Brandy and her husband stayed at my place in NYC and watched my two German Shepherds for a week. Communication was easy and they were perfect houseguests and great dog sitters. We had such a great time taking care of Milo in this beautiful area of France! He is a very lovely dog and we enjoyed the time with him a lot. We had a wonderful time sitting for Karen. Betty and Benni are lovely dogs who are very easy to look after and return your care with love and cuddles. The house is in a fab location near the beach and with great cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The house had everything we needed for our stay and we'd definitely sit for Karen again.
Jeri & Eric left easy to follow detailed instructions. We split the time between 2 housesitters & it worked out great. Both doggies greeted me at the door ready to see what I was all about. Both are so cute with totally different personalities of course. This was a very comfortable house. It was fun taking the doggies for a walk & checking out the area. While out on walks, everyone asked me how old Biscuit was. Bend is a great town. I appreciated that I could get some of my camping gear/food out of hot car & store in their garage while I was there. I hope to meet Jeri & Eric in the future. Maybe next summer when I’m in Oregon again. I would totally do this house/dog sit again.
Alex was such a great host, she left me all the info I needed for a good sit, including clear directions for Mojo and for the apartment. She was also so helpful before the sit even began, giving me tips for Oakland. Mojo is a sweetheart and incredibly affectionate!
If you have the opportunity to sit for Devany and John, we highly recommend you do! They are the most welcoming, kind, hospitable, generous hosts that you will find! They are great communicators, quick to respond to any questions, took the time to show us around their home and the Villages. Our accommodations were perfect - very comfortable, clean with everything we could possibly need. The Villages itself is an amazing place. There is so much to do and see, all within a short golf cart ride away and we met many friendly people! As for Sadie - we are sad to leave her. She is just the sweetest girl. She is so affectionate, smart, playful and full of character. She was great on her walks and fondly known in the community. She makes sure to slow down or stop for people as they pass by, as she is certain they will want to say hello and pet her.. most times she is right! We are so happy to have had the opportunity to spend some time getting to know Devany and John, they are such a great couple. We look forward to keeping in touch. We will really miss spending each day with Sadie and would love to sit for them down the road again if the opportunity arises! Thanks so much Devany and John!

