Had a lovely time at Anna & James house in the Cotswolds & would highly recommend this sit. For our first dog sit Peggy & Bridget were brilliant, easy dogs to look after, full of energy, friendly, happy & both really sweet. The house is lovely & welcoming with lots of character. We were really comfortable & cosy in our room in the eaves. Also a first cooking on the aga, I was very impressed with. It worked perfectly for us, surrounded by fields & countryside yet easy access to attractions & a nice stroll through the fields to Bourton. All the walking we did was straight from the house. Anna & James gave us the info we needed before they left & were really easy going, no set routines so long as the dogs are walked & all animals fed. It was also nice to meet both sets of parents too. Loved seeing Peggy bound in & out of the wheat fields & jump in water troughs & Bridget nipping in for a cuddle & tummy rub. Also watching both cats & dogs play together in the garden first thing oblivious of anything else. We had a really relaxing week with good walking & great animal companions, thank you both & also delicious chocolate brownies, thanks too Anna. X
From the moment we applied to be Nel & Harvey's surrogate Aunty & Uncle, Susan was sending us photos & messages from Nel & Harvey. This made us realise how much they were loved & how lucky we were to have been chosen. From Day 1 Susan & Wayne went out of their way to introduce us to their wonderful neighbours & their stunning location. They were generous in every way. As for Nel & Harvey they certainly stole our hearts. They are the most gorgeous "fur babies" & every day we felt privileged to be their adopted Aunty & Uncle. Thank you Susan, Wayne, Nel & Harvey for the wonderful experience. We sincerely hope to be back.
We had an amazing time sitting for Liza. She was extremely well behaved and such a sweet girl. Marigold’s communication was very helpful and to top it all of the home was very clean and a joy to stay in.
Amazing hosts! Wonderfully kept home and a sweet, intelligent pup. Charli the pup was so much fun, and we enjoyed our time with her. Plan a bit of time on the last day to tidy up, as they leave the house immaculate for guests. Homeowners were so sweet, caring, and incredibly communicative.
Had a wonderful time pet sitting for Pickles! Meabh was incredibly kind and communicative. She provided detailed instructions and answered all of my questions, which I truly appreciated. Spending time with Pickles was an absolute delight, she's such a cute and gentle cat. I loved cuddling with her at night when she came to my room, and she clearly enjoys affection and playtime. The apartment is spacious and beautiful, it even has an outdoor area where you can sit and relax. The location is perfect and quiet, close to the beautiful Battersea Park and Battersea Power Station! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and already miss Pickles! I would be more than happy to pet sit again in the future.
Pamela and Marley were great. Communication was easy and straightforward. Marley is a queen. She doesn’t seek attention but she seems to like the company of a cat-sitter. Marley uses the litter box without fail but she often hangs her cat butt a little too far out of the box. There are puppy pads for that. I was a little worried about watching a 19 year old cat, but Marley seems very healthy, hardy and happy. The apartment is comfortable and clean and in a great location. I would sit for Pamela and Marley anytime.
