Carla was an AMAZING house/pet sitter, and we would welcome her back to our house any time. Our dog Chloe loved her, and she sent us daily updates with photos. She was also very aware of any changes in Chloe and let us know if her eating or bathroom habits changed, which was very appreciated since Chloe is older. Carla's boyfriend joined her for a few days, and Chloe loved him as well. Carla was super clean and tidy, was easily able to give Chloe her medications, and was super responsive to us when we texted. She was also very kind and non-judgemental about giving me regular updates. I'm a worrier, but would always feel comfortable with Carla watching Chloe!
We had some trouble with timing and planning, as Kelly was supposed to arrive the night before and then needed to cancel because of an unforeseen event. She then was supposed to catch an early ferry but did t get on it because it was booked. This was not her fault, but it resulted in us not being able to meet her before leaving our dogs and house in her care. When we returned home the next night after she already left, the bathroom had stains from her hair coloring, and some of her clothes were still at our house. I would have liked a better experience with this. Having said this, Kelly seemed like a very nice person when we talked over the phone.
Your pets are in for a treat if they are lucky enough to have Ceara care for them! Having her and her family sit was a pleasure; I recommend Ceara whole heartedly, and I would be happy for her to sit for us again! Ceara communicated clearly and let me know all was well with our furry family and our home. On return, all of my animals were stress free, making it clear they had been well cared for and loved on, and my home was left tidy. Ceara and her family went above and beyond, mowing the lawn, watering the plants, and making sure the bedding and towels were laundered before our return. Ceara and her family are communicative, considerate, and ready to give your pets and home all the love and care they deserve. I could not have asked for a better experience; many thanks, Ceara!
If your lucky enough to be selected to sit for Nicky’s two lovely dogs, your in for treat. They are as chilled as you could hope, so much fun to be with. The home is in a beautiful place with lots to enjoy close by, especially the golf course which is two minutes away. As for the family they were all just perfect to support, so welcoming and friendly from the start. If your looking for somewhere in the northeast I would recommend this sit as a 10 out 10. Perfect!
