I can whole-heartedly say that Lucie was brilliant. It was very easy to communicate with Lucie in the lead up to her sit, her and her fiancé, Dimi, came to have a show around the house and meet the pets beforehand. They were very lovely, down-to-earth, easy to talk to couple. Lucie is experienced in house sitting and therefore as it was our first time having a house sitter that was very reassuring. Our dog, cats (and gerbils) were looked after beautifully. Lucie kindly sent me a couple of pictures of her walks with our dog She left our house such as we had left it, she even washed her bed sheets and towel and popped them on the line before she left!

Chandler and Steve kindly met us before our break and stayed the night before so that we had a smooth handover. They are a lovely couple and Lexi welcomed them in exuberant and true puppy fashion. They looked after Lexi and our chickens really well and admirably did some very squelchy dog walks in horrible weather. Our home was clean and tidy when we returned and all bedding had been washed which was a treat. Lexi obviously had a great time and we wouldn’t hesitate to have them back. Safe travels. x 🐾

Bethany took care of our dog Rita for about 10 days while we went on a vacation 😇 She is very friendly and you can see that she really cares for animals 👏🏻 . We came home to a happy dog and a clean and well taken care of apartment 😇 all and all we were happy with her petsitting for us 🙏🏻

Josh and Sarah were the most delightful couple. They were very responsive when we first made contact. They arrived a day early so we could go through all our pets' routines and they were really caring and diligent. All animals were very calm on our return - it was as if we hadn't been away! I would thoroughly recommend Josh and Sarah and would definitely have them back here.

Communication prior to the sit was very good. Phil and Annette looked after Hank very well and he had lots of walks. Their communication during the sit was excellent and they sent us lots of videos so we could see how Hank was. They stripped their beds and did the laundry and put the bin out before leaving and left everything neat and tidy.

I can’t recommend Hilary and Jon too highly, they are a lovely couple who took excellent care of our home and animals . I can’t think of any way our experience could have been bettered , from pre-sit communication to our return home to happy and healthy animals and plants and a delicious curry ready for our supper! Thank you !

The dogs and cat were well looked after and very content. Karl and Safeena sent regular updates and pictures via WhatsApp so we knew everyone was happy for the whole of our holiday. Our house was also well looked after, plants watered and even some seedlings that arrived were potted up.

Issie watched my cat Eabha for 5 days while I traveled overseas. She was very good about communicating before and during my trip. She sent pictures of Eabha every day and I could tell how happy Eabha was. She was very self sufficient and did everything I asked for Eabha and the house, including taking the trash bins out on trash day . She left my house very tidy and Eabha seemed very happy on my return. I'd recommend Issie to anyone looking for a reliable sitter!!

Kayla, Matt and Piper were frankly awesome. Lovely, lovely people; conscientious, considerate, kind and tidy. We've never used a house sitter or pet sitter before and were a little nervous, but could tell from the moment we met them that Otis would have a wonderful time with them, and he did. I can't recommend them highly enough. Your house and pets will be safe and cared for with them and you will meet some really lovely people too, which is a great part of the process. Sara and Robert were perfect guests. Pets looks after extremely well with occasional photos to keep us updated. The house was immaculate with a lovely card and gift on our return. Welcome back any time they are in the area. A+
