Dee and Simon looked after our aged pooch whilst we visited friends in Cyprus. Unfortunately for Our Sitters, the weather here on Isle of Wight was no where near as good as it was for us. This didn’t seem to dampen their enthusiasm for looking after our dog and he was in great shape when we got back. Despite not much experience with dogs, they took to him quickly. They spent and evening with us before we set off on our trip so we had good time to show them the ropes, took him out for walks together and administered his meds with them. We think our home is easy to run and we didn’t leave out the appliance instructions accessible for them. We’ll do that for next time. We could only communicate with them via email when we were away. This meant response times was sometimes delayed. We had no major issues, but using WhatsApp or Messenger would have been much simpler. We’d love to have Dee and Simon look after Muffin agin.
