Gill and Pat came to see me the evening before I left having booked into the Ewelme Farm B & B. They were charming and extremely capable and I had no worries leaving Pusscat and my home in their hands. They washed the bedlinen before they left and hung it up to dry. Pusscat was happy. I Would have no hesitation having them back again.

Jessica

We were so lucky that Jessica was available again to look after the real owners of our house (Pancha and Milou of course) while we were away. The cats were happy and settled when we returned, Pancha now expects to be cuddled of an evening whereas previously she would take a bit of persuading! The house was left beautifully clean and ordered, and while we were away Jessica sent us a couple of pictures of the cats lounging around looking blissfully happy. The cats love her, the neighbours love her and we are just so happy that she gives so much love to Pancha and Milou. If anyone is lucky enough to have Jessica looking after their house and animals, they will understand this review. Thank you, Jessica!

Julia and Philip are a lovely couple who are experienced house sitters - as a result, we felt we could completely trust them to do a great job of looking after our dog - and they certainly didn’t disappoint! This was the second time we had them to sit for us, and we would definitely have them back again. House was left tidy, laundry had been done, garden taken care of, dog was very happy and they were very good at communicating - thank you so much!

Paula sat for our pets for two weeks. We returned to happy and clean house. She was thorough and her communication throughout the sit left me feeling relaxed and trusting of her in our home, which has not always been the case in past sits. Jacqui and Ralph were fabulous housesitters! They were communicative, caring and super tidy exactly what we were after! Both Jacqui and Ralph have an obvious love of dogs and our Pointer and Lab evidently had a wonderful time with them! - very patient with the quirks that come with an older property too! Another great visit from George and Freya. Lester seemed to remember them and they have established a really close friendship with him. I (and he) hope they might be able to come back some time. The house was, of course, immaculate when I returned.

Sarah & her friend were fantastic housesitters! They were very self-sufficient but kept us up to date throughout and took such great care of our home & Gatsby. Gatsby loved the toys they made for him out of boxes and left us a gorgeous apple pie & fresh milk to enjoy on our return. Thanks so much, cannot recommend Sarah highly enough!

Lucie

This is a sad and strange one. We lost our Louis a few weeks ago and we felt we couldn’t cancel the sit as it would be unfair to Lucie. Lucie met Louis and us before the sit and Louis was very fond of her. Lucie was very communicative, understanding and sympathetic about our loss. She kept in touch through her stay and kept on eye on our 3 pet sheep. She left the house clean and tidy. As a person, she is absolutely lovely and we highly recommend her

We had the pleasure of meeting with Danielle before she did the sit with Martha, spent a lovely afternoon together. Danielle is very easy to get along with, and well experienced with pet sitting, and gave Martha the best care. Thank you!

Hannah was a complete breeze and so competent. I returned to find a tidy clean house, happy dogs, chickens and ducks and a warm freshly baked cake and fresh flowers on the kitchen table. Marley and I are so thankful that Perry was able to come out on such short notice and care for our home while Spike and I traveled home to celebrate the life of my grandmother. She was both flexible and communicative and most importantly loved and cared for my Marley while I couldn’t. We welcome Perry back anytime she’s in Boston - and in true super mom fashion she no doubt left my home cleaner than it was when she came! 💗

I can’t say enough about how wonderful it was to have Andrea come and house and dog sit for us.  It was last minute sit and she was so accommodating to our schedule.  She is a fantastic communicator, extremely trustworthy and reliable.  And our two dogs absolutely loved her!  They went on walks and hikes and got lots of snuggles.  All the photos of our pups showed happy and smiling faces!  She brought her dog Sammy who got along great with my dogs and they quickly became a fun loving pack. She left the house spotless and provided a detailed summary of any unexpected issues she encountered (and handled on her own). The best of all is she is a kind and bighearted person you can trust.  We hope to book her again in the future!
