We had the most amazing time at Diane's charming restored/renovated gite in the Dordogne. The surrounds are idyllic and Florette is just the most beautiful, friendly and lovely dog. We really enjoyed our walks in the nearby forest, taking Florette on outings to cafes and parks (she is so calm and well behaved in the car) and giving her some affection. Diane was a great host and made us feel very welcome.
This was our best house-sitting experience so far. Claire and Andy are incredibly friendly and fascinating people. They invited us for dinner in their fantastic villa before leaving for two weeks the next day. Their home is ideally located on the edge of the Sintra-Cascais National Park, with amazing trails right behind the house perfect for walking with the dogs, Max and Dougie. Despite their size, they love to cuddle, and we absolutely fell in love with them as they were always by our side. We are deeply grateful to Claire and Andy for entrusting us with their home and their animals during Christmas 2023 - a time we will always cherish. They even took the time to set up Christmas decorations for us. Combined with the open fireplace, we truly felt at home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We wouldn't hesitate for a second if Claire and Andy were to ask us again to take care of their wonderful place and their adorable dogs Dougie and Max, whom we already miss.
Rusty, Smudgie and Coco were a joy to sit for! Rachel and her partner were very accommodating and provided us with all the necessary information well ahead of time, including helping us to and from the nearest train station at the beginning and end of the sit. Would definitely recommend!
Neighborhood was adorable. House was so comfortable. The kitty was so, so fun to play with... loves toys and also loves cuddles in bed. I highly recommend planning on sitting outside in the garden during the day with the cat. It's beautiful. I really enjoyed it and got a lot of work done there. Anne was amazing at making sure I had everything I needed. Would go back in a heartbeat!
We LOVED our 10 nights caring for Fig in Jill and her family’s lovely home! Fig is the sweetest thing, full of life for a lady of such distinguished age! She was very shy at first, but after giving her the space and time to warm up to us on her own terms, we were lucky to enjoy many purr-worthy snuggles throughout our stay. (While we had a chance to meet Sprout — who is very sweet and affectionate! — he already had sleepover plans with his bestie, leaving Fig and patio plants as our only responsibilities this time.) Jill and Dan are exceptionally warm and accommodating hosts who went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Since we were in town early, they invited us to a delicious dinner that we shared with their family outside in their large backyard. Jill was available for questions throughout our stay and is an excellent communicator. We had everything we needed and then some to both enjoy our time in their home as well as perform our duties in caring for their space and for Fig. This is a dream petsit and we offer our wholehearted endorsement and recommendation for anyone lucky enough to be chosen for it. All the stars for this family and for Fig!
The days spent at Desiree's farm far exceeded our expectations, becoming a memorable experience that is difficult to describe in words alone. We were welcomed with open arms by a fantastic woman with a very positive and contagious energy, who welcomed us into her magnificent home and taught us so much, and we had so much more to learn. The entire surroundings are incredible and harmonious, and for us who live in the city but love nature and animals, it was a blessing to have had the opportunity to receive all the energy we feel in this place, which surprised us every day we spent there. All the animals (horses, dogs, geese and chickens) are really beautiful and incredibly well-mannered, and we couldn't help but be amazed at the way they coexist with each other. We have a lot to thank Desiree for the trust and opportunity she gave us, and we hope to be able to return as we already consider her a friend and we already miss her smile and hug, and of course, we miss each of the animals.

We left our baby Cookie with MDN Pet Care for 43 days! This was the second time we were using MDN team’s services and we’re just as happy with the results as we were the first time. Have used Elena for years now looking after our American Staffy Chico. He loves his weekends with her and we're sent plenty of updates and videos. Would 100% recommend. She's fantastic and obviously really cares about the dogs she looks after
We have Elena five times a week, we trust her so much with our family. She has taught our pups so much and they absolutely love her. The amount of barking Olive carries on with when she hears her car is incredible. I couldn't recommend Elena enough. We recently had her host our dogs for a few nights while we were being married and our dogs had such a fantastic time, they barely wanted to leave.

It was very easy to find a sitter with Pawshake. The app is well done and the communication with Charlie, our sitter was also very easy. Our 4 month puppy Paku has fallen in love with Charlie and her dog Opinel. We will use Pawshake again and Charlie is the perfect carer for Paku. We had a very tired and happy boy at home that night.

