Really poor communication from this company. Tried charging us £60 for 18 hours (1evening/night) this was a trail night before the main holiday. Was then told trial nights are not good for the business and don't recommend them. Considering the holiday was only £200 would of spent more on trail nights. More interested in money than the actually welfare. Do not use
Do Not trust these people, they are all about money and do not vet their boarders, no checks they take on anyone willing to pay a fee.. contact your local council and ask for licensing officer and get a list of proper professional licensed boarders, then you know you can trust them.. this is a money making venture to rip people off..
pet care service is great, home for your pets if you're going for a holiday.
Excellent company
