This sit is a dream for responsible people who love puppies. Scout is charming, very active, she stole my heart from the first visit Joanna and Louise’ family beforehand. From the beginning, communication with hosts was clear and easy. The Sit guide is made perfectly. Joanna and Louise explained everything I needed to know about Scout and the House. I worked from home and the house was perfect for that. It's spacious, has good wifi, is very quiet, has a wide patio perfect for yoga, and a great on-site gym in a building. Baby Scout is a very sweet, very playful and adorable kid. Thank you for everything, dear Joanna and Louise, I will be very happy to come back next time.♥️
We had an incredibly enriching experience, sitting in Burford for darling Porridge the dog, Toast the cat, the delightful Chickens and the charismatic geese. Irene & Mike are warm hearted, generous and very welcoming hosts. They made us feel very at ease and we enjoyed an instant rapport. We were invited to stay the night before so we could go through the evening routine for the chickens & Geese. We’d never looked after chickens or geese before, it was all very straight forward. We were greeted into a beautiful home, a kitchen with a roaring fire and a delicious supper. In the morning Mike took us through the morning routine, letting the geese out first to wander down to the pond. and then letting the chickens out to graze. Collecting the eggs each evening and enjoying them for our morning breakfast was very special. Porridge is an absolute delight, she was our constant companion and loved to cuddle up on the sofa in the evening and watch Tv. Toast is very much an outdoor barn cat, we didn’t actually see her during the sit, we put food out for her morning and evening. The Manor House really is a very special place and the animals and family who live there. In a quiet country village with wonderful walks set in the stunning landscape of the Cotswolds. Thanks for hosting us, we loved it and hope to be invited back again.
Easy sit. The cat was friendly and very lovely from the beginning. He was out all night and in all day mostly. You have to feed him and let him in/out, nothing complicated. We LOVED morning cuddles in bed with him, as he is so lovable and cuddly. The house was extremely clean and tidy. The bed is comfortable. The host was very good with communication. Public transport to South Brisbane by bus took about 50 min to 1 hour. So it's far from the city. But if you have a car it takes only 10-15min to reach any destination in town.
We loved it here in this very spacious home high on a mountain with valley views. Lisa and Rich were perfect hosts inviting us to stay the night for dinner, wine, conversation and a tour of their home before they left in the morning. We were introduced to Riley when he showed up but Catmandu was elusive. He finally came out from his hiding place a day or so after they left. As an experiment I made sure to hand feed both cats to avoid Riley stealing food from the auto feeders as he was a bit of an over eater. It worked. We all liked hanging out on the back deck in the cool of the evenings watching the spectacular sunsets and carpet of stars. I’ll especially remember the falling star I saw several minutes before I got a call from the hospital that my dad had passed - for me, a symbol of goodbye. We loved our morning walks and swims in the community pool in the mornings and watching the swarms of hummingbirds at the feeders on the deck from the kitchen window. The blue theme in the home made it a very soothing and relaxing place to be. We’d definitely love to sit here again any time they’d have us.
Looked after Lexi with my partner and had such a lovely time. Lexi is a very excitable and active dog who loves to be the centre of attention! We had her out all day every day while we housesat as Cornwall is so dog-friendly so had no issues taking her to any shops or cafés and she was good as gold. We had a car which was very useful and she was quiet and well-behaved with no problems at all. Would definitely recommend this housesit and would happily housesit for Monica and Andy again and get a chance to explore even more of beautiful Cornwall with Lexi in tow :)