Thanks Pawshake for the creating a unique service like this. Having recently adopted a puppy, I was hesitant to put him into a dog kennel / hotel. As a child the only option we had was dog kennels, and our family dog was always traumatised when we collected her. Admittedly, things have improved since then, but even recently, I saw one Dog Hotel that offers just 30 mins of play time per day! And you have to pay extra if you want more socialisation. Unbelievable! With Pawshake we connected with a great petsitter (my glowing review of her is on the app) and it meant that our pooch had a holiday while we were away on our holiday! Regularly photos of him made us feel at ease, and when we collected him, he looked happy and well looked after. (And in addition, it was a LOT cheaper than dog hotels / kennels). Thank you!

This was Deneace’s third visit to our home to mind our fur babies Bella and Frankie. The dogs loved her 9 day visit. Deneace included them in her morning coffee visits to a local cafe and the nearby food market. They enjoyed two walks a day and much love and attention. She kept us regularly updated with photos and posts about their fun day.We came back to two happy dogs and a wonderfully clean house and garden. Fabulous. It was my first time using a pet au pair. I have 2 elderly dogs & 3 cats (1is 19). I was delighted that they were pampered & loved. Deneace massage arthritic legs & took 1 dog to the vet when needed. Kept me constantly up to date by emailing & photos. My house was spotless when I returned. I would not hesitate to use Deneace again & would recommend her to anyone. The piece of mind was invaluable. Very happy.
We had Deneace come and mind our cats Coco and Chanelle for the weekend and she was brilliant. Deneace was mindful that Chanelle is very timid, however by the end of the weekend Deneace had been allowed to rub her head, and she got leg rubs back. Coco is super friendly and became best friends with Deneace. I cannot recommend Deneace enough. The house was clean, and the cats settled when we arrived home. The communication and updates from Deneace was amazing. I could enjoy my break, knowing that Coco and Chanelle were getting cared for and loved.

Sensational human! We have used Deneace a handful of times now and there is just no one else I would trust with our babies. I love the updates we get via email, with the pics and notes on their day together. Deneace treats our dogs, Austin & Bella like her own. They get spoilt with love and affection and the two of them just adore her as much as she does them. We also engaged Deneace for her nutrionalist support over a year ago and each time she comes back she ensures she makes any necessary adjustments to their diets to leave us up to date with the best nutritional support for our babies. And on to of all of this we always walk back in to a sparkling home. Deneace had become a special party of our dogs life and ours. Deneace recently looked after our dog for about a week. Our dog is fairly anxious and was remarkably calm on our return. Tania was an amazing with our three cavoodles (even through 3 is a handful at times which just goes to show her caring nature). The bubs are like children and we felt from the first meeting that they would be in great, loving hands. Tania kept us updated with photos of the dogs enjoying their walks and generally. We came home to 3 very happy dogs (who were, after their excitement of greeting us, luckily exhausted from their walk time to settle in and cuddle with a sleep. Tania (My Pet Auntie) looked after our tabby Dexter for us for 3 weeks while we were overseas. Our cat can be a bit of shy and anxious around new people so we were worried about leaving him at home for the first time for so long. Tania was amazing, she kept us updated with texts and pics and went above and beyond to give our boy extra care, play time and company. He was very calm and comfortable when we got home. Tania has been amazing with my two pups. My girl is 12 1/2 and on meds and my boy is 9 1/2 - both are labradors and they love Tania - as do I. Tania made it easier to be away knowing that she had their best interests at heart. She measured out their meals and spent time with them with plenty of cuddles and walks every day. She kept in touch and sent pics of the pups. We were so happy to have her look after the house and our dogs.
We engaged Tania (My Pet Auntie) to look after our 2 dogs, Caesar & Apollo while we were away on holiday for 6 weeks. I cannot express how grateful we are for the high level of personal care that our boys received. She was in regular contact with updates, pictures and videos (including Facetime!) Both our boys always looked happy and relaxed on their daily walks and at home. We felt she put their interest and welfare first, especially having a senior dog that needs a little extra care. Treating them with lots of love and care which is why they love and adore her. On return our house was spotless and she even left a beautiful note with treats for our boys. I cannot recommend her highly enough, she is genuine, honest and caring and we are very grateful for their wonderful care she provided while we were away, it was a huge relief. 5 Star service

Over the past 3 years I have engaged MY Pet Auntie on a regular basis. The services provided range from intensive care of an elderly dog to a new puppy in the midst of training. The preparation of meals as well as full time care during my absence, is accomplished with exceptional efficiency and attention to any needs that arise. Also Auntie provides me with regular cleaning assistance and back yard care for my chooks and veggie patch. All of this is carried out with loving kindness and a genuine commitment to excellent.

