We enjoyed having Calvin sit for our dog and cat while we were away visiting family for a week. He was communicative, respectful of our property, and -most importantly- treated our fur babies so kindly. Thanks for being a great sitter, Calvin!

Portia
We had a fantastic stay and fell in love with all of the animals. Portia and her family were lovely, made us feel very welcome and were always willing to answer any questions. Their home was beautiful and we were left with clear guidelines and information on local walks. The dogs were superb and very loving. Overall, we miss the dogs dearly and we would love to house sit for them again!

Carly
Carly & Susana have a super cozy home with everything we needed, close to town and the cherry on top was of course Archie & Evie. Archie is the cutest little Corgi who loves to play and Evie the prettiest kitty who loved to hang out with us.

Bec
Bec and Jay were great hosts, kind and welcoming, they took care of every detail, they made everything very clear and understandable so that we had a comfortable stay.

The house was very well located, close to shops, supermarkets and train station, we also really liked that we had heaps of parks nearby to go for a walk 🌳.

Sparky is a very adorable and loving kitty! From minute one we fell in love with him, it was a wonderful experience to have the opportunity to take care of him and enjoy his company ☺️

PS: We can't forget the fish and shrimps with which we spent hours observing their behaviour! Hahaha 🦐🐠

Thanks for trusting us!!! 🐾

This was a last minute sit in the Scottish Borders with dogs and ducks. Lagaratha and Nelly were a joy to be around. They liked to wander around the huge garden and once we realised they didn’t stray we left them to it. Both walked well on their leads and once let lose they went wild, loving the freedom of the beautiful countryside they lived in. Nelly ate in her own good time so the food had to “guarded” from Lagarathas advances.
The two outside ducks were no trouble and laid some wonderful tasty eggs. I would suggest picking up the eggs when the ducks are let out in the morning because someone or something eats them - not naming any names…. Now we come to the star of the show, Hebe, a house duckling, who lives in the corner of the kitchen and is let out to wander around the uncarpeted areas of the downstairs. She fell in love with Lionel and followed him around when she was let out, even sitting on his feet while he ate his dinner and watching the TV. She showed no interest in joining the two adults outside but I’m sure once she’s grown a bit more she’ll want their company.
The house is a well loved family farm house, well equipped with many reminders of the wonderful family who lives there. It is surrounded by a huge garden and agricultural fields with the nearest house about 500 yards away. The views are breathtaking. The area is beautiful with Kelso only ten miles away. We did spend an afternoon exploring Lindisfarne which is about a hour away but apart from that Frippy’s garden was enough.
The communication with Frippy was good throughout and we would not hesitate to go back and look after all her animals again if we were invited. Loved it.

Chanel
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Chanel's home. I watched over their two kitties for 5 weeks. They have a very clean and tidy home which always makes me feel more at home, the kitties are healthy and full of unique personality of course! Their home has a lovely highschool track within minutes to walk/run, perfect neighborhood for walks, including a beautiful park with nature trail and river put-in if you're interested in paddle boarding!

Chanel was great at responding and communicating with me when I had questions. Thanks for your generosity Chanel!

Pam
Staying at Pam's waterfront house to care for Troy was a pleasure. The location is approximately 25 min car drive from Annapolis or Baltimore . The house is set in a rustic wooded garden with plenty of shaded area including several gazebos to enjoy mild weather. Multiple kayaks, paddleboards and a rowboat with lifejackets are available for use by enthousiastic paddlers...there is also additional gym equipment for the exercise minded.
Troy is a big, intelligent golden labrador who is affectionate and easy to mind , he lets you know when its time to go out and he is free to wander on the property, but never strays from home. Mostly he loves being indoors and belonging to the "pack". So he will keep you company and want to be at your feet.

Pam and Ed made sure that the welcome pack was very informative and complete. Pam and I exchanged telephone numbers for texting etc, so we were able to keep in communication with pet pictures etc.

The accomodations are very comfortable , with good wifi , TV room , exercise room and a comfortable sunny room for breakfast. The house is easy to maintain with all modern conveniences.

I would highly recommend staying at Pam and Eds home to care for Troy and enjoy the good life in Maryland.
