Me and my family had a pleasure of looking after Poppy. She is delightful to look after and very easy going. She warmed up to us quickly. Poppy loves human company and liked to follow us around the house and slept in our bed at night. House is specious with everything you need for your stay. Garden is large with plenty of space for games and family fun. Communication with Myriam was smooth and clear. Everything was well explained. Place is easy accessible by car in a quiet neighbourhood. We would definitely recommend this house sit:)
Hippo is the cutest dog ever - it is impossible not to fell in love with her. She is very quiet and sleepy at home, she will be your shade and follow you everywhere and she gets very excited on walks and when she is let outside in the garden. She loves to cuddle on the sofa and she is the best alarm clock you could ask for in the mornings! Communication with Bronagh and Ally has always been very easy, they provided video tutorials of how to take care of the house (which requires little attention apart from watering plans and taking the trash out once a week) and they sent a super cute and funny guide with all the infos you need to know about Hippo. The house is in a quiet residential street, 15 minutes walking from Woolwich arsenal station and Plumstead station and close to many green areas. I highly recommend this sit to doggy lovers who want to explore East London!
I had the pleasure of house sitting for Shanthi in her beautiful garden apartment in Potrero Hill which offers stunning street views of the Bay and downtown San Francisco. I met Shanthi before the house sit and she provided me a comprehensive two-page guide and a thorough walkthrough. Her quick responses to my questions during the stay were immensely helpful. Shanthi's pets made the experience even more delightful. Spot is an affable cat who enjoys outdoor nature daytime and cuddling on my bed nighttime. Rocky and June, the six-month-old canine duo, were a joy to be around. Fully vaccinated and neutered, these well-trained pups enjoyed walks, off-leash play, and a simple feeding routine of 1/2 cup three times a day. They were crated during the day when I was out, and their potty training made caring for them a breeze. With nearby parks and a beach, they had ample space to run and play. They are still sensitive to sounds and strangers but quick learners to follow my orders not barking at children or jumping on people. Dante, the rescue guinea pig, added another layer of joy to the experience. His love for greens was evident in his morning routine, which included a small handful of veggies, Timothy hay, and a quarter cup of pellets. Monitoring his water bottle level and handling him if comfortable were simple tasks that added to the overall satisfaction of caring for Shanthi's pets. In summary, Shanthi's warm hospitality, detailed instructions, and delightful pets made this house-sitting experience truly memorable. I highly recommend it to fellow pet lovers.

We LOVE Country Comfort Inn. We have been sending our dogs there for 7 years and have nothing but amazing experiences. They truly care about the dogs and take such good care of the animals. Their pricing is one of the lowest anround and includes everything. Unlike some places that charge extra for play time or walks. We have a very sick dog that requires a lot of medications and extra love. Normally I would be afraid to leave her in the care of others but Jill and her staff are amazing and make it so easy to enjoy our time away. We know our dogs are being cared for properly and the dogs always seem to be having a great time in the pictures they post. They are also very responsive to emails when something comes up and they don’t mind if you check in on your pet while you are away. Lastly, we highly recommend their grooming services! Chrissy is amazing and cuts both our dogs hair when they are boarding. I really could go on forever about how much we love CCI and we always recommend them to our friends and family.