For the past 3 years, Nico and Humberto have been taking my almost 5year old American Pitbull on daily walks. Atlas is very energetic and demands a lot of physical activity to keep his energy levels down. Nico is very thorough with his walks and sometimes even takes him on a bike ride. Atlas is also very anxious and can react negatively to other dogs, as an owner this was a major stress point since not everyone has the skills and strength to handle those situations in good way. I trusted Nico and Humberto blindly with this, as they have years of experience dealing with all sorts of dogs. Four years ago my son appeared at home with 2 Beautiful puppies 8 weeks old, I thought they were Golden Retrievers, well they weren't, they were Great Pyrenees and they would get to be around 150 pounds each in a few years, even before being one year old they pulled me so hard when walking them that I fell on the street a couple of times.. I didn't know what to do they were a handful, so I called my friend who is an Animal Behaviorist for help and she recommended I called Humberto and Nicolas from Petsitters Anytime and I did.. It's been four years since then and I don't know what I would do without them, they come everyday and take Snow and Bear for walks twice a day, they are a blessing.. They have helped me in teaching the dogs to behave, they help me if I have to be away during the weekend, they are THE BEST help with my babies and Snow and Bear Love them.. We love the fact that Humberto and Nico take care our our Golden Retriever Philip the same way they take care of their own dogs. I would not leave our dog with anybody else. Our Dog loves going to Nico and Humberto which is a clear indication of how they treat dogs. We wouldn't think of leaving Philip with anybody else. Nico and Humberto take the time to get to know you and your dog before even walking or sitting him or her. They want to make sure they know the dog's temperament and special needs if any. This was very important for us as we know 100% that our Philip will stay at a place that will not herm him. I feel so thankful to have run into Nico on a walk in my neighborhood. In one conversation I learned more about how to care for my dog than I could have by reading five books!!! The love “pet sitters anytime” show for my dog makes me feel so good about leaving her in their care! Watching her wag her tail with excitement every time they come to the door is one of the many reasons I am so thankful she is part of the pack!! I have learned so much from Humberto and Nico on how to care for and love my dog! Giving her the opportunity to socialize and play with other dogs has made such an amazing impact on her overall behavior. Humberto and his son helped me out immensely and honestly changed my life. I had 2 elderly dogs who, after many years living together, began to fight each other viciously at random times. This behavior became more and more frequent until I had no choice but to home them separately. I kept the dog who was most emotionally dependent on me and my other dog lived with first, my ex-husband and later with my mom. Once my mom became ill and could no longer take care of that dog, I had the choice to either rehome the dog once again or find out a way to finally have them both together at my home. I did some research online and found Pet Sitters Anytime. I appreciated that they were credentialed, licensed, and insured. They called me promptly after I emailed them and were very thorough and helpful in a short time frame. I began training sessions with them, walking my 2 dogs with other, larger dogs they were taking care of. During the first session, I almost lost hope as my 2 dogs were constantly trying to nip at each other and were very obviously stressed. He helped shape their behavior through each of the subsequent sessions and by the 6th session, they were allowed to remain home with each other. Absolutely no problems since then. For the first time in many, many years I was finally able to have my 2 dogs live with me together and it has brought me so much joy and comfort to be able to do that. I followed all of Humberto's advice as far as how to properly care for them and walk them so that they would not be aggressive to each other or to other dogs during walks. There was an issue of them still lashing out at each other sometimes when encountering another dog during walks (there are A LOT of dogs in my neighborhood, and unfortunately not all of them leashed). However, with Humberto's recommendations, that behavior has also diminished and pretty much completely disappeared - they do not even bark at other dogs anymore when passing and even unleashed dogs have not caused any issues since then. In addition to the training, I have had Humberto and his son walk my dogs while I have been on vacation or out of town several times. My dogs really do love them and respect them and I know he gives them a proper workout, always texts me pictures and updates, and cares for them well whenever he visits them for their walks. I have had the pleasure of working with Humberto and his son since 2017 and highly recommend them to anyone who has either dog sitting, dog walking, and/or dog training needs. Excelent service! We left our goldendoodle with Pet Sitters any Time for two full weeks. They have the most caring and responsible team ever. Our doodle was always loved and properly cared for. He didn’t want to leave when we picked him up! They gave us real peace of mind so we could enjoy our vacation, our dear doodle had a blast! They also sent us daily updates and pictures. They have a great routine for the dogs, walking them multiple times a day. Bottom line it was perfect. Highly recommended. We will use it again every time.

Sean comes to walk Murphy every day around 4pm. I don't know how, but he knows the time and anxiously waits for him to arrive. Murphy is only a year and a half & needs alot of exercise & Sean delivers that with a nice brisk 20 minute walk. Murphy loves him & has fun with him! Highly recommend.

I am absolutely in awe with the care my pet received. I felt confident dropping her off because everyone i spoke to and emailed with seemed knowledgeable and they were consistent and clear about prices, offers, packages, etc. They were very detailed and also personable. During the busy holiday all of the staff were friendly, caring and seemed knowledgeable and interested in my dog. Out of all the animals they have they make it a point to familiarize themselves with your dog and even provide feedback. I will 100% board my dog here again and recommend to everyone I know. The prices are fair, especially for the care you receive. At the end of her boarding she was nice and clean and happy to see me, I felt as confident dropping her off as when I picked her up. My dog stays here whenever I’m out of town and he loves it. He is a ball of energy, but I can always count on him being knocked out the day after I bring him home from a stay. The staff gets to know your dog well and if you message them on Instagram, they’ll try to post pictures of your pup while you’re away. Prices are more than reasonable.
My parents have been taking the family dog here for years. She's an old girl and very skittish. She always comes home happy, healthy, and freshly bathed. The other nice thing to note is that if there ever is an emergency with your pet, there's an animal hospital right next door. We've never needed that, but it's comforting. Will definitely use again.
My pup was “kicked out” because he was too big or hyper. lol They have old grannies working here so understandable they can’t handle strong/big dogs. Pet lodge in Fort Lauderdale/pompano is amazing and caring. It’s a little farther drive but soooo worth it if you have a bigger dog. Also, they didn’t want me to come to the back to check out the boarding cages ……. looks like a dirty place to be honest.
Absolutely fantastic pet resort! Our shepherd mix spent 6 days there. He enjoyed the lazy river, the food, and play time. He felt cared for and loved. The special daily treat is a huge added bonus. The people here really care about the animals that they are entrusted with. So happy to have found such a gem!

