Nira and Andi are an incredible couple to house-and-cat sit for! They gave us tons of local tips like where to get the best fresh foods, etc -- and shared everything we needed to know about Boko so we could care for her with ease. Boko was great fun to spend time with. We found her to be a nice blend of relaxed and independent while also playful and affectionate. Some mornings, she'd curl up in a chair with us on the balcony and enjoy the fascinating view of the National Park and its wildlife! So glad Nira and Andi shared their charming home and furbaby, and we recommend these three without question!
I was cat-sitting Heidi for a week in a Little village Riberac that lies in the hills.. Annabelle's dad picked me from the train stadion in Mussifan upon arrival and introduced me to the neighbours and hiš friend dropped me off on my last day. I spent the afternoon with Annabelle and her neighbours and she told me everything I needed to know about her cat. I enjoyed sharing the room with Heidi, and I was even given some paw massages. What I enjoyed most, were frequent visits by her lovely neighbours. One even took me for a short outing in the region and the other one invited me for dinner. My most social sit ever. I had the chance to chat with Annabelle on my way back to let her know about the great week Heidi and I spent together.
I had an amazing time with Sammie, she’s an absolute cutie and a joy to spend time with. Easy to handle and loves to play ball. The apartment and the location are great and Cyndi was the best! Thank you Sammie and Cyndi for a wonderful stay in Del Mar!
We had a great time hanging out with playful and sweet pup Ragtag! The house is walkable to lots of things to do at the Old Mill and was very comfortable. We’d definitely recommend Ragtag and his house for a sit when visiting Bend. 🐾🏔️
Jet was an absolute gem to spend time with. He’s great on a leash and literally proudly prances on his walks. Jet also smartly steps on buttons for food/water, treats and to go outside. Though… I think it’s more of a game, because many times he hits them after he’s enjoyed all of the above. He’s so funny! He sits, lays and try’s air circles for a treat. Jet patiently dresses in his jacket and halter. He would prefer not walking in heavy rain, but drizzle seemed ok with his jacket. He sat calmly as I dried off his belly and each paw. Jet loved sleeping on top of my bed, and might have slipped under the covers once ;) You can feel Jet’s family adores him. They live in a wonderful home within a great neighborhood with mature trees. Trails, a park and the lakefront is literally down the street. Jet will lead the way he chooses to go. But is easy going when time won’t allow for a longer walk. He never seemed to get tired on walks. I think it’s his happy place. Jennifer, Philip, Jacob and Mara generously greeted me with delicious homemade cookies and granola. Yum!! Thank you!! The initial phone interview and subsequent text communications with Jennifer was efficient and a breeze. Their very private guest bedroom and bathroom was just perfect with a refreshing view of nature. They graciously opened their home, kitchen, TV entertainment room birds nest to me. Their internet for my remote workday was great! They also didn’t mind my son’s family stopping by to say hi to meet Jet too. Jet loved my 4yr old granddaughter; the feeling was mutual. I became very attached to Jet. I think he is one of those dogs who talks with their eyes. Jet is a great dog and companion and I would definitely love to care for him again without hesitation.