Dene has provided day care and holidays for Hugo and Coco for almost 4 years and comes highly recommended. I always have total peace of mind when Dene is caring from them and it is just like home from home. Happy Doggy Daycare is a wonderful service, Dene is very professional aswell as being caring with myself and Coco. This is great value for money as you know the dogs are well looked after and always kept safe and cared for. My dogs reaction when Dene pulls up to get her just says it all, her tail bangs like a drum and she runs around whining in circles it is lovely to see. We have had occasional behaviour issues which Dene has highlighted and given us some guidance from previous experiences with other dogs and we have tried to nip this in the bud and each time its worked perfectly. Cannot tell you how happy we are with Denes service as leaving your dog is like leaving a child.
Dene is absolutely fantastic. Our dog gets so excited when we pull up to Dene's house and comes home content and tired from all the walking, playing and stimulation she gets from being with Dene and other friendly dogs. The email we get of the route map and photos of their walk are really enjoyable too. We've used other dog walkers and day care in the past but they've never been as professional as this.
Dene is such a wonderful lady. She looks after my two dogs, Blue & Luna, as if they were her own. They adore her. Dene goes above and beyond and offers an exceptional home from home service as well as taking the dogs on the most amazing walks. You only have to see their happy faces in the photos. We're been lucky enough to use Happy Doggy (Trowbridge) services since 2017, and it has been a godsend. Our diva dog adores Dene, and HAS to have kisses whenever she arrives. She gets taken to beautiful, open spaces, where she can run off her beans with friends. I have 100% confidence that she will be looked after well and have a great time.
I have every confidence in Dene and the service she provides is superb. We have a very happy dog as a result and when we leave her for overnights stays we feel relaxed in the knowledge that she is safe and contented.

I've been using we love pets for a number of years now and they've been fantastic. I've 3 cats and I always feel they're in safe hands and will get little updates when I'm away and always come home to 3 happy cats. The team are amazing.
I don't think I've ever left a negative review before but.. It was good the first time for our spaniel. But the second time was awful. Had done skinny legs, ears length was different, they had cut all her eyebrow lashes and whiskers off which are now growing awkwardly now curling in her eye (they don't effect her health though right?) Definitely wasn't a show cocker cut like I had asked. I shouldn't have paid even though I said at the time that was a lot shorter than I had agreed but I just couldn't get over it. So I then contacted them to say I wasn't happy. Basically was told it was my fault? For over £50 I'd expect them to groom her, not just basically shave everything off which is NOT what you do with a show type. Didn't receive a refund as I was fed up with arguing. Was so expensive for what was done. No offence but I could have done that. Do not recommend.

Milo is a big dog, no doubt about it. Anna at we love pets hasn't been fazed by this and has been absolutely fantastic with him for his walks. Occasionally we have been home to see how excited he gets when she arrives to take him out. We're even more happy to see how tired out he is when he gets home. Not to mention the price for a one to one walk is really good. Very good value for money! So far our experience with We Love Pets has been fantastic. I'm sure they will continue to impress.
Friends for pets are fantastic! Whenever we go away, Jo comes to look after our (sometimes challenging) young cat. We can rest assured knowing that Jo is reliable, and always takes extra care to play with Bonnie, and give her a fuss too. She’ll even do sleep-ins if your animal needs it. She even sends photo updates to us doting cat parents. Highly recommend :)

