Barry and his adorable twin boys, Hobbs and Toretto, were wonderful! Barry is super friendly, easygoing and organized and his apartment is gorgeous! He left us simple, but clear instructions to care for his kitties and it was very easy to stay in touch with him while he was away. We absolutely loved caring for Hobbs and Toretto! They are mischievous, intelligent and incredibly affectionate. As a cat lover, it is impossible not to fall in love with these guys. We miss them!
Carol and Poona are amazing hosts and wonderful people. Their ragdoll kitties were fun and entertaining to look after, and I also got a restful reprieve in their sweet home and unbelievably beautiful backyard. I highly recommend this sit!
It was a pleasure taking care of Hank for the past two weeks. He's an adorable dog, loves cuddles and listens very well. Lauren and Pete were very welcoming and open. We met them the day before for the key handover and to show everything, and they also left clear instructions. Their apartment is spacious and right in the middle of Prague yet in a quiet street. On many occasions we took Hank with us to explore the city, either by foot or tram he was happy to join us. We highly recommend them and would love to take care of Hank again in the future!
Randi was a very gracious host and her pet Charlie was a PLEASURE to sit for. She felt like a friend by the end of the stay. Randi's home is located in a beautiful developing neighborhood near lake Conroe. There were many beautiful nature trails just a few miles away. Lovely experience!
Adi and Dante welcomed me into their home and hearts in a wonderful little village on the cusp of the Lake District. Beautiful vistas can be seen from the back of the house of tall hills and wonderful fields. Great walks in the area as well. Adi is incredibly generous, and she will gladly walk you through Dante's routine; she's available for questions if they arise with no worries. Adi's house is surrounded by great and helpful neighbors, and she and Dante live a wonderful life there. He's an intact boy who needs a firm hand like many bulldogs, but once he knows you are in charge and care for him, he will shower you with snuggles and kisses. Be prepared that he is a sensitive soul and has some of the typical bully issues, but don't let that deter you. He is a wonderful love nugget, and he'll capture your heart. Adi's place is where you should come to get some peace and quiet and enjoy the moment. There are few distractions (a couple of pubs if you're into that sort of thing), but the dog, house, and scenery were all I needed. I recommend this sit.
This was an amazing petting sitting experience for me. The pet owners, Lesli and Kirk were very welcoming and supportive during my stay. I had an emergency situation that I had to deal with, and they were supportive and stayed in close communication with me. Their house is located in a magical place, with lots of nature and hummingbirds. Their home is full of care and love, and their pets are all loved immensely. Rosy would sleep with me in bed, Theo had his own space and slowly got used to having me there. The goats, Echo and Roo were friendly but Ali was quite aggressive. As I am not an early bird, getting up to the feed the goats at 8am was a bit of an effort, though worth it: feeding Echo with milk was special! I am grateful to Lesli and Kirk for this amazing experience.
