We have just returned from taking care of Freddy, and Christine and Tony's lovely home in Wooler. You couldn't wish to meet a nicer couple, Freddy is a great dog, and very entertaining, taking care of him is a pleasure. He just loves people and to be with you.... Their home is lovely and comfortable and located in a great spot, with amazing views where you can just sit, with Freddy and soak up the fabulous landscape. We would highly recommend sitting for Christine and Tony, and of course Freddy.
We absolutely loved our stay at Jodi’s gorgeous, waterfront home! We took care of Gizmo, June and Bug for 8 days - some of which we shared custody (lol) of Gizmo with Jodi’s partner, leaving us with just kitties June & Bug. We are totally in love with all 3 fur babies, and missed Gizmo when he was with his dad! All 3 were really snuggly & slept in the bed/bedroom with us. The cats got even snugglier after Gizmo left and were often found sleeping next to us 🥰. Gizmo is hilarious, his little expressions always making us chuckle, and we were always cooing over how tiny he can curl up, such a sweetie. June and Bug were also hilarious, June a little crazy bean springing around the apartment, and Bug lounging in funny positions in the hallway. All three were an absolute delight to look after. Communication with Jodi was clear and friendly, she welcomed us and showed us around the apartment when we got there, and gave us some great insider tips on where to visit & which places are dog friendly. Jodi’s instructions/welcome guide was very detailed & clear and we were able to refer back to it any time we needed to. She let us use the parking space in the parking garage & hopped in the car to show us how to get there. Jodi’s partner, Tony, was also lovely & easy to communicate with. The apartment is gorgeous, beautifully decorated, cosy & a balcony over the water that gets the morning sun. We’d return to this sit in a heartbeat and really recommend it to anyone!
