We had a lovely time with dear Winston who really has a heart of gold. Laura and Gabriel were good communicators who made us feel very welcome right from the start. The location of their house was fantastic as we were close to our son and other relatives who live in the area. Winston was, as his owners had made clear, a bit mouth focused and this made us have to be somewhat creative and careful to not leave our food or belongings lying around. We would gladly return to sit for this lovely family in the future.
As my first experience was as I expected, Tinku is a very loving, affectionate, and above all playful cat. Amal and Rita were very kind to me. They made me feel like at my own home. The location is perfect because it has two very good supermarkets within a two-minute walk, and the neighborhood is very safe. I 100% recommend sitting with them. Thank you so much. This was a seriously wonderful sit! The house is gorgeous, cozy and has everything you need. Huge backyard, too, for relaxing in. Two blocks to College Ave with all the great shops and restaurants. Cruiser bikes available to use! And the cats are so relaxed and friendly: Stormy and Flower, sweet, soft, so ready to cuddle after a short get-to-know-you period. Lisa is very cool, very responsive. I highly recommend her home and cats, and I hope to be back!
This was such a lovely pet-sitting experience! Ellen is so friendly and welcoming and gave very detailed instructions for taking care of Wallace and Violet, who are both the sweetest little pups. They warmed up to me right away and loved playing with all their toys and going for walks. Ellen’s apartment is very comfortable, well-appointed and cozy—in a super central location close to everything you need (Whole Foods, restaurants, coffee shops, Metro stop) and Old Town is just a short walk away too. You definitely don’t need a car to stay here. We got a little snow this weekend and Wallace and Violet were fine walking bundled up in their jackets. I highly recommend Ellen and would love to watch these sweet pups again!
Our whole family had a lovely time housesitting for Natalie and Tom in their spacious house with Leo, Ellie, and chickens. Ellie and Leo love daily walks around the pretty town of St Neots as well as running around the garden, playing with their toys, doing tricks for treats, and cuddling up with anyone looking after them. My daughter really enjoyed looking after the chickens. She fed them once a day and collected their eggs. My son enjoyed the variety of activities available in the house including the gym, games consoles and cuddling up with the dogs. The house is lovely and spacious with all the modern amenities you could want. It is close to public transport, shops, pubs, and plenty of walks in the park near to the river. We were able to meet Natalie, Tom and all their pets before the sit as we live a short distance from them. They provided a very comprehensive guide to looking after their pets, the house and where to go in the local area. We gave Natalie and Tom regular updates by WhatsApp on how things were going, and they were always ready to respond to any questions we might have. The guide is so good, there was little to ask. We highly recommend this house sit for the lovely pets, great house, location, and helpful hosts.
Berk and Daley were wonderful to work with. They live in a charming, walkable part of Salt Lake City. I enjoyed taking Oryx, the younger dog, for coffee walks every morning. The dog park was a highlight for my son, who loved exploring it. Floyd, the older dog, struggled with his parents being away, so he would benefit from someone who can help ease his anxiety.

The team has been walking my dog for some months now as well as him using their pet taxi service a couple of times. According to my dog I am sacked! He loves his usual walker and is currently training her to his way of thinking. He also thoroughly enjoys time with others when she's not there. They are careful in getting to know your pet and are joyful whatever the weather. They know what they are doing and I would recommend to anyone.

Lovely lady, gave us an update on our pets and cared for them whilst we were away. As well as sheltered accommodation for them they also had outside play in better weather.

I see Louise's dogs playing in her back yard quite often. They run around and play together so well. You can just stand there and smile. Most of the time she has same dogs over and over again. I think that says it all. She is someone you can trust. I would highly recommend her.

After the stress of a previous unreliable dog walker, it has taken a bit of time for me to trust my dog to someone new. Louise has taken time and trouble to get to know our black Lab Retriever, so that she can provide the best care. Lovely and personal doggy day care set up. Daphne (our dog) gets very excited when we drop her off and the photos we get of the day shows how much she loves it there with her dog friends. Vernon runs the business very well, communication is excellent, paperwork is all in check and he ensures that he has the right type of dogs there too - so we have never had any problems in 6 months of sending Daphne there.