Becki looked after our indoor cat whilst we were away on holiday, visiting her in our home twice a day. She was brilliant. Very professional and reliable. Becki arrived at pre discussed times and was happy to provide tailored care for our cat. We felt very happy with the level of service provided, Becki even kept us up to date with how our cat had been each day via WhatsApp and the occasional picture. Would highly recommend and use again.
I cannot recommend this service enough! The staff are always so helpful and have been so patient with Brucie and his separation anxiety. Brucie loves going on his walks, I love the reports we get after the walk to see how he has got on.... although today there was traffic issues when I receive these pictures I can truly see how much the staff love the doggies and really enjoy their jobs! Just finished Heathers pet services puppy classes as Rosemary Lodge. We really enjoyed the sessions and my pup and I will both benefit from what we have learnt. Sophie N was fantastic. She is really engaging, knowledgeable and always ready to answer any questions separate from the lesson content. I wasn’t looking forward to being out on a cold Wednesday evening but am now sad it’s finished. Would def recommend. Will be looking to book some of Heather’s other pet services.
We did not have the best experience with Heather’s Pet Services. We genuinely appreciated how understanding and hard working the staff were, however the customer service really let us and our two cats down. I understand this is a predominantly dog-centred service, but we were assured they could look after Persian cats and their additional specific needs. We were extremely anxious about leaving our cats alone, to the point that it’s prevented us from taking trips since before the pandemic. It took a few visits for them to get used to these and I took particular care to update our information in their online portal. After each visit we could tell the staff really took on our feedback, which was amazing. However, on arriving home after the last two visits, we found one or both cats had become unwell and left unpleasant smells and messes to attend to, definitely not a nice environment to come home to after being away. After letting customer service know about this, the response was very unsympathetic and unprofessional. We were blamed for their errors and told we were at fault for making a staff member ill with the feedback we gave previously. I have never come across a business take so little responsibility for the quality of their services (at frankly extortionate prices) or the wellbeing of their staff, and I was particularly shocked by the lack of interest in the wellbeing of our cats after the final visit. Unfortunately, we would not feel safe leaving our cats under their supervision again.
About 5 years ago our cockapoo Barney began to get very agitated whilst being groomed. This got steadily worse to the point that the groomer said they would not be able to groom him without him being sedated…. We did this reluctantly, as we hated the effect the drugs had on him. I was chatting it through with the vet as this had been going on for a couple of years and I felt that it could not be good to do this as Barney was nearing 9. A number of people mentioned that Heather’s pets had a lady who was a trained dog behaviourist and wonderfully patient grooming team. I felt it was worth a go although did wonder if the saying ‘ you cannot teach an old dog new tricks’ would be validated! Sophie a trained dog behaviourist and Chloe the chief groomer have worked wonders- between them they have taken time with Barney to ensure he is comfortable with them and in their grooming room. They have cared for him and eased him in gradually to being able to be first washed and cleaned with them and now groomed without any sedation at all! It is such a relief and I am so grateful- they always reassured me too that I was not being a paranoid dog owner and that it would be worth taking this time- and it certainly has been. We are all so thankful they are fantastic!
My dog has been having regular weekly walks with the staff at heathers pet care services. Mabel loves being collected and going out with a group of dogs. The staff are dedicated animal lovers and take great care of your pets. Mabel has a brilliant bond with whichever walker she has and get super excited when she sees them walk up our path. Heather’s Pet Care Services is fantastic! I attended the puppy training classes & found them to be really informative, interactive & supportive. Sophie led the classes & found her to be really professional, helpful & so knowledgeable! I also take my dog along to their pet groomer Chloe, who has been amazing with her & always do a fantastic groom. My dog was not keen with being groomed, however in Chloe’s care, we haven’t looked back! I thoroughly recommend you use Heather’s Pet care Services for all your pet needs!
We have only positive things to say about both Sophie and Heathers Pet Care Services. We arranged some 121 sessions with Sophie for our little Cockapoo recently - and Sophie was so friendly, knowledgeable and Sophie made every session exciting. Our Cockapoo was so entertained, and we've taken all the training notes, games and general advice moving forwards and we can't wait to use the services again. Thanks again :)

Emma from Charlie Paws did a great job looking after our cat and aquarium for five days. We asked for two visits per day and at each visit Emma sent photo and video updates, including videos of her play times with the cat. We could see how calm and happy our cat was in Emma's company and felt totally reassured our pets were very well cared for. I can highly recommend Charlie Paw's services.

The furever friends team are fabulous. They've taken time to get to know my reactive and sensitive large breed dog and he loves them. He gets so excited when they come to get him. They've also got to know him well enough to pick the right group of dogs for him to befriend on his walks. Our dog must have a wonderful time when out on his walks, the pictures and videos I get sent show this and he is always having a snooze when we get back to him.I couldn't recommend them enough and trust them with my most precious family member.