We left our dog for a weekend stay and the care they gave her was beyond measure. She was so happy when we went to pick her up and would run between us and the employees. They were able to give a detailed description of what she did over the weekend and gave us tips on care when she arrives home since this was our first time leaving her anywhere. They even gave her a bath so she would be clean when we picked her up! Definitely will be using their services again. Update: 3 years later and we still love and trust holly acres with our baby. Beba's allergies have been challenging and they still provide so much love and care to her. We are forever grateful to know we can leave her with a peace of mind.
Left my pup here for 5 nights and it turned out to be a complete disaster and traumatizing for our dog. Received her with lacerations/wounds that no one ever noticed during her stay. You pay an “inspection fee” come to find out this is only to check for fleas and ticks once their going home. Still waiting to hear back from the owner of this facility……
I called to ask questions about booking a weekend there for my dog. She’s 12 years old & never stayed away from home. The young lady who answered the phone was very patient with me and answered all my questions, addresses all my concerns. You can tell she really cares about your dogs well being. I appreciate that! This was our very first time using a professional pet sitter for our 3 kitties and we couldn’t have been more pleased with Angela and her loving, dedicated attention for our fur babies. We were worried about leaving them for a week, especially since two were on daily prescribed medications for chronic illnesses and all 3 were on separate diets. The absolute best place ever !!! This isn’t even a place, you are leaving your dog in a family home with them. Can’t ask for more! I used to take my dog to Pet Paradise but never again. I went away for a week and left my mini golden doodle with this family and I will only be using them forever. They are so understanding about how a pet is like a family member and do everything to make you feel comfortable. I even did a meet & greet with them before I signed up to leave my dog with them. Throughout my trip I got updates from them with photos and they are always so helpful and nice and easy to communicate with. I will be a forever customer here and I will never let my dog stay anywhere else. This is the absolute best place ever to leave your dog if you are going away for a few days. Can not say enough about how amazing this family is. They even reached out after my dogs stay to check in to see how he is doing. That just shows you how much they care. 10/10!
We needed to go out of town for few days and we were looking for a pet hotel for our 2 poms. After visiting a few Pet hotels we found Royalty Pets, a family owned dog boarding and pet sitting service. We contacted them and got a reply right away. We set a meet and greet a few days before the boarding date. Royalty Pets was very caring and responsive towards our concerns and needs and communicated with us frequently to let us know how our dogs were doing. Upon pick up our puppies looked happy and well cared for. Kuma (the brown pom) didn’t want to leave! This was the best pet sitters we have ever had. I just relocated here and found Royalty Pets online. Based on the reviews, i set up a meet and greet. I was very happy with their clean home. I left our two havanese dogs for a few days and felt very comfortable. Everything was great. In fact, they even gave them baths because they smelled so good! Planned a last minute vacation and needed a pet sitter for our two dogs and cat ASAP. Found Paws to Play on google and couldn't be happier with the service. Cheryl explained the registration process and set up a meet and greet with our potential sitters Kirsten and Isabel. After the meet and greet we were certain that Paws to Play was right for us. The website and portal is so easy to use to fill out registration paperwork, request services, and make payments. While we were away, Kirsten and Isabel took turns caring for our loved ones. They texted when they arrived and when they left. They gave a detailed narrative of the visit, photos, and even provided a google map for the distance of the walks. We did not worry once while we were away and when we returned, our pets were as happy and cared for as ever. Price is very reasonable for the service. We have found our forever pet sitters. If I could give Paws to Play 10 stars-I would! From the first time I spoke with the owner, I knew I had finally found the right people to take care of my fur babies. They took the time to get to know the boys and to learn their daily routine including meds. The girls showed BB and Cruz so much love and attention that I didn’t feel as guilty leaving them. They cared for the pups like they were their own. They even took extra care to make sure they were safe and happy during the week of the fourth regarding all the fireworks. The peace of mind I had knowing they were in such good care was priceless. The best thing was they were happy when we returned. Thank you ladies!! 🐶🐶💕
Cheryle started Paws to Play shortly after we happened to adopt two brother puppies from the same litter. I was BLESSED to have such a stellar situation with Cheryle. Having a new pup was a challenge-with work or travel, we wanted him to have the easiest and most positive experience when we needed some help with care. Cheryle did drop-ins/walks and he ABSOLUTELY LOVES staying with Cheryle when we are out of town (I saw stay, because she treats her charges like family, and to our dog it was not some cold, constantly caged boarding situation, but a nice stay with his bro and aunt. We adopted a puppy mill tortured elder dog who needed a lot of care and understanding - oh, and diapers. Cheryle is a true pro! She gets all the info and handles things as the owner wants/needs, but with real love, patience, kindness, and another important skill required in this type of business - being confident and very prepared, which gives such peace of mind to any owner!
Cheryl was trustworthy, reliable and detailed oriented as our dog's "handler", or "concierge", for our wedding. We wanted our dog to be a part of our portraits and wedding reception introduction, but knew we would need a "handler" to focus attention on our dog as we all enjoyed wedding festivities. Cheryl did more to help us than we could have expected or anticipated. She took her role as his "handler" serious and I appreciated that so much. We gave her many small details to follow including: a doggie-timeline, a tux for our dog, and instructions for arrival and departure as our venue was not pet-friendly. The days leading up to our wedding, she was in constant communication to confirm our last minute wedding details. On our wedding day, she arrived early and had dressed and groomed our our dog perfectly! He looked so adorable! We were so happy to have him there and it could not have happened without Cheryl! She kept him occupied while we took portraits until it was his turn to take photos. She took care of everything pertaining to our dog. We could focus on wedding events, yet still have him be a part of our biggest day. It was so special to have our doggie, and Cheryl, be a part of our wedding! We are so appreciative to Cheryl! She is very best!!!
Paws To Play is a wonderful pet sitting service. I have 3 small kittens and was out of the country for 11 days. Paws To Play made 2 visits per day, I received arrival notifications, plus a report on the kittens with pictures each visit. They were reliable and on time. My kittens were well taken care of and shown much love from the sitters. Paws To Play also goes over and above by bringing in mail and packages and putting out garbage. I highly recommend Paws to Pay.

