We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at David and Heather's, in their lovely, spacious and comfortable home. It is a truly inspiring part of the world, and they have a fantastic view of it right from home, a view you'd never get bored of seeing. Every variety of landscape, all within walking and cycling distance, beach, cliffs, to moorland and woodland, and more. Our daughter learned to walk in their lounge-dining room, venturing from room to room to room. As her mum, it was very relaxing to know she was completely safe playing within watching distance while having the space to do our own thing. Very child friendly, even if not aimed to be that way. I had a great week looking after Baxter! He is a sweet and lovable character who loves to cuddle and chase a ball around. The house is in a great area with a nice neighbourhood to walk around and lots of lovely parks nearby. Neil was very easy to communicate with and the house was well stocked with everything Baxter and I needed for the week. Would highly recommend them for future sits in Wellington.

She was friendly, kept us up to date throughout our two week holiday and loved our dog as if she were her own and the house was just as we had left it. Dawn is a fantastic pet sitter. Our dog is very anxious but Dawn took the time to build a bond with her and we felt very comfortable leaving her whilst we were away. Dawns regular pupdates put our mind at rest that our little fur baby was in the best hands. 100% recommend!
My lovely but difficult dog was very happy when the lovely Dawn came to stay and look after her for a week at short notice. Dawn has a lot of knowledge of canine behaviour, and gave us some helpful tips on our return which we've since put into practice. I would happily ask Dawn to pet sit for us again without hesitation.
Dawn was tuned in to the dogs and looked comfortable and in control. They were relaxed on my return, the house was clean and tidy, and the dogs had been well looked after. If I need a dog sitter in the future I would certainly hope that Dawn has availability. Thank you.
I would highly recommend Dawn. She arrived on time ready to look after our two dogs all day. She was great with our dogs and followed their daily routine as requested. This is an update to my earlier review in December 2023. As planned Dawn came to look after our large house and our young lively fox red Labrador for 6 weeks from the end of January to mid-March. She did a fabulous job. She was very attentive to Freddie's needs and knows her stuff when it comes to dog psychology! The house was looked after extremely well and it was left in excellent condition. She kept us regularly informed about developments and sent us lots of photos of Freddie while we were away. She was very responsive when we needed to contact her about things to do with the house. We felt very confident that she was able to take everything in her stride and that Freddie was being very well looked after. We came home to a very happy dog and everything all in order at home. What more could we ask for? We will certainly be happy to use Dawn again when we go away and have no reservations in recommending her to others. Thanks Dawn.
