Shannon looked after my home and my plants with the utmost care. She was prompt in arriving, and left everything sparkling when she left. I would definitely recommend her as a sitter.

Wow, this is my first time using this service and I am so grateful for having Yvonne stay with my cat and home for the last month. She had to deal with a leak in my basement and raccoons trying to get into my cat flap. She dealt with all of this with ease and grace. I am fortunate to have her in my home and she loved my cat as if it was her own. Thank you so much.

Willa and Natasha were great sitters! From the beginning, they were really enthusiastic about understanding all the conditions for the sit, and great communicators. They took excellent care of the cats and the house. Everything was kept clean and tidy, and we found the house perfect upon our return. Our cats tend to get anxious when we are away, and they seemed to be pretty chilled out when we got back home. We would recommend Willa and Natasha!

Teresa was a wonderful house/pet sitter. She was on time, very pleasant to deal with and took great care of our pets and home. We would definitely recommend her and hope to have her sit for us again.

Harleen & Kush are wonderful pet sitters!! I could not recommend them highly enough, and already can't wait until they are able to take care of my dog Stanley again. They were extremely reliable and kept in constant communication with us over their stay. It is always tough to leave our dog at home (especially over Christmas), and they went above and beyond to make sure that we felt comfortable and that Stanley was incredibly happy the whole time. They took him on many hikes and enjoyed relaxing times at home with him as well. They asked questions that they felt would be helpful and sent us photo and video updates multiple times a day. Our apartment was so well cleaned as well (which is tough to do with so much dog fur :) They took care of our place and our dog like their very own and it made for a very relaxing holiday for us and for Stanley. Thank you Harleen & Kush, can't wait to have you both here again soon!

So grateful our gut instincts were spot on with Jess and Shani. YES they are experienced pet/house sitters and YES we did a preliminary video meet-up. Jess and Shani were easy to communicate with, and exude warmth and kindness. They are professional and sweetness all wrapped into one. They were also very understanding and self-sufficient as one of our appliances completely broke hours before we were leaving town. Our pets really responded well to Jess and Shani’s care. Their in-laws visited as well and our pets ate up their presence. I am convinced our pets will miss them all! Sincerely hoping to have Jess and Shani again some day, and if we aren’t away will hope to have them over for a visit with the family and pets.

We were thrilled to have Bronwyn and Michael pet sit for us again! They took excellent care of our cat and home for the second time this year. Our cat is very shy, but finally started to warm up to them this time around - she knew she was in good company. Bronwyn and Michael communicated regularly throughout the week, and they left the house clean and tidy. They even washed all the linens! We hope to have Bronwyn and Michael back again in the future.

I cannot fault Minova & Jimmy, they were great sitters to our diabetic cat. They administered insulin twice a day and were very self sufficient. I 100% recommend them both!

Kaitlin was a dream of a dog sitter! Along with her mother, Anne, she was punctual, conscientious and great with Poppy. They were both very caring towards Poppy and sent me just enough updates whilst I was on holiday to ensure that I knew my dog was happy and being well-looked after. They went above and beyond the required pet-minding responsibilities, including assembling my new vacuum cleaner for me, and left my flat looking sparkling clean and tidy. We met at the beginning and end of the sit and both were charming. I would certainly recommend.

Karen was one of the most organized sitters. She communicated regularly and did not hesitate to ask questions which we appreciated as it showed her concern for all of our animals. It was a lengthy sit of two weeks and she took amazing care of our home and animals. She was dedicated to making sure the dogs all had exercise and attention and successfully wrangled the goats even though she was sitting solo and had never tended to goats before. TH members would be very fortunate if Karen chooses their sits in the future, she is highly recommended!

Dana & Fraser were great! They communicated with us as needed and regularly sent pictures of our fur babies. The house was very clean when we got home and we would definitely have them as sitters again.

Johnna was great at taking care of my kitties and sent me updates and pictures every day which really helped me enjoy my holiday. I came back to a clean home and relaxed kitties. I would be happy to have Johnna house sit for me again.