I can’t begin to thank the entire staff of Paws to Play. After trying a few dog walkers through the Rover app and having horrible experiences I finally found the amazing Paws to Play. They were so detailed with the care of my puppy Greddy and was so helpful every step of the way and super communicative. I used them for walks a couple days a week and I couldn’t imagine raising my puppy if I didn’t have them to help while I am busy at work! I highly recommend :)
Cheryle is fantastic! We have used her to watch our dogs for over 10 years. Cheryle and her team are extremely reliable and they care for our pets as if they were her own. First Time Boarding Experience My girl is a rescue and she is has anxiety and trust issues. My friends and family were unavailable to watch her while we were away for a couple of days so I was researching dog boarding facilities with great reviews and experience handling a variety of dogs. Of course I was nervous myself about my girl being stressed or scared. I dropped her off and we did a quick good bye. They sent me pictures the next day and she looked happy and relaxed. When I picked her up I was happy to hear she was socializing with other dogs, ate ALL of her food and showed no signs of stress. They did a GREAT job and you can tell they pick up on dogs behavior right away and do whatever they can to make your dog comfortable. When I took her home she was happy and playing (when she’s stressed she hides away). If I ever need to board her again I will definitely be using Bruno Happy Dogs 🐶💕
Bruno Happy Dogs is the *only* place I trust to leave my dog. For over 2 years, I have been leaving my wheaten there for boarding anytime I am out of town. They take the BEST care of her, they always post photo updates, they are always responsive if you text them, and they do an excellent job with grooming. The team at Bruno's is incredible - I am so thankful I found them!!

