Our first experience with Zeewoi could not have been any better. Biljana and Robert more than exceeded our expectations. As my husband and I went through the process of selecting sitters, I felt drawn to their profile. I noticed one negative review amongst all the others that raved about their experiences. I emailed them, asking for a time we could speak about the situation. They were very transparent when explaining the situation. If I had not communicated further with them, I feel our dogs would have missed out on the wonderful opportunity they experienced! It just took a call. Biljana and Robert agreed to come a day earlier, as we had an early flight the next day. They were motivated to meet our dogs and become acclimated to our house and needs. When they entered our home, they genuinely smiled and greeted us AND the dogs. Our dogs gravitated to their positive energy. They asked a ton of questions, which was wonderful because as new users of zeewoi, we had missed a few salient points. While we were away, Biljana reached out via text daily with pictures or sometimes asking for clarification. One of our dogs suffers severe anxiety from storms. Both of them are terrified of firecrackers. There was a terrible storm system that hung around for a week and to make matters worse, it was over the 4th of July. I could tell from the pictures they shared that they were providing the comfort and security our pups needed. They even allowed my little one to sleep in the bed with them, as she does with us. This is the first time neither my husband or myself have had angst about whether our dogs were eating or pooping, as we have generally experienced problems with both when they are boarded. Personally, if not for the positive and calming energy Biljana and Robert displayed, I would not have enjoyed my trip. We came home to an immaculate house and HAPPY dogs that both ate and pooped as they normally do!!! They were both respectful of our home and our preferences. Biljana and Robert provided genuine love to our dogs and cared for them as we normally do. We're so grateful!
We had a wonderful sit at Burke's place. The property and home are amazing, and Westport is a lovely town to visit. Burke and Corrine are great hosts. The pets are super sweet and Rosie the border collie loves to play! We highly recommend this sit!
Beautiful home, lovely home, sweet dogs! This home is absolutely lovely and set on a canal. There is a bus stop just five minutes from the door. Visiting Hampstead Place was the highlight of my trip! As a remote worker, I loved working in the office with a gorgeous view. The canal path is perfect for long walks, and there are dog friendly pubs within walking distance. English Setters Leo and Merlin are gentle and loving. They do require two long walks a day to be happy. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with everything about this sit.
Absolutely delightful! Words cannot express how wonderful this experience has been. Marta and Phil are evidence that there are great people on this planet. Kind, welcoming, and sincerely good people. Their home is warm and comfortable, truly a Floridian delight! Boo is the sweetest, most loving, and entertaining dog we have met. It has been a true blessing getting to know Marta, Phil, and Boo. We cannot wait for the opportunity to return.
This was a short, but very sweet, sit with the gorgeous Merlin and Mowgli. I was able to meet Sara and Spike, briefly before they set off, who were warm and welcoming. Their home is in a very quiet area, a few minutes walk from Grantchester High Street and is full of interesting items from around the world. Sara also left comprehensive instructions which was appreciated and it meant I didn't need to contact them apart from sending updates on the boys. The boys were a delight to sit with and Merlin snuggled up next to me for most of the evening. He'll also let you know when it's meal time or if he wants some attention 😄 Mowgli is also very affectionate and has the softest fur ever! He's the cheekier of the two and can get himself into the laundry basket without knocking off the lid which is impressive. If you have the opportunity to sit for Sara and Spike then I can only suggest you take it. I'd be more than happy to return any time.
