I really enjoyed my stay with Toby. I’ll miss him dearly and hope to sit him again in the future. He is very friendly and easy going. I enjoyed our walks at the park near the house. Leven was always available to answer my questions even left some snacks for me at home before leaving which was very nice of him. His house is conveniently located near Haarlem station and it’s a 20min trip to go the Amsterdam from there. I’d definitely recommend this sit 😊

We looked after Rufus for a few days whilst Lizzie and her family went to a festival and had such a lovely time! Rufus is adorable - a gentle, quiet soul. We loved walking him around the beautiful area. Crich is a wonderful, friendly village with everything you would need for a sit. There are great places to visit locally and lots of lovely walks & village shops. Lizzie was on hand for whatever we needed. We would stay with Rufus again in an instant! I spent 5 nights at Kelly and Mims’s house in Haarlem caring for Mango and Pee-wee. Everything went smoothly and I really enjoyed my visit! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, only about a 10-minute-walk from the train station. The nearest grocery store is not too far either. The house is a cosy typical Dutch home with lots of living space and very steep stairs. There is also a beautiful back yard. Kelly and Mims have a very detailed welcome guide that explains everything about the house, and they also sent me videos on how to feed the cats etc. We had a video call prior to the trip as well, which was really useful. Kelly and Mims were also quick to respond to any questions during the visit. Mango and Pee-wee are really sweet kittens! Both came to welcome me immediately when I arrived, and they slept in my bed most of the nights. Since the kittens are still young, they are very active and especially Pee-wee likes to cuddle and keep you company. Most of the time the cats follow you around the house and like to be near you. The cats are extremely interested in all types of food, so you need to watch your food. The cats surely love their food - my own cats are really picky, so it was fun to watch Mango and Pee-wee eagerly gulping down their meals! If you let the cats in the kitchen while preparing their meals, you can expect some company on the kitchen counter, along with some loud meowing 😸 All in all a great visit, everything was as described and would love to look after Mango and Pee-wee again!
Sitting for Luke and Mel is a blast. Don’t let 4 big dogs intimidate you- they are super chill and easy going! Mel and Luke’s house is in such a beautiful neighborhood and is such a great way to get a feel for some of the best of Vancouver. If we needed anything they were super quick to respond, and made sure we were WELL taken care of. Would sit again in a heart beat, you’ll have so much fun with the four amigos! Thanks for letting us stay Mel and Luke.
