OMG!!! The most amazing service ever!!! Where do I start? Well, first of all, this was our first go at using this service. We love to travel and have found it hard to find the best care for Brooklyn while we were away. Then we were introduced to zeewoi. GAMECHANGER!! After posting our request, we got some really good candidates but couldn’t help but to go with a stellar referenced Kuldip. Brooklyn and I met Kuldip a few weeks before the sit and I immediately knew that this was going to be a good thing and I was right.!! My expectations for this service was literally blown out of the water. So much better that I could have ever imagined. Just the fact that Brooklyn was able to stay in his own home, his own bed and his own backyard and to go on his normal walks was amazing. Long story short, when we returned home, we returned to a very happy boy! We were so lucky to have Kuldip for our initial sitter. Wow. How amazing. She definitely lived up to her reviews. She was very responsible, confident and knowledgeable. Brooklyn needed some ear drops and ointment applied daily and she had no problems with Brooklyn at all. Kuldip even assisted us with creating our welcome guide. We returned to a wonderfully smelling home and an amazing Indian dinner that Kuldip had prepared for us. As a parting gift Kuldip left a beautiful hand made candle jar that she actually made herself. Would I use this service again? YES! Would I recommend this service? YES! Would I recommend Kuldip? YES! All in all, this has been an amazing experience!
I had a great time with Skye she was an absolute pleasure to spend the week with and we ticked off a lot of the beautiful walking tracks in the area. She is a credit to the family and the training they have obviously put in with her. Skye is still a pup and has lots of energy but when the lead is on I was amazed at how easy she was to walk and enjoys being around people and other dogs. Hannah was very warm and welcoming and the property is very comfortable, easy to keep clean and in a brilliant location a few hundred meters from the beach. Thanks again, she really has a beautiful playful naturre and provided lots of laughs 🙂
Gracie, Spike and Shannon - they are all sweet, but together they made for a super sweet housesit. The house is single story (yay!), compact and comfortable. I loved the easy access to the front door and back yard and surrounding forest. It has an open kitchen with a very big island for prepping food, eating, working, etc. These dogs. They make me smile as I write. They are both “senior” dogs so not hyperactive but do not think that they are idle all day! They both love walks. At Shannon’s suggestion, I took them often to Whitnall Park, which is less than a ten minute drive away. It is a very big park with many options for walks. I also took them to the small off-leash dog park at Minooka. It is a great park with fenced small and large dog areas. We only went a few times as the weather was still quite wintery, but met friendly dogs and people every visit. Shannon told me in advance that Spike has separation anxiety and that Gracie barks when she wants up or down; info that gave me pause. But neither was an issue at all. Spike is super sweet and does really want to be beside you all day, but he was fine when I went out for a few hours on my own. Gracie girl - such a diva! But an adorable one. She’s older and hefty but still small! She has short legs so needs help up and down from a sofa or bed or needs to go out to relieve herself. But it’s no big deal; she gives one bark to let you know she needs assistance. Otherwise, she’s very chill. They both slept with me; I loved their warmth and gentle sleep sounds. Both like to snuggle, especially Spike. Shannon is kind and very thoughtful; she left me a chalked welcome sign as well as a pass to the Milwaukee Art Museum as well as a selection of local Wisconsin treats: brats, fresh cheese curds and to-die-for ice cream. Honestly, that ice cream!! Thank you, Shannon! She is also very interesting; I wish we had had more time to just sit and chat but I hope that we can do that soon.
Kathy was an absolute pleasure to sit for. What a lovely lady. She welcomed us with open arms and so did sweet Maggie. We loved her home in Green Valley. It was a pleasure to sit out and have coffee in the mornings surrounded by her flowers and hummingbirds. Maggie was very well trained. She enjoyed her early morning walks and was so easy to look after. We felt welcome to cook and relax and enjoy our stay. She made us an amazing meal the day we arrived and left us some treats. I would highly recommend sitting for her and Maggie and would do it again for sure.
Rosemary and Simon communicated really well before during and after the sit. They picked me up from the station and told me all I needed to know. I visited the local town by bus and walked about saying hello to various locals, all really friendly. The horses are impressive, the dogs hilarious and the cats very glamorous. I had a lovely bedroom with fab views and the kitchen was toasty warm. Great country sit!
I had a fantastic time at Chidinma's home with Amarachi and Kamsi. Her home is ideally located in a lovely part of town and it has everything you need within walking distance. The boys were so cute and fluffy, a little shy at first but by day 2 they were warming to me and sleeping next to me in bed :) Chi was easy to communicate with and left a detailed guide which was very helpful! I hope to sit here again in the future!
I adored Luna and Babbu! They are such adorable dogs. The house is beautiful, the location is great. Sharanya and Jessie are the kindest, coolest people. Anyone would be lucky to sit for them!!
