Robyn was a great pet sitter and house sitter. She went way over and beyond my expectations!!!! She sent a photo of her and my dogs and they were looking at her like they were in love. And my cats are not very friendly, but she won them over also. I would highly recommend Robyn as a pet sitter and house sitter. She is a very sweet lady. I would love to have her watch my babies again and again.

This was a fun trio of furry and feathered friends to watch. I have been around dachshunds and cockapoos before, but this was a first time being up close and personal with a macaw! Much different than seeing them in the wild in Costa Rica. Cagney amazed me with her beautiful colors and peaceful nature.

The dogs had fun personalities. Chloe definitely knows that she is older and wiser than Dody. Chloe warmed up to me right away with kisses and plenty of happy wiggles. Her tail, eyes, and velvet ears won me over right away. Dody is still a bit of a pup. Keeping her on a leash outside was a must as she would have taken off at the sight of any movement straight out of the door. She loved watching the squirrels go from tree to tree, although she was always one tree too late to see where they went next.

Each pet definitely had their favorite toys, even Cagney. The pups showed me a few right from the beginning and reminded me when it was time to play with them. Gail was easy to communicate with and left clear instructions for feeding and routines that were easy to follow.

Gail's tidy and comfortable home is in a lovely, wooded, rolling hills subdivision outside of Galena. I have visited Galena several times before. It is special in all seasons with the historic downtown shops and restaurants. I especially love all the nearby prairie walks and the flat walking/biking trail along the Galena River. There's even skiing in the winter and an alpine slide and zipline in the summer.

I would definitely sit for Gail again and already miss Cagney's beauty and the pups' playfulness.

Antonia
Antonia’s hospitality was beyond excellent. When I arrived, she had a hand-printed guide for my reference, maps of the neighborhood for walking and nearby shops.

Freddie was warm while Antonia was present but became reserved when she left, which was expected. He becomes vocal after his night treat which was very funny. He likes to stay downstairs and watch me from different sitting areas. Sometimes he would come close to me and other times he liked me from a distance.

The neighborhood was quiet although there are plenty of houses in the complex.

Kelsey and Nick
Truly lovely pups here. Marnie is a sweet and perfect dog who is very good on walks. Savvy is smart and chill and a breeze to walk as well. I had no trouble walking both dogs as once, so that's always a plus. These dogs are clearly well-trained and as a result are well-behaved.

The house and location are very nice. It was clean, well-accommodated and the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. My communication with Kelsey was simple and hassle free.

As THS stays go, this is a very good one.

We are already sad to have left sweet little Beau. He is the most darling and cuddly pooch! He has a great personality and adapted to us quickly. He loves his walks and lounging on your lap. Greg’s house was very comfortable during our stay. The setting is very serene with an amazing view of Mt. Rainier, the water, and Vashon Island. Greg was a great communicator throughout and a terrific guy! We would love to sit again. Thanks Greg for a terrific experience!

Susan
Susan and Mark are a friendly couple that live in a beautiful area of Georgia. Their property backs onto a golf course and golfcart/walking path that follows a creek that runs through the community. Their dog, Jenny, loves spending her days on the back porch watching the world go by. She is as Susan describes her, a gentle giant. As with most dogs, she gets excited when it comes time for her walks and everyone in the community knows her. They are well-prepared with extensive notes that will answer any questions that a sitter might have. I would happily sit for them again if schedules permit.

We thoroughly enjoyed looking after Ruby in such a beautiful home and setting in Wells! It was a pleasure to meet Tanya, Steve, and Ailish before they went off on their travels.

They were extremely accommodating and made us some lovely food for our arrival. Can't say enough good things and we'd love to come back sometime!