I’ve been taking my 1 year old Cavoodle to dogs HQ since he was 5 months old. Reo absolutely loves going there. I am sure it is his favourite place. The staff do an amazing job looking after him. When I pick Reo up he is exhausted from having so much fun! It is clean, the dogs have a blast there. You get to watch your pup on the socials and get many photos! I highly recommend Dogs HQ! I sometime wish they open on weekends too this way I can put Reo there if I need to knowing he will be taken great care of. I can’t thank the staff enough there. 🐶💙
This is a great puppy daycare! Milo has been enjoying every single time he’s been there. He is a mini dachshund and I started taking him ever since he got all his shots. Great for keeping your pup busy and socialice.The staff is lovely and very helpful. You get regular updates through their instagram account . All dogs seem to be having a blast.
We have placed our German Shepherd Bonnie with Marc a number of times now and each time she comes back to us a very happy girl. She is visibly excited when we've dropped her off and the photos we have received during her visits have assured us she is well treated, exercised regularly and generally appears to be having a great time. We were comforted that we did not need to worry about her while we were away.
Henlo humans and doggies friends, my name is Leo and I am a super energetic 4 year old German shepherd. I have had 3 holidays with Marc and have 3 more booked in this year. Marc is excellent and I love Misty too. I have lots of playtimes and adventures during the day and evening cuddles during my stay. I have made so many new friends during my stays. We go to the beach, reserves, off lead parks, and have so much fun exploring. Love the food Marc gives me too... those chimkin drumsticks were amazing! We also do off lead training on my vacation and meet so many cool doggies. I just love my stays and go back home happy, well fed n loved and content at the end of my vacation. Mum n dad get daily updates and lots of photos so they are happy seeing how much fun I am having. They can enjoy their time away knowing that I am enjoying my vacation too. Mum says she is very relieved she found Marc and he is now my forever sitter. Overall, vacations at Marcs’ are just perfect. I give Marc 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟!
Another awesome stay with Marc for our little Buddy !! Buddy is a staffy full of energy so Marc's new activity "adventure walk" was perfect for him !! As usual communication was easy and we got plenty of photos during the weekend. Best petsitter ever thanks again Marc

My 4 yo Labrador has stayed with Mark on a few occasions, she enjoys the regular walks and socialisation with other dogs. Mark takes great care with each dog and is a passionate dog minder.
It was my first time sending my dog to Barkanine and it won’t be the last time. Marc was very professional and you can feel his passion for dogs. Very accomodating as well (very very last minute booking). Marc and Hayden created a whatsapp group to share photos and videos throughout the stay. My dog who is usually very anxious was feeling very safe, comfortable and loved. Plenty of walks. Marc also offer additional services like bath using his own products, they are 100% natural and my dog smells divine and his coat is very shiny. Highly recommended.
Our Staffy Duke had a wonderful 4 night stay with Marc. Marc’s care and commitment is amazing and we absolutely loved receiving daily updates and photos of how Duke was going. Duke does have a little separation anxiety and Marc went above and beyond to cater to his needs, going as far as sleeping on the couch to help Duke feel settled for the first couple of nights. We cannot recommend Marc enough and we will certainly be using his services again in the future. Thanks Marc, you a paw-some!! 🐾
Marc is truly amazing with my woofer Oscar and my puppy Frank. He goes out of his way to make both dogs happy. He also goes out of his way to keep the lines of communications open with text updates and pictures which makes me feel relaxed being away from home. I have booked Marc for both short and long term services and have recommended him to lots of friends. He is now puppy training my 13 week old Pug. Book his services and you will not be disappointed 😊
This review is long overdue! Marc has been looking after our family Labrador for a few years now, on almost a weekly basis. He has been very accommodating to our needs and has helped my wife and I care for our fur-baby, whilst we juggled our work commitments. We look forward to the pictures and videos keeping us updated, as he visits local parks and farmlands to burn off steam. It is great piece of mind knowing our dog is getting exercise, having fun and is with company, instead of being home alone. The variety of daily excursions has been wonderful to see. Marc is very reliable and his service is exceptional as he goes above and beyond. At short notice, Marc was on our doorstep within minutes, as we rushed to the hospital for the arrival of our baby. His care for our family and our dog’s welfare is paramount and he’s been diligent with contactless protocols. My wife and I endorse his business and highly recommend him and his team, to perspective clients looking for care of their most prised possessions. Thanks again Marc! ;)
My dog was there with Chris since he was 18 months old. My dog loves Chris as family. He is very kind to every dog. I’m glad we have Chris to be my doggy daycare. Took a lot of pictures and shared to let us know my dog happy to be with Chris.
Our dog Toby has been going to daycare and sleepovers with Chris for almost 3 years now and he is the best. We have no issues going for trips because we know Chris will look after and love Toby like his own. Highly recommend!

