very good quality - therefore a bit pricy. Maybe stock up on things you might need before you travel to Constantine Bay if you travel on a budget.

Had a lovely time in Montreal! Claire’s place is in a lovely neighborhood with tons of coffee shops and restaurants nearby, and she was very welcoming.

Pinoette is a very independent cat who spends most of the day lounging by your side (or in the kitchen asking for fresh treats).

Bear was a super great dog. He was obedient, friendly and well mannered. He enjoyed his twice daily walks and since he’s still a ‘pup’ he is learning to walk on a leash. Lisa has a lovely house set in the woods in a small subdivision. It is walking distance to a dog beach and a 15 minute drive into Traverse City for lots of activities, shopping and restaurants. Lisa told us of a great hike just south of town on our way home. The accommodations are located in the lower level with everything you need I recommend this sit and we look forward to seeing Bear in the future.

Claudia
Lovely house, lovely pets, lovely people. Being their first house sit, Rosie the dog was initially a bit confused about how to handle me, but then turned out to be a cuddly sweetheart. Shadow the cat is mainly outdoors and very easy to take care of. There is a big garden and a glass house with organic fruit and veggies (including the best tomatoes I have ever eaten!), and lots of beautiful pot plants in the house and on the patio, so whoever loves plants and gardening will feel like in paradise. A fairly large park for dog walking is only 5 minutes walk away and Rosie is very friendly with other dogs. Claudia's whole family is super-nice and made me feel very welcome. I got the best bedroom in the house and lots of free space in the fridge and freezer, and they even brought me gifts from their holiday trip! A sitter couldn't wish for more. A wonderful stay!

Cheryl
Our stay with a very chill cat, Kuzco, was enjoyable. Kuzco was well-behaved and loveable! We enjoyed the warmth of Cheryl’s comfortable home in Lubbock. It was decked out for the holidays which was a treat for us as we were on the road most of December.

We appreciated her well-equipped kitchen as we cooked most of our meals at home. There is a great backyard with plenty of sitting area under a patio; it is fully fenced for privacy and safety. We were close to many stores and groceries and took several walks by nearby parks, lakes, and the Texas Tech campus. The sidewalks all around Cheryl’s neighborhood made for easy and safe walking.

We were able to Facetime with Cheryl ahead of time to set up this house sit.
Cheryl was a very gracious host. Communication was great before, during, and after our stay.