I was unable to type a review earlier, but I am now able from my computer. The owner was very professional. Unfortunately there is no marked parking outside so I parked away from the front door because normally the front of a building is saved for people who are handicapped or picking their dogs up. I was only there for a tour. I have been in customer service for over 25 years and the staff member that told me I was parked in employee parking was extremely rude. She could have easily just parked somewhere else until I was finished with the tour. That is called good customer service. Unfortunately, she was so rude that I didn't get the best first impression. However, the owner was very professional and did offer for me to come back. In no way does this reflect how well they take care of the animals at this facility. The low rating is strictly because of the rude staff member. I rarely ever leave a review that isn't at least a 4 star, but this was very concerning. Not spiteful in any way, just hoping to help others to be aware of the parking, so they don't encounter the same issue.
I bring my pup Boone in whenever I have to go out of town for work. He is ALWAYS properly taken care of in every way with plenty of play time, potty breaks and interaction. The staff is extremely kind/courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. They have always been willing to work with me in times of need and the pricing is more than fair for the supreme care they give. Boone absolutely loves coming here for a little vacation and I never have to worry about him while I am gone because I know he is in the best care he can get!
Our "little" angels were very happy with their Christmas week stay. The price was reasonable and the staff genuinely care about the pets and aren't just in it for the money. They were also very accommodating with our crazy schedule. We will definitely be back!
I was very nervous and skeptical when needing to use a kennel or boarding my dog anywhere and we had no choice for our trip this time so I took a chance on Country Comfort Inn due to my brother recommending them and loved when he boarded his dog there. From beginning to end they were great! They had me come for a tour so I knew where he would be sleeping, playing, etc. and gave me a packing check list to bring for the week, he played with other dogs and had a great time! They gave him attention and didn’t leave him to sit in a cage alone every day, I LOVED that they take them for walks and give them free space to run and play together and even have the doggy door in their closed rooms so he could go in and out as he pleased which he loves to do so that was comforting to me that he wasn’t trapped every time he was in the room. They packed and cleaned all his stuff and placed it nicely in the bag for me when he left and he came out happy and normal and not frantic or scared so I could tell he had a nice time there! I will definitely be using them again if needed and thank you to all the staff for taking good care of Simba like he was their own while we were away! Great people and great place and also the prices are unbeatable compared to many other places i checked for sure! Thank you!
We are so happy to have found this place for day care and boarding of our two dogs and they have a grooming option for them now as well. Don't let the rustic look fool you, this place is great and they take very good care of all the boarded animals. Playtime and attention to your pets needs are understood to be part of animals daily care and not extras that you have to book like at other boarding places. And quite honestly does your pet need a glass cage and a TV or is it more important that the staff cares for them and treats them like they are their own
I have been using Country Comfort Inn for over 10 years. My first dog Pepper, loved going there when I was traveling. He always got excited every time we pulled in the parking lot. After I lost Pepper to cancer, they welcomed my 8 year old rescue who had little experience with people she could trust. She’s much more of a loner and they did everything to make her feel comfortable. She now enjoys her time there while I’m traveling. Also, I enjoy seeing pictures of her. I can’t think of a better place to trust your furbaby to when you can’t.

I brought my pup here when I was in town and visiting and couldn’t be any happier with their service. I have boarded my dog on many occasions and never have I seen her so happy after being boarded. She is usually very nervous and has been known not to eat when she has stayed at other facilities, but not at Country Comfort Inn.
Heather has been grooming out Dachshund for many years. She is the best. He looks so handsome when he is done. On a couple occasions she has noticed an issue and we were able to get Vet care for the dog before it became serious.
Receptionist and groomers were so sweet. I got the full cat grooming for both of my cats and it was totally worth it. Will definitely be coming back again to get them done. Best place to take your cats in town !
I rescued a cat and she was confined to a kennel after her surrender. She is a long haired domestic orange tabby with a lot of anxiety. The groomer was awesome with her and cleaned her up perfectly. Love this place and thankful I have a place that will groom 🐈s. ❤️😺 …

This was my dogs first time there: I dropped him off and was told I’d get a call when he was ready. Upon getting the call, I arrived within 10-15 min to pick him up. The problem is, he wasn’t ready. They brought him out about 20 min later. Why was I called so soon? This is a busy area with a vet attached; I do not want to wait in the way of many other dogs coming and going. Reading their policy, if I have to cancel last moment or am running behind, I’ll be charged a late fee. Of the 3 other groomers I went to in the past, this never happened. It’s a turn off when places don’t manage time well or charge easily if YOU have something come up. I also didn’t like the way the groomer did my dogs tail. It was too severe in how she cut it and shaped it.
Bethany is an amazing groomer. She works with and understands my fearful dog and accommodates us to make sure he is comfortable getting his nails trimmed.
My furbaby followed her groomer, Morgan, from previous locations, and that says a lot. The office staff is always very pleasant and Morgan is wonderful!
They did a beautiful job on my Maltese!
