Daisy is a dear sweet cat. She seems to be so content that often she will sit and purr on her own just for the joy of it. She has a good appetite but she is never pushy about being fed. She liked to sit beside me on the sofa when I was reading or watching TV and sometimes she would sit on my lap. Often she would jump on my bed in the morning to say hello. She goes in and out through her cat flap all day long and is a very easy cat to look after as she has a very sweet nature, there is not a mean bone in her body. Christine is a generous host who made sure that the house was warm during the cold winter months. She also made sure to have some food in the house to get me started which was very much appreciated. I enjoyed my stay in North Leigh and I started to volunteer at Oxfam in Witney during this 100-day cat sit. I also was able to borrow a lot of wonderful books at the library in Witney. I had a great experience!
I loved this house sit!!! Ajax and Nero are just the absolute cutest pugs I’ve ever met. They had us constantly laughing & entertained. Laurie was incredibly thorough in her instructions, which is always appreciated and makes for a seamless sit! The house is comfy and conveniently located too. 10/10 would recommend this sit! ❤️
I had a wonderful time looking after Dusty and Dixie. They were so much fun and loved nothing better than to chase each other along the beach at Portobello or in the hills around Edinburgh. Everyone adored them so be prepared to chat to a lot of people. Pooky and Coco were easy to look after. They tended to sleep upstairs as they were pestered by Dixie when they appeared... she just wants to play! Hazel and Walter's home and garden is amazing. You don't need a car as there are lots of walks close to the house. A great bus service into the city centre or a 30 minute walk. I cannot recommend this sit highly enough. Adorable animals, a fantastic home and a lovely family. Thanks for everything Alison
Very grateful for the trust Martin & Ed placed in me with their home and fur baby. I had such a wonderful stay and immensely enjoyed my time caring for Asia, she has such a beautiful personality and was wonderful company for the 2 weeks. I will most certainly miss our cuddles and daily walks through the fields. The home was a gorgeous clean, well equipped space to have some down time! It was such a fantastic house sitting experience and I am so grateful to Martin and Ed for their hospitality, flexibility, kindness and communication which was all incredible. We will absolutely be staying in touch and I hope to visit again!
Really loved my stay at Charlot’s place looking after these two angels! Her flat is beautiful, very homely, great living area. There’s a little shop within walking distance but Stratford is only 15 minute drive if you need more to see and do. Finley and Dylan were super easy to look after, a little bit more difficult when walking but that is mentioned in the description that Dylan is a little reactive towards dogs (and cats!) He’s also still very young so you might find a few surprises in the morning if you’re not awake early enough! Overall, it was a great stay and I hated saying goodbye to them! I enjoyed their cuddles so much!
One of my very favorite sits ever! Maize and Peaches are some fine chickens. Generous with the eggs and such soft feathers. Alex and Jake’s tidy place is in a great neighborhood, an easy hoof to the rail, restaurants and grocery. They provided a guest parking pass, which helped a lot! The girls were easy to care fo and the house was perfect for relaxing. Highest recommendation!
