Tracy & Thien

Thien and Tracy did a fantastic job for us. Thien came earlier, Tracy toward the end, as had been agreed to. Thien took great care of house, yard and dog, Molly, during the 14 days we were gone. When we staggered in late after about 18 hours of travel, the house was in wonderful order -- probably better than we left it -- and Thien had made a delicious soup for us (which we had for breakfast as we went immediately to bed). Molly has been a bit sad since they left, so we are sure they both did a great job with her. Anyone looking for a house or pet sitter, or combination, can't go wrong with Thien and Tracy!

Shelby & Martin

We could not have been more happy with our experience having Shelby and her significant other, Marty stay in our home for 2 1/2 weeks. They took excellent care of our beloved labradoodle, Wilt and our home was in impeccable shape upon our return. Shelby sent me photos of Wilt throughout our vacation and responded to my calls and text messages in a timely fashion. It was a wonderful experience all the way around!

Nessia is the sweetest and patient sitter you can wish for. She arrived a day early so we could show her the routine with the 10 cats we have. It was a very stressful day because our oldest cat Lewis' health went bad all of a sudden and on that day we had put Lewis to sleep. Nessia stayed calm and eventhow we were sad we decided to take our vacation. We felt she would do a good job with the pets. Thank you Nessia for taking care of our pets, house and garden. Natalie is a fantastic sitter and human! Our pets loved spending time with her and she seemed to truly delight in their personalities. She sent awesome pictures and gave regular updates. It was wonderful to meet her and we felt great knowing such a lovely person was with our pets.

Christine and Mark could not have been more charming or more trustworthy and capable of looking after our cat and our rather complicated home. They were unfortunate enough to be at our home during substantial building works and never made a fuss about this. Everything was immaculate when we returned apart from a leaking shower which was not in any way their fault and which they dealt with very effectively when the need arose. I strongly recommend Christine and Mark as zeewoi.

Rebecca is very sweet and incredibly considerate. We had a nice long zoom call before confirming the sit and she was easy to talk to. At the time I had two kitties and one was very ill. Rebecca asked thoughtful questions and had so much experience that my stress and anxiety were alleviated; I was grateful to have found her and felt completely comfortable entrusting my kitties and little piece of paradise to her. Unfortunately my Fizzy Fitzy's health deteriorated and he didn't make it. I let Rebecca know before the sit that it would be only one kitty and that he would be adjusting to the loss of his "brother" and companion and might need more care and attention. She was so kind and again, I felt like the universe had sent me the right person. Rebecca and I got a chance to meet as we overlapped by an hour or two on day one; I was so glad to be able to see her in person and give her a hug before I left. I returned after about 10 days to a calm kitty (which was amazing given that he'd just lost his lifelong companion) and an immaculate apartment. Rebecca even washed the sheets and made the bed which was so beyond helpful and appreciated after a tiring trip. Rebecca sent me a long message on the last day letting me know what had been done and showing a walk-through of the home (she's very thorough, which I love), so I knew what I was coming home to down to the fruit in the fridge. Seriously, the place was immaculate! I know you're journeying on Rebecca but I would love to have you sit anytime. Thank you!

Where do I start...communicating with Fran was easy from our first messages.

Once we'd agreed the dates I was already looking forward to meeting Tilly & Dolly(if only briefly this time, Dolly). Fran was warm and welcoming and showed me a warm welcome to her lovely home. Instructions were clear and made me feel comfortable in her lovely home.

Tilly couldn't have been a better host for my first sit, so well behaved considering her mummies weren't there, I'm certain you're very proud of her, Fran!

Can't recommend this pet/house sit highly enough, and looking forward to coming back , if nothing else, to see how Tilly & Dolly get on together...til next time, thank you once again Fran, you have a lovely home, and lovely Tilly, see you soon.

Kathy's place was fabulous to look after. We had a very relaxing time over there taking care of the cats and the parrot. Feeding time for the cats was a bit of a game, trying to keep the kitten out of the older cats' bowls! Giving the injection mornings and evenings to the older cat was a little stressful for me, but for no reason, as each time, it was really easy to do. We enjoyed getting to know Percy the parrot, he was so loveable. Communications with Kathy was really easy and it was a pleasure to spend a few hours with her and Dave at the beginning and the end of our stay.

The house was beautiful and we really would happily do it again. 
The real stars though were Jasper, Pepper and Herb!
Wonderful company in the evenings, as they would cuddle up with us and happily fall asleep. Herb was a sweetie too.

We loved our stay at Dhruv's. Dhruv is very kind, caring, and helpful, he made us feel comfortable and made sure, that his cat Lucy is in good hands. Lucy is a great cat and we have taken her to our heart. She really enjoyed her morning brushes and playing in the afternoon. Dhruv's apartment is very nice and clean with a beautiful view and it is located in the best part of Oakland: Jack London Square.