Noodle attended Furever friends puppy parties and absolutely loved it! We live in a small village and don’t see too many dogs on walks, so this was the ideal place for noodle to learn some socialising manners, play with other dogs and spend time with hoomans other than his! Lucie and her family 4 legged and 2 legged are lovely. Our 6 month old pup had a wonderful first day at doggy daycare. I loved the email notifications of the walks along with tons of pictures of what they were getting up to. He didn't want to leave. Once home he slept like a log and we had our first dream experience with him making noises and his little legs going. It's such a relief knowing he is happy whilst I am at work. Tilly is brilliant with our pupper and has helped with loose lead and confidence. Olive is always excited to see Tilly and has the best time on her walks. If you are looking for someone who will love your dog as much as you, Tilly is your lady. Nothing is to much trouble and the pics and videos of their adventures are an added touch.
My pup has been with Tilly now for a few months. He absolutely adores her and greets her enthusiastically. Tilly herself is lovely, is knowledgeable about the dogs in her care, she matches all the dogs for the group walks extremely well with no more than 4 dogs at a time, and is always polite and professional. Tilly is pure gold and that's a review straight from our beautiful Springer. Tilly loves what she does and our dog loves her. She is professional, knowledgeable and caring, not just in her ability to walk our girl when we can't but cares about how Maya is feeling. She gives plenty of love, cuddles and attention, administers medication and always leaves us a repawt plus a video or two. I know Maya is happy and cared for properly when left with Tilly and you can't ask for more than that.

Tilly has been providing 1hr solo walks and visits for our puppy for the last few months and has also been supporting us with heal work and recall training which we have noticed such an improvement in. Being provided with updates and videos after his walks always gave us peace of mind and she has always been very supportive in squeezing in ad hoc days where possible. We cannot recommend Tilly enough and truly feel she goes above and beyond for the dogs in her care. It’s very clear the love she has for them and that they become very much like one of her own.

Rich has been looking after our 2 cats when we have been away over the last couple of years. We are really glad we found him and know our cats are good hands when we are not there. Rich is super friendly and keeps us updated which keeps our minds at ease. Our cats are very nervous rescue cats and have formed a good bond with Rich over time, which we really value. We also occasionally foster cats and Rich has always been happy to help look after them as well.
We've been using Rich for years for our cats and the service is always fantastic - on several occasions he was happy to cover visits at extremely short notice and he's always been available when we needed him. Very reasonable prices, keeps everything tidied up and cleans bowels (we've had messy professional pet sitters before so I'm grateful Rich always left our home spotless). Rich is a lovely guy who is always happy to give us updates when we're away for a while. He also keeps really detailed records of the pets he cares for. So glad we found him!
Rich and the team are simply amazing. Rich has been looking after our cat Ronnie for nearly 3 years now. Our cat is very shy and only usually makes an appearance for us, and now Rich is his best friend! I simply would not trust anyone else to look after him. Forever grateful!

We asked Rich to check in on our cats and chickens whilst we were away for a few nights getting married. I was bery anxious about leaving them as normally a friend or family member will look after them while were away, however all that worry left as soon as we met Rich. He's an absolute gem, he came round and met everyone prior to us finalising the booking so we could ensure we were comfortable with him. He took the time to learn all of our pets names and was very thorough with ensuring they were all cared for how we wanted. Rich was really professional, understanding our chickens are a part of our family just as much as our cats. His communication is absolutely fab, and he called to check in on the first night and kept in good contact throughout. I couldnt recommend the service more. I felt incredibly relaxed knowing that Rich was looking after our little pet family while we were away. We will most definitely be using Rich for future trips.
Rich looks after the animals at our nursery every weekend. He is so friendly and passionate about what he does. The role he does for us is a bit different as he cares for pigs, chickens, ducks and guinea pigs but he is great at it and we trust him 100%. Can't recommend him enough :)
Rich has been looking after our cat for years whenever we have been away from home and provides a brilliant reliable service. I've always appreciated the fact that he keeps me informed and has always been flexible if needed at short notice.
We've used Rich & co a couple of times to visit our cats, one of whom needs regular meds. No problems to report whatsover. His fact finding and preparation is very thorough and it was nice to get a progress update on day 1 to confirm everything was ok.
I have used Rich several times to look after my Cat and Rabbit while I’ve been away. He has been great everytime. He came and met them and wrote their routines down. He visited twice a day and catered for their every need. He sent me updates and reassures me they were ok. Couldn’t ever use anyone else.