My frenchie has been going to daycare with Chris for two years, and it was the best decision to enrol her! She is always excited to arrive and doesn’t want to leave in the evening! My dog, Fergus has been going to Wanna Go Walkies at least 3 days a week since he was 5 months old. He is now almost 6. Chris treats Fergus like he is his own, and I trust him implicitly with his care. I know that when I am away I don't have to be concerned with Fergus' welfare because he is at his second home with Chris.The attentiveness he shows all of the dogs in his care is so beautiful to watch. Chris is the pack leader and the dogs simply love him as much as he does them. Chris has created a beautiful community with the dogs and their owners, we get daily photographs and videos of what adventures the dogs have been up to. It's the highlight of mine and my work colleagues day, we get to see what Fergus and his friends have been up to each day. I am so grateful to Chris and the way he loves and looks after Fergus.
Met Chris in the park this morning walking my little one Dori and him and his dogs were absolutely lovely. My Maltese can be anxious at times, especially at the park, and the the four of them played with her like they'd been long time friends which is rare for her as she usually just minds her own business. Couldn't imagine a healthier interaction if I tried. It was very obvious how much Chris cares about the dogs he's walking and they couldn't have been more patient and loving towards my little one. I wouldn't hesitate to send Dori out with Chris. 5*

A few months ago I adopted a puppy, but I didn't feel right leaving her home alone all day whilst I'm at work. Sending her to Chris has been the single best decision I've made since getting her. He's a natural with all of the dogs, and my dog absolutely loves spending time with his pack! This morning I dropped pup off, and she could barely contain her excitement when she realised where she was going. She comes home COMPLETELY exhausted (falls asleep in the car going home, and goes straight to bed and sleeps all night) after a day with Chris. The photo and video updates throughout the day are also a really nice touch.

Liz is wonderful! She has looked after my precious baby boy Ollie (ragdoll cat) when I have been away, giving him lots of cuddles and attention and sending me texts and photos to reassure me he is happy. She also goes the extra mile watering my plants, collecting mail and putting the bins out - fabulous service! I would highly recommend Liz and her team to anyone who needs loving pet caring.
Liz has been looking after our "girls" for over 10 years now. Liz loves animals and has pets of her own so she understands the special relationship owners have with their pets. The regular updates we get from Liz on how our girls are doing just confirms this. We know that our "girls" are safe and happy at home being well cared with Liz.
We've had Liz from Lonely Pets come to walk our elderly dog Poppy for over a year now, Liz is amazing, kind and patient with Poppy and Poppy loves her and looks forward to her visits. Great service and advice, and the service is run and staffed by people who really love pets, not just for money.
We have had carers from LPC (mainly Liz and Rudi) look after our cats for years. LPC are a professional outfit, but most importantly Liz and Rudi are kind, thoughtful and attentive to detail. They know our cats and take very good care. I love the photos they send us! I recommend them very highly.

I was really unhappy was the lack of communication from the carer. I had to chase them a couple of times to even set up the initial meet and greet (which in hindsight should have been a warning sign). Then during the actual care period there were barely any updates, even after I requested that these be provided daily. The reason I chose this company is because they promise peace of mind, but this is something they actually failed to deliver. I forked out hundreds of dollars for a service that is poor quality and am dissatisfied with. I would not recommend this company.
