Kathy
I have been sitting for Kathy for a year. I was in the area to be closer to my 98 year old mother (who recently died).

I’ve done 16 sits across the U.S. so far and this has been the best one! I would continue to sit here regularly if it weren’t for a good friend in San Francisco that was just diagnosed with brain cancer and needs my help.

Kathy is very flexible, friendly, kind and has become a good friend. And don’t get me started about her pets! Maisy is an absolute doll and I get compliments about her from perfect strangers. She is the sweetest! I take her to a local coffee shop nearby on South St (OCF) and they all love her. She is easy and sweet. Darth Mikey, the cat, is a real character. He knows what he wants but is also sweet and cuddly. He has very soft fur.

The townhouse is in a great location near South St (many restaurants and bars) and not far from Rittenhouse Square. Parking is free and no limit on Washington Ave (I’ve gotten a ton of tickets in other parts of Philly). It’s comfy and stylish.

Can’t get a better host, pets or location!