Vernon has such passion for dog care, which is evident in his knowledge and experience. Our puppy Reggie has felt reassured, relaxed, and grown in such confidence in socialising since attending. Our pup has been going to daycare twice a week for a number of months now. He gets so excited when he realises he’s going in the mornings and when Vernon arrives to collect him. I can tell he’s in completely safe hands in their care and the experience has honestly been faultless, there’s no where else I would trust sending our pup. He’s really benefited from regularly socialising with other dogs and we can see from the pictures on the daily emailed reports, he has the time of his life there, always has his happy face on. Vernon shows a clear passion for dogs and is highly knowledgeable in providing the best care for them. It’s a home away from home and has exceeded all expectations. Worth every penny!!!
My little Dachshund has been going to Vernon and Jen at Doggy Daycare for a couple of months now and I cannot fault the excellent care that they have provided for her. She settled in straight away and it has helped her social skills and separation anxiety massively! Vernon and Jen have been really accommodating and put my mind at ease straight away, keeping me up to date with how she gets on and I always look forward to the photos and daily reports that they send at the end of the day ☺️. I would fully recommend their care at My Best Friend Daycare, they have been great and my pup is definitely a happy little thing when she gets home from her days spent with them and the other dogs.
Vernon is excellent, I highly recommend My Best Friend Dog Care. Our Labrador loves going out for walks with Vernon and all his doggy friends. We feel very lucky to have found such a diligent and professional person who we can trust to look after our dog. The communication after the walks is brilliant.
My puppy had her first experience of day care with Vernon at My Best Friend last week. Before she went we had a meet and greet session with the opportunity to ask any questions and look at the day care facilities. Vernon is knowledgeable and experienced in dog care and behaviour and made sure our puppy was happy with the other dogs and vice versa. When we left her there last week she was relaxed and happy to stay without a second glance and very relaxed when we picked her up. Vernon sent photos during the day and a little report with more photos the next day. Overall a great experience for us and our puppy. We've booked another session and would highly recommend to other dog owners.
My Dachshund has been going to My Best Friend Burntwood for Daycare for some time but has recently stayed with Vernon and Jen for her “holidays” whilst we were away. She went on lots of walks to different places and loved playing with her doggy pals in their awesome new garden. Vernon clearly has a love and passion for animals. From the moment he met our little pup he was kind and patient (as she can be a little nervous). Her confidence has come on leaps and bounds since going on dog walks with Vernon and her little pals and we know for certain she is in safe hands and having a wonderful time! I would highly recommend My Best Friend Dog Care, a very friendly, caring and professional service. Vernon and Jen are so committed and passionate and they really do offer a home from home environment. Our pup Luna can be very nervous but Vernon and Jen have really gone out of their way to ensure Luna feels comfortable, working with Luna at her own pace she has the best time! After only four visits I can really see a huge difference in Luna’s behaviour and positive progress. We are updated with photographs, videos and a fabulous service report at the end of the day which is so lovely to read and is something I look forward to receiving. Vernon and Jen really do go above and beyond all expectations and we are so thankful Luna has been lucky enough to secure a place with them. Thank you Vernon and Jen 😃
Cannot recommend My Best Friend Dog Care Burntwood enough! I was stuck for cover for my pup and Vernon was able to help out last minute with dog walking. An amazing service and so attentive to any of your pups needs. My 10 month old Bulldog suffers with grass allergies and Vernon was fab with making sure this was watched closely and my pup always came home so happy and can really tell good care was taken of her. A service report with photos and info of the service is also sent afterwards every day and was so lovely seeing my pup having fun and just being able to be kept in the loop with their day. 5 stars always ⭐️
5 star service. Michelle and drew looked after my 2 Staffordshire bull terriers, max who is 5 and the craziest dog you will ever meet and his brother rocky who is 3 and has epilepsy. Rocky need full time care and must takes tablet 4 times a day. He had a seizure and they did everything they were ment to and because of there experience and knowledge he recovered great with no issues. They did a fantastic job and gave them both all the love and attention they needed, I can't recommend them both enough.
I am very unhappy with the service provided by Tilly's Tails. I appreciate that I require 12 hours care for my dog however, I was promised that this was something the owner would be able to provide prior to any bookings being made. Sadly when I contacted the company to inform of drop of and pick up times I was informed only one day before our dogs pre booked care that he would not be able to do this anymore and I do not believe that the owner was going to contact me regarding this if I hadn't contacted him first. Fair to say I am very disappointed and would not recommend.