Absolutely the best in the game. I live in south miami and despite the distance I always bring my dogs to Bruno Happy Dogs for grooming and this is the only place where my dogs are happy to be when I travel. I also bought puppies from them and they are absolutely beautiful and healthy. The whole staff is knowledgeable, welcoming and extremely friendly and professional 10 stars to Bruno Happy Dogs!
I started using their services for training sessions and grooming and have been very happy. I had to keep my dog there for a long weekend and I was so happy with this service as well! I received multiple updates through pictures and messages on how he was doing. He seemed to enjoy it so much too!

Mariana and her dad are so sweet . Her whole family. She always listens to what you tell her . And she takes care of them like if they were hers. She will always send me pictures . And has so much patience with them. The neighborhood she lives in is great. And what I love about them that they only take a dog at a time. Which means they give the whole attention to them. Mariana and her Dad are the best! They’ve watched over my dog Bolo a handful of time and I can tell how sweet they are with him because he is typically very standoffish with other people but not with them. They communicate with you throughout and what I like the most is that they only take one dog at a time. I would recommend them with eyes closed!

We did use this company before, and the service they provided at the time wasn’t bad but definitely far from great. I didn’t complain then because I’m a firm believer that a second chance must be given. I profoundly regretted doing so. The visiting hours were arranged and were not followed, the cleaning was horrendous until the point that I drove all the way from Orlando to Weston and back the same day (because I was working and I excused myself to my boss) to personally do the cleaning. I left the house in pristine conditions hoping that she will notice the way I cleaned and doing the same way as I did. It didn’t work. When my wife and daughter came back they found the same disaster. Oswaldo the owner DID NOT FOLLOW UP or supervised his worker. We have cameras installed and we recorded every visit and everything I’m writing here can be verified for the cameras. Don’t waste your hard earned dollars here.

Oswaldo and the dog walkers are great. One of my dogs, Leon, is weary of people but he is so comfortable every time he goes for his walk. I feel relieved having this service come to my home where both my dogs can be in familiar surroundings and stick to their routine. They also bring the trash and mail in which is appreciated. Communication with Oswaldo is always prompt and if an issue arises or I need to add or cancel a walk it is done with ease. Cannot recommend this business enough!

Oswaldo and his group are lifesavers. They are very professional and have always been available to look after our two dogs on a moments notice. We are much happier keeping our furry family at home where they are comfortable versus cooped up in a small kennel. It also saves the extra hassle of dropping them off and picking the up before a trip. His service is one of the reasons we haven't moved out of Weston!
Sol has been incredible at taking care of our dog, Zoe. She is extremely accommodating and allows us to drop her off and pick her up at the times that best fit our schedule. Sol is super sweet and treats Zoe like it's her own dog. The best part is that our dog gets to socialize with other dogs while enjoying the comfort of home. Sol also has a fenced-in-yard, which is a huge perk when you live in an apartment and don't have a yard of your own. She is very diligent on keeping us up-to-date on how Zoe is doing and sends photos to see how much fun she is having. I highly recommend Sol, it is very comforting knowing that your dog is in great hands while you are away.
My dog stayed here for daycare and loved it! Sol is very easy to work with and sends many pictures which is very comforting when you're away from your pup for 10 hours. She is a great communicator and is very flexible with days and times which works great with my hectic, unpredictable schedule. It's a nice, large house in Coral Gables with a huge yard filled with plants. The house is very clean and filled with dog toys. My dog was excited to come stay and was in a great mood when I picked him up. He went straight to sleep when we got home so I could tell he had been out and exploring all day. I highly recommend this puppy daycare, definitely worth the money!

