Dog Sitters in St Petersburg, FL

Our 2 year old fur pup, Skye, has idiopathic epilepsy. She takes three different medicines that have to be given at precise times, and she may still have an unexpected seizure. When we left for a two and a half week trip, we gave Marcie all the instructions: how to give Skye her pills and what to do if she seized. Marcie was amazing. Skye did have two seizures, and Marcie’s care was flawless. She followed her seizure protocol and recorded the details in our seizure log. Our trip was unexpectedly extended, and Marcie ensured a seamless hand-off to a new sitter. Marcie kept Skye busy (or Skye kept Marcie busy?), tossing her ball hundreds of times and making sure she got her regular walks. She also took care of our kitty, Louis, and made sure he got his outdoor condo time and plenty of cuddles. She kept us informed of his eating habits, as he has become a bit finicky lately. Her pictures and video updates showed us that our fur babies were doing great. We are so grateful to her for the care she showed them. Marcie took exceptional care of our home, including filling the outdoor fountains and pool and cleaning the pool with the automatic cleaner. She left our home spotless and organized. Even the pool robot filters were cleaned. Our garden was regularly watered, and trash/recycle cans were empty. We highly recommend Marcie and look forward to having her sit for us again in the future.

What a great couple of sitters. As well as being lovely people to be around our house looked fantastic when we returned home. They both took great care of our home and plants and so returning from our trip was a pleasure. Cannot recommend them enough.

Margarita and Stella took care of our 3-year old dog and our house for a week and were fantastic sitters. We knew they were going to be great right from the interview process, where they were highly organized and came prepared with a thorough and thoughtful list of questions to help them get to know our pet and our house, understand their responsibilities, and prepare for their stay with us. We were appreciative that they were willing to come by our house a few days before their stay to get acquainted with our dog and the house and to coordinate last minute details. They were punctual in getting to our house after we left for our trip and flexible with their departure time to ensure our pup wasn't left alone for too long on either end of our trip. They took great care of our dog and even took her hiking with them during their stay! They were communicative and provided us with updates and pictures of our dog throughout the week. Finally, they were respectful and tidy guests and left our house spotless after their stay...if it wasn't for our happy, well-cared-for dog, I wouldn't have known they even stayed here:). We highly recommend Margarita and Stella to sit for your pet/house and hope they sit for us again in the future!!

Claire and Jide sat for us and our kitty Kumulus for three weeks and were fantastic sitters! They were already in town before the sit so we were able to coordinate exchanging keys a couple days early, which worked great for us as we had to leave early on our day of departure. They provided us with regular updates about Kumulus and were willing to do some other odd jobs which was a huge help. They had to leave a day before the sit ended, and went above and beyond by arranging for someone else to come the final day to check in on Kumulus and feed him. They left the place very neat and tidy including laundering the bedding and towels. We would love to have them sit for us again and would definitely recommend them!

Victoria was an incredible sitter for my dog, Eleanor, while I traveled abroad. She was incredible communicative and caring and made my trip even better by knowing that Eleanor was in good hands. I came back to an immaculate apartment as well!! I would recommend Victoria for any dog and house sitting needs as she is a true animal lover!!

Carlyn was wonderful to deal with. She sent pictures of my pooch playing and enjoying her company. The house was well maintained in my absence and the neighbors commented on how delightful she was. I would certainly recommend Carlyn.

Julie and Robert were great hosts. They left our place incredibly clean. After the original ‘booking’ we had to change our travel dates due to work and they were so incredibly flexible to help us out. Our dogs can sometimes have separation anxiety and I could tell by their dispositions they were well cared for by very loving folks. Highly recommend Julie and Robert as house sitters!!

Robye & Jared can only be described as two beautiful souls. We could not have hoped for two more caring and loving individuals to stay in our home and care for our furry ones. Because of them we were able to relax and feel confident all was well back at home. We would be lucky to have them care for our home and loved ones again and hope they will stay in touch as they continue their journey through life.

This is the 2nd sit Elaine has done with the pups. She was been wonderful with them and very communicative.

Eileen and Michael are fantastic sitters! They did a magnificent job caring for our two little Shitzus. They were very responsive and great to work with. They have a special touch with the dogs, took them on long walks, countless belly rubs, had our pups happy and sleeping well. We received a bunch of adorable pictures during their visit too. Really gave us peace of mind during our trip. Eileen and Michael have our highest recommendation! We will definitely ask Eileen and Michael to come back! Dina & Sean
