Mia is a lovely, quirky, young independent lady. She cared deeply for Cooper, and after initial "teething" issues getting her work, social, and dog minding duties properly balanced, she did a good job of looking after him. He is a very energetic, high maintenance 2 year old Springer Spaniel. Both dog and house were in good shape upon our return. Mia kept in communication with us, giving us regular updates, sending lots of pictures and video clips of the two of them on their walks and around the house. She didn't hesitate to ask questions when needed. Mia took Cooper to the vet and applied prescribed drops when he contracted a mild eye infection. On the day of our return, unprompted, she generously prepared a very nice Chinese meal and left Cooper a new toy.
We loved having Brea care for our fur buddies for the weekend. She created time to connect with me before the sit and communicated throughout her stay. She ended having to care for Lola’s paw that started to bother her before we left. Brea sent pictures of her paw and thought it could be foxtails. When we took Lola to the vet upon our return, they confirmed she was right. A few days after the sit, Brea followed up to see how Lola was doing. I would definitely have her sit for us again.
Thomas was super sweet and the pugs, home, and car were fine except for sofa and stovetop.
Communication with James was great. Instructions were thorough. Radley and Pippa are the sweetest furbabies. They are so different but get along great. They are both good walking companions. The house is lovely. Loved sitting on the front porch with the pups watching people. The area is very nice, terrific parks. I would definitely do this sit again.