We left our 4 month old puppy with Sol for a day whilst we were on vacation in Miami. It was the first time we had ever left him so we were a bit nervous at first but as soon as we met Sol she made us feel at ease. You could tell she really cared about the dogs and she welcomed our dog into her home. Sol sent us lots of pictures of our dog playing outside with the other dogs which was great to see. We wish we had someone like Sol where we live. If we are ever back in Miami and need a dog day care sitter we would definitely use Sol, she was great and Ned loved his time with her, he was exhausted for the rest of the day after having so much fun. Highly recommended!! I needed someone to watch my dog, Kali, at the last minute over Thanksgiving and thankfully I found Sol online. She was great!! I went to her house to meet her a few days before I had to go out of town and left feeling very comfortable. Her home is beautiful and very pet friendly. Kali had a blast with her and her husband, and the other dogs while I was away. Sol sent me lots of pictures and took great care of Kali. She even gave her a bath before I picked her up! I will definitely use her services again!

Sol and her husband are wonderful! Our dog felt welcome from the first minute he walked it. They are warm, caring and very responsible. The house is super clean. They have a big backyard where the dogs interact with nature and with each other. After vising diferent dog care places in the area and feeling so disappointed with what we saw, we are so grateful we found Sol. We are traveling for the Holidays and we can leave without worring about how our little puppy ( 3 months) would be. We know Sol takes care of him and all other dogs, as her own!

She is super nice and very professional. She communicates very well with you and even sends you photos of your pet having fun doing different activities. The location is very warm and inviting with a large back yard with plenty of room for running and playing. Sol even pampered “Baby” with a bath and grooming before Pickup day. When I picked my doggie up she seemed so cheerful 🐶 I couldn’t have been more happy with how she cared for my “Baby”. She is our official babysitter now!
We found The Pet Ranch while trying to find a place near our home. We contacted Sol And we loved her personality. The property is super clean with a designated room for the dogs and the house has a beautiful backyard where the dogs play a lot and freely. We have used The Pet Ranch for boarding and daycare and our dog LOVES going there and playing with friends. We highly recommend Sol and Coco will definitely be back many times.
I couldn’t have been more pleased with the care Sol from the Pet Ranch provided. I was looking for a place to leave my English retriever while I was away but I did not want to leave her in a facility where they caged them. Sol reassured me that was not the case and she eased my mind by sending me pictures and updates of Ellie every day. My dog had a blast which made me very happy. I definitely recommend her services to anyone looking to leave their pets. They’re definitely in good hands. I’m so glad I found her!!!
I left my dog active and happy and he returned with severe wait loss as well as bad allergies and has commonly been throwing up. I apologize for leaving this review however it is true.
We have used your services on several occasions, I would say between 3 and 4, we have never had any problems and we have complied with all the requirements, and the services provided established by your entity were paid for, such as the mandatory bathing of the dog if she spent more than 1 day in your establishments. The unpleasant situation on May 20th was simply an argument with several people from the staff who answered our phone calls at 8 am on that day May 20th to let them know that we would pick up our dog that day at 1 pm (5 hours in advance and we had been told the day we dropped her off that we should call 3 hours before the pick-up time) and if at any time we were forceful, it is because they wanted to impose on us that the dog would not be bathed, because they already had many dog pick-ups planned for that day, and they did not have any manager at that time available to speak with us when we requested. I remember that I told the employee who answered my first call that if they didn't have enough employees to enforce their own rules (bathroom is mandatory after 1 day in the establishment), and if they had that huge amount of pick-ups that day, they should hire more staff, but at no time was the employee on the phone disrespected or personally offended so that when we called to make a new reservation we were told that we were unwelcome people because one employee ended up crying on May 20, 2024. Excuse me, but I'm not going to DM this situation to try to hide it from the public, we feel very offended by the action taken to cancel our account without having a manager or owner call us after the incident. Very poor professionalism in handling an unpleasant situation for both the customer and the staff.
Today was the second time I have brought my golden retriever here to get groomed. The first time he looked super handsome and I loved it, they even put a tie on him. Today, however, was the opposite. I wanted them to make it look cleaner (he had some curly hair flying around), I told them I wanted his hair to stay long, just a little more organized. Well, that didn’t happen. No long hair on the legs, nor on the chest, only on the tail. And you can see in the picture that it was not done properly. Also, we got there at 9am and they called me to pick him up at 2:30pm, last time it took them 2 hours tops. I am very disappointed because not only they cut too much hair but they did not do it right. UPDATE: I got a call from Pet Paradise, they apologized, explained what happened, and gave me options to make this better, which I appreciate. I will give it one more try in the future just because I understand that things can go wrong sometimes and because they did not hurt my dog at all.
It's a nice clean environment and caring staff but as I watched live I saw very little activity with the dogs. They were just let out and wander about. No playing like ball throwing etc. And I think my dog was in the kennel at least half the time which I didn't understand as there's plenty of space to let small in one section, med in one and large in 3rd section but they do the in stages and each size is let out one at a time so my dog sat in a cold gray kennel most the time. I don't get it but...I do not plan on any future play days. Oh, it's 40 bucks to let ur dog sit in a kennel.
Lack of communication I made plans to board my dog and the took my reservations never told me his vaccine was due I usually get a notification from them nothing at time appointment was made they could have said hey before you come he needs xyz I would have done asap BUT the day of dropping him off that’s when they tell me we can’t take him and I have a flight to catch so needless to say that messed up my day and I even offered to pay EXTRA to keep him separate from other dogs they didn’t even want to work with me so they lost a customer I definitely won’t be back !!!!