Fantastic service from a fantastic couple - molly is looked after as if she is one of their own - she always comes back a tired happy dog after a big walk and playing with Nige and Josie's own two dogs - it really is a home from home and I would highly recommend Wags to anyone. Their boarding service is brilliant too with regular updates and I wouldn't consider any other option now if we are away. Nigel and Josie have big hearts for all animals and they are so flexible and accommodating and you know your dog is in the very best hands!! Would recommend them to anyone 😊👍 I wanted to add to my previous review from last year - we use Nige and Josie's fantastic day care service 2-3 days a week and it is brilliant. Molly gets soooo excited when they come to collect her and I'm sure she sulks when she has to come home!!!!! She gets a great walk over the chase whatever the weather with her doggie friends and then gets to chill out back at wags HQ!! But I wanted to say a massive thank you to Nige and Josie for their extra care love and TLC with Molly this week after she had an operation last week and had pretty big scar so needed to be careful and take it easy this week - no easy feat with a staffie who,loves to go AWOL on the chase and loves her play fights with Scally!! But they did a fantastic job of keeping her on the lead and she got extra cuddles and fuss - I think she milked it slightly hehe!!! They were as concerned as us about her and I cannot praise and thank them enough for such amazing care - it really is a home from home and I am just so glad they do what they do and that Molly is lucky enough to be part of the Wags gang!!!

Leafields have looked after my dog for weekly day care and occasional boarding for almost 2 years, where they have treated her like one of their own. My dog isn’t the most sociable with other dogs, but Leafields worked with her to match her with a small group of suitable dogs, like they do for all dogs who attend, and she clearly enjoys her time there. Leafields is small enough that you get to know everybody by name and they promote dog cuddles at lunch time, but large enough that they run a very tight ship. The staff and owners at Leafields are clear dog lovers and they create a great environment for the dogs - I would not hesitate in recommending them.
Our two literally can’t wait to get out the car & join in the Leafields fun! Whether day care or boarding, they return home thoroughly worn out & incredibly relaxed. Can’t speak highly enough of the entire team & facilities at Leafields.
The team at Leafields are fantastic. They always look after our dog to the best of their ability. He loves staying there. Our dog has a number of health issues, but the Leafields team always follow our requests and even administer his medication. Thoroughly recommended.

We have used Leafields twice now and it’s brilliant. More than enough space for my lab, Monty, to get his exercise during the day and play with other dogs which means he is enjoying himself and getting worn out. Claire takes a proper control of all the dogs and I absolutely trust the set up at the kennels. Oh and if my review isn’t enough to convince you about this place, Monty genuinely seemed gutted when I picked him up! Great kennels.
Very happy we found Leafields. Our little pup has been made very welcome on her days there. Suspect she has more fun playing with all her new friends than she does at home with us.
We are fortunate that we don’t live far away from leafields. Bell joined about 8 months ago. We felt it would be beneficial for her development especially socializing with other dogs, playing, and being away from home. Bell can’t wait to get through the gate and once she sees me packing her lunch box that’s it she out by the car ready to go. We are bells third home being a lockdown purchase that became a reality that doggie need a lot of attention. She is a lovable girl full of Labrador energy and fun. Claire and all the staff at leighfields are caring, loving, and offer a very safe environment for bell with lots of new experiences. Recently we took part in a doggie first aid course by a local vet, this has proved invaluable and what I learnt that day I have shared with other dog owners, on the course we were joined by Claire and her staff, all up to date training that we were very lucky to be able to join. We have just arrived home after four days in a lovely dog friendly hotel in sandsend with Bell. She dined with us every meal in the restaurant, no problem. We met many dogs strolling around Whitby and it was a pleasure to walk with her, I feel leighfields had played a huge part in the bell we have today. Thankyou Claire and staff. We were slightly apprehensive about leaving our young puppy for the first time whilst we went abroad on holiday but after an initial meeting with Claire I was completely reassured that Merlin would be extremely well cared for. Claire has given so much thought to her provision that she can provide high quality care and supervision for the range of dogs who may be residing at Leafields. Both outdoor and indoor spaces are safe, clean and stimulating or restful. Merlin returned to us after a week a very contented and rather exhausted puppy….a bit like a child going on a school residential! He such a great time with lots of new doggy friends, which is so important for his socialisation too. Thank you to all the Ball family for making him so welcome.
Our old Labrador was a recent visitor for a full groom, the friendly staff coped well with his funny ways and we left happy with a clean and nice smelling dog, yes it was the same dog lol. Will be using Leafields again.

