Louise was really easy to work with and was happy to catch up a couple of times before the sit so she understood all our pets’ needs. She left our home super clean, the plants were looking great (despite multiple days over 35 C!) and most importantly the pets were happy and healthy. Louise was nice to chat to and was happy to send photos and messages during her stay.
Carine and I had kept in contact for 4 months prior to her coming to our home. It gave us an opportunity to get to know each other better and to answer several questions about our feathered and furry family! Initially, Carine was coming for the house sit on her own, but eventually decided to be accompanied by her husband, Viincent. Carine was very conscientious when it came to looking after our 3 hens and 2 Indian runners, changing their water bowls each morning and topping up their feeders. In addition, changing the water in the birdbaths and refilling the bird feeders too. Our Siamese cat was well looked after. She's an elderly lady now and doesn't like change in the household, but appreciated the attention from both Carine and Vincent. Carine kept us informed on a regular basis, to keep our minds at rest. On our return after a 7-hour drive, Vincent had very kindly prepared a delightful soup and dessert to welcome us home. It was very much appreciated and rounded up the end of our holiday perfectly.