I spoke to two employees who verified the was a promo for new guests for Free Night Boarding. After lengthy wait, I was transferred to LINDA. She sounded angry and irritated she had to deal with a potential new human customer. I was considering boarding my two dogs because Pet Paradise offered a free night. Linda angrily interrupted me stating”there is no free nights boarding unless I had paid three hundred ninety five dollars” . For what she didn’t specify. She also stated there was “ a mandatory grooming “ for my two dogs. $75.00 for one dog and $60.00 for a second. What’s up Pet Paradise? Your website indicates there is a free nights boarding for new customers. All dogs that stay at a boarding facility are bathed at no extra charge. Pet Paradise, get LINDA some customer service skills. She is horrid . I am afraid to leave my dogs there.
If your pup is too young to be neutered, don't bring them here. At 7 months old (my GSP) They don't get to play with other dogs which is not a deal breaker, but they only get 15 min outside twice per day. Plus bathroom breaks which the staff told me will total around 1 hour per day outside of their one room. Whereas the mixed dogs go outside and play for 45 min at a time. That's just ridiculous, especially since you pay more for them to stay separately! But you can purchase additional time outside lol! I do understand logistics but you have to do better for my pup for me to leave him here that's such a sad thought that for 23 hours he's just by himself in a room like he did something wrong. GOH! After reading more reviews I am more than relieved I did not leave him here and chose to leave.

We decided to leave our 8-month-old Golden Retriever in Per Paradise because he supposedly has the best care of all! Supposedly it has good reviews and supposedly they have an appropriate place for our puppy that I eat from our family. Supposedly we paid for a super expensive service because we wanted them to take him out to play and relieve themselves on time. He stayed there 2 nights, however, when we arrived to pick up our puppy at about 4 pm but he started to urinate a little and we thought it was emotion, but the surprise was that he urinated for 1 minute or more there at the reception, we know our dog perfectly because he is trained to urinate outside and always warns to urinate, we asked the receptionist and she told us that a few minutes ago they had taken him to urinate but it is not like that! They lied to us, they hadn’t taken him out of his private room for more than 7 hours and our dog waited until he managed to get out of there. They didn’t answer anything, you can tell that they didn’t play with him all day and we paid for this service. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE IN OUR LIVES, THEY ARE LIARS! NOTHING TO TRUST. I don’t recommend them.