We are blown away with the service that we have received form Em at our wedding. She was absolutely fantastic. We used Wellie Walks with Em as a chaperone for our dog Rufus during our wedding in May. The service that we have received from her has been outstanding. She picked Rufus up early, took him on a long walk, bathed him and groomed him, before bringing him to the church so that he could be our ring bearer. She then took him from the church to the venue and kept him occupied all day. She treated Rufus like he was her own dog, and for that we could not be more grateful. A large number of our guests passed comment on how good Em was with Roo, with all of them impressed by her dedication and commitment, and several comments on a 'job well done'. Em's impeccable service meant that Rufus could be a central part of our day, but we did not have to worry about where he was or what mischief he was getting up to, as we were safe in the knowledge that he was in good hands. Em did not leave Rufus' side all day, and she kept such a close eye on him that he couldn't do anything other than behave. We are so grateful for the service that Em provided, and we would not hesitate to recommend her wedding chaperone services to anyone in the future. Thank you Em, you were incredible.
My dog Puddin has been with Em for years and I couldn't think of a better person to look after her! She has dog sat whilst I have been away, walked Pud and comes and picks her up most months to wash 'n' groom her, and oh my does she smell lush when she comes back and oh so shiny!!! I can not recommend this young lady enough to look after your beloved doggo!! 5* service from a 5* friendly, professional, lovely person.
Emma takes both our 6 year old and our puppy, both big dogs and she is amazing with them, they literally sit waiting for Em to arrive and go mental when see her pull up. Our dogs absolutely love her and so do we, Emma has become a friend to us all as she is such a lovely kind natured person who would go to the end of the earth for the dogs she walks. We never worry when she has them, Em is very professional, has all the kit needed and then some! A very safe set up of crates to travel in the van aswel as a camera so she can see they're OK the whole time ❤️ Emma has also been working on our puppy's recall while on walks and helps us with good advice at home too, we'd honestly be lost without her, plus she takes the best photos of our boys! This young lady is a true dog lover in every way. I have a goldendoodle who likes around 3 people in total !! She includes Emma in her 3. Emma bathes and brushes her and she is treated like the princess she is. She comes back looking and smelling amazing and is always happy. We have been using Emma for 8 months to walk our 15 month old Cavapoo Jasper. My dogs seem very happy at Oaklands boarding kennels. The team are very accommodating re food and feeding times and were happy to keep me updated on how they were on my first use. I know they have a grooming service although I haven’t used it they did freshen up my boy who was a bit smelly and due a proper groom just after he was in.

Having never left our dogs before, we we're concerned if they would be ok. All the team we met were very friendly and reassuring for both us and pets, they gave us updates with photos throughout their stay, which helped put our mind at ease. Both dogs were booked in for a bath the day before we collected them, they smell lovely, and have a beautiful soft coat, we couldn't be happier, they have clearly been well looked after. Can't recommend enough. The dogs love it here ! My boy has lifelong meningitis, but the kennel are very accommodating ensuring his needs are met. I wouldn't trust him anywhere else. Great luxury kennel option, awesome outdoor areas and groom option too. My dogs drag me through the door, they love it here xxxx

Our two German Shepard dogs love staying with these fabulous people, they are so well cared for , all the staff are brilliant and really do look after them well . Our youngest dog 50 kg and is quite intimidating , they can even give him a full groom including his nails , that’s impressive. no worry for these guys they just know how to handle him , the staff give full attention to all dogs they look after .would highly recommend Oakland kennels . Your dog will be safe and treated extremely well. I left my dog Toby with Oaklands for 10 days whilst we were away on holiday and it has been such a good experience all round. I've had a few negative experiences in other kennels beforehand, so I was a bit worried about leaving him but the staff at Oaklands were genuinely amazing, they settled those worries very quickly with their professionalism and looked after Toby so well. We had a few updates over the time we were away, which was great. He was very happy and healthy when we picked him up yesterday, so it's obvious they've taken very good care of him and given him lots of love & attention. Will definitely be using them again, thank you!
Are German shepherd has been here a few times now she goes in happy and comes out happy we have used other kennels but there is nothing like Oaklands it is just the best
Brilliant facilities and lovely staff both of our dogs enjoy coming here. The kennels are clean and our girls really come home happy and not stressed which makes all the difference especially with one of them having health issues. It is great piece of mind for us as owners knowing they are well looked after I would definitely recommend this boarding kennel.
Trying to get kennelling for an American Bulldog was proving frustrating even though not a banned breed. I contacted Oaklands and arranged to pop over to view the kennels and for the staff to meet Dora ( because she’s aDORAbull) Being a dog handler I am very picky where I leave my dogs. The kennels are spotless, and the facilities are the best I’ve seen. Fantastic secure areas for the dogs to exercise in. I chose the luxury kennel for Dora as she’s a princess…… mainly because they are really big and heated and Dora is a big girl! I was sent an update while I was away after I asked if all was fine. Needless to say she has had a really enjoyable time and I wouldn’t hesitate to leave her there again. She has come home happy and smelling like a baby!!!!! Very friendly staff, superb facilities in spectacular surroundings…… ⭐️
