Once again Janann is the best of the best. Not only did she have my 6 little darlins for my annual Beach week but took on my Sister's two Schnauzers too at my house. Bentley fell in love, and not usually a lap dog competed with my 3lb poodle for that space. We call her "the Dog Whisperer". Lots of dosing out medicine as well. Fortunately a fenced in yard!

Janann is amazing! She has the biggest heart for pets and people. We have trusted her for over a year now on many occasions and she is not only “top notch” but she really goes above and beyond in the care she gives. I can actually relax, knowing she is taking care of all the fur babies and keeping the house safe and secure.

I had Jenann petsit my fur babies. She did a great job did exactly what I asked of her and then some. For example I give my dog home cooked meals and I divided into servings in Tupperware. When I got home the Tupperwares were cleaned. For some people what iam saying may think is no big deal but for me is all about the details. She also communicated everyday and send me pictures super sweet. My fur babies loved her therefore I know I will call again for her services. Thank you Jenann.

We just spent a week on a cruise and had not a worry in the world about our beloved dogs because Janann was at our home taking care of them. She has a way with animals and ours took to her immediately. I will absolutely use Pet's Choice Sitters next time we're out of town. My dogs loved her.

Jananna had to go in the hospital on wed.She did alright herself.But she asked me if her son could take over.So I thought that would be ok. I gave her a key My son came down stairs and checked on them and their pads were not charged. No food or water this took place for 4 days.So Janann said I will refund some of your money.So she said I will mail it a certain day.So she cashed the whole amount of the check.Am still waiting on my money. I will not recommend her Pet Choice Sitters to other people. She is not a honest person. not changed s .

Pet's Choice, Janann has cared for my pack of 7 for several years now. Care ranges from giving daily medicines 💊, feeding twice a day, let's them sit in her lap and best of all allows them to sleep with her. Keep in mind they range from 3lbs to 16 lbs. Lol They love 💘 her. Highly recommend.

I can’t recommend Ms. Janann enough! She’s not only punctual, friendly, professional and kind, she built an immediate rapport with my babies. I have three dogs, a cat, and a fish named Melvin and she was wonderful with all of them. I have to say, they might have even missed Janann when I came home more than they missed me when I’m was gone. 10/10!!!

This company was very nice and I had no worries when I was away on vacation. Which translates to a vacation I can actually enjoy. Definitely upfront and personal with a very reasonable rate.

This was the first time I have used a boarding facility and I have a new 10 month old Schnauzer . I did a 1 day trial for him then a 2 day overnight stay.Kristin made me feel so at ease and my dog loves her! I love that I found a place I can trust with my furry son !

I wanted to wait and write a review after my Great Dane had a chance to have day visits as well as some long stays. He has been visiting Waggin Tails for going on 7 months now. The staff has always been very nice and accommodating, and our Great Dane Axel is ALWAYS excited and seems eager for his visits. Our last boarding company in Athens, Axel Would just stroll in, not showing much excitement, but at Waggin Tails, he is literally pulling me inside with much excitement. I highly recommend waggin Tails a 250%!

Our pup stayed for 9 nights and didn't want to leave. He had already made a connection with the staff and really enjoyed his time there. These are some pics from the "Pupdate" we got while on our trip.

Awesome owners! We boarded our two Akitas for 8 days here while we were on vacation. I was super worried but after meeting Chris and his wife my fears disappeared. They came home happy and naughty as usual!

I cannot recommend this place enough. If I could give them 100 stars, I would. It was my first boarding experience with my Great Dane, Cooper. I was super nervous, because, like a typical Dane, he's an emotional dog. I was worried about his first extended stay away from Mom and in a new place. Much to my surprise, him and his brother had a great time! Didn't seem like they missed us too much. Also, they were completely exhausted from play and slept all night when we brought them home. But the most comforting fact is that when we came to pick them up, the owner pegged the personalities of our pups after a few short days. Which tells me, he was out there, paying attention, and really getting to know our fur-babies. He seemed to love them almost as much as we do. That is the kind of personal care you will not find in any other boarding facility in this area. Thanks, y'all! They will definitely be back and we've already referred you to other dog moms and dads.

Excellent boarding and great folks! Our pup has always been a little dog reactive, but they were able to accommodate and she's even warmed up to other dogs because of it! They take your pooch out five times daily, have multiple pens for them to run around and you can't beat the price. Waggin tails is the only place we will board our furry one.

Waggin Tails was wonderful! I have 2 dogs and one is prone to be anxious without the other. They boarded them together, worked their outside time around the rain and thunder (one hates rain, the other is terrified of thunder), and kept them in runs that took into account my one dogs escape artist nature so that she could not escape. Overall they were beautifully considerate of my dogs needs and very sweet to work with. We will definitely be using them again!

I love this place. The price is reasonable for both doggy day care and boarding and my pupper is always excited to go for daycare. She loves Ashland and Kristin. They always take care of us and Cadence. My only suggestion would be to offer packages like their competitors for bulk pricing.

Waggin Tails is a great place to board your pups. Saying they are great would be an understatement. We have an 11 year old Lab with bad hips and I was nervous about boarding him but within a few hours they eased my mind reassuring me that he was doing fine. They deserve every star and we will definitely be using them again ❤️🙂 …

Overnight boarding or day care Waggin Tails is the best. They take great care of my pups but what I love is the fixability for drop off and pick up.
